What do you recommend about Miller's Party
Rental Center?
I called to give a final count because I was told I
was all set for my wedding and to call when I had a
final number, and ...
they said they didn't have me
down. They were very rude to me and denied
things said in our past phone conversation. She
said I needed a deposit to hold the items, and
when I told her that no body told me this, they just
said they had me down and I was told to go, she
flatly denied it. She said I received an email with
the details of the rental, but when I said I never got
an email from them, "Angel'" became
condescending and said "So you didn't get an
email from us and you didn't think to follow up on
that?" I ended up hanging up before I started
crying because of how rude she treated me. Will
never go with this company and will never
recommend anyone else go with them either. I'm
two weeks out from my wedding and trusted their
word that I "was all set". Literally the worst
customer service I've ever received in my life.
Definitely recommend Miller’s Party Rentals! They were super flexible with our linens order and also have standing air conditioning units to rent that are must for summer weddings.

nderstanding and flexible in spite of how hard it hit so many vendors. When we visited on site he helped me stage a reception table so I could get a better idea of how things looked, and he personally delivered and picked up all of the stuff when staffing was tight. They do what needs to get done to make your wedding special and we are so pleased with the personal service we got!! Would use them again. Thank you!!

The reason I only gave 3 stars is because we decided to pick up and drop off the rentals ourselves to save the ridiculous amount they charge for delivery and pick up. And both while picking them up and dropping them off, my husband and I and our friends loaded and unloaded EVERYTHING. I have no idea what the actual workers were doing but they were of no help. If we would have left it to them it probably would have taken hours.

unexpected and disappointing. On our drive to the location, I received a phone call letting me know that the chair covers were not ready- they needed to finish cleaning & ironing them. I was told I could come pick them up that day so this was a surprise. I explained we were on our way and the lady said they would hurry and keep me posted. Well we got to the location and they weren't finished. They explained there was an issue with the ironing machine and they apologized for the delay and asked if we would mind waiting a half hour for them. Not a problem, we waited...but after that half hour we were told that they were ready, but they mis-counted! They were short about 60 chair covers! So we ended up taking what they had and they arranged to deliver the rest to the hall when they were ready. To us, the chair covers should have been ready and accounted for the night before...
