Daniel did an incredible job for our big day! If you are looking for some LEGIT BBQ for your big day (I am talking your pulled pork with sauce ON THE SIDE), look no further! I had a bit of a special circumstance as I was a bride abroad planning her wedding almost all online, we didn't even taste Daniel's food until about 5 months before, but he made it work! He met us at the Pier downtown to give us some left over food from a wedding the night before and it was SO GOOD! He was so easy going, helpful, flexible and open to ideas! That was probably my favorite part about working with him is that he really left it up to you to decide on sides and would also give suggestions! I would say make sure you have your guest count on lock as we did have A LOT of left overs, but no one went hungry, that is for sure! DELICIOUS!
