Millie’s Meadow is so beautiful, clean and spacious. We used the location for my daughter’s Graduation Celebration, the owner was so accommodating & easy to work with. The bathrooms are large and clean! The kitchen is large and clean… I was very impressed & highly recommend!!
We had the honor of being the first wedding here & could not be happier with outcome. The owners went ABOVE and beyond to help us create the best day!!! They answered all the questions we had for a year leading up to it, and were nothing but amazing during the whole process. The venue was perfect size for our wedding of 200 to do ceremony and reception. Everything was modern, beautiful, and chic. So happy we chose Millie’s! Huge bonus that the Hotels at Grand Prairie is just seconds away and could shuttle all the guests SO quickly. Another bonus, Jubilee College is minutes away for gorgeous backdrops!

We’re proud to offer one of the most affordable event venues in Central Illinois.

There are no hidden contracts, no required vendors—just straightforward pricing and complete control over how you plan your event.

We’re sisters who were born and raised right here in Kickapoo, Illinois—and we’re proud to open our second business in the heart of the town we love.
Millie’s Meadows Event Center is built on family land that once belonged to our grandparents, Paul and Mildred (Millie) Dwyer. Named in her honor, this venue is a tribute to our roots and a dream brought to life.
Our goal is to offer an affordable event venue with a welcoming country atmosphere, where families, friends, and businesses can gather and make lasting memories.
From small get-togethers to large celebrations, we’ve created a space that works for events of all sizes. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a reunion, or a corporate function, we’re here to help you bring your vision to life in a place that feels like home.
