ere always fast to respond with any questions. We actually added the second bus late in the process and they were quick to accommodate. We knew they would be prompt, polite and on time for our wedding day. This was easily some of the best money we spent on our wedding day knowing our guests could have as much fun as they wanted and not having to worry about them getting home safely.

so it was easy for our friends to chat with one another and for the entire bridal party to hang out as a group. Our venue was about 30 minutes away from our church so having this luxurious space during transporation made the ride so enjoyable and relaxing. It even had a lot of bench space in the back that I (the bride) could sit and spread my dress out so I wasn't cramped into a normal bus seat. There was music and lighting that created the ambience that was perfect for our big day. Carl, our driver was extremely accommodating, personable, and kind! He arrived about an hour early which helped ease our anxieties on the day of as well. If I ever have another need for a larger charter bus I will definitely be using them as we got some bang for our buck!

nd transportation out of Louisville. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They sent a very detailed itinerary after we hired them and another the week of the wedding to confirm. Holly was the main person I spoke with. She was super sweet and helpful. One of our guests even lost their wallet on the shuttle and Holly went above and beyond to get the wallet returned to her promptly!

olley is very spacious. We did get pretty hot, but there were 20 some people on it and it was the end of June. It has air conditioning, we were just hot. Everyone at Miller was extremely easy to work with, especially considering I didn't book until 2 and a half weeks before the wedding. We were very pleased!

rt guests. There was a minimum rental time for all of the vehicles, which is understandable, but I ended up paying for things longer than we needed them. That said, the limo driver arrived early to take the bridesmaids and me from my parents' house to the church and the trolley was ready right after the ceremony and looked great in our pictures. The school bus also ran on time all day and into the evening to shuttle guests from the hotel to church to reception to hotel. All of the vehicles were clean and on time - those were the only important factors for me! Dianne was a pleasure to work with, and gave me contact information for all the drivers two days before the wedding. I would recommend Miller!
