The 28-room hotel is modeled after the 19th century home of William Mills, a local settler who financed the railroad through Yellow Springs and help build the town’s infrastructure.

The hotel is three stories tall and is 24,000 square feet. It features a restaurant, gift shop, banquet hall, conference room, and a fitness center. The elegant suites and spacious rooms are relaxing and luxurious. They feature oak floors, hand-laid tile, Amish-made pillow-top mattresses, a mix of classic and modern design.

erful to work with! Even though we wanted some oddball things like a California style ceremony with pre & post cocktail hours, no DJ, a private drink/snack set up in our room post-ceremony, etc.—every request we had was met with, “Of course!”
The banquet room is the perfect size for a small wedding, and the hotel has a wide selection of options when it comes to linens, flats ware, etc. OH! And chargers are included (pricey $$ elsewhere). PS This sounds weird but I love the carpet. I even asked my photographer the backdrop for my detail shots. lol
Such a wonderful day and night! I cannot wait to go back and stay at the hotel every year on our anniversary.

he day of the wedding went very smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing. The food was very good -- the only downside was the food did not seem to stay out long as some guests did not have a chance to get seconds. The staff handled our cake well and offered to freeze the top portion for us overnight. I would recommend this venue for a wedding and reception.

or the wedding weekend and there were some changes last minute to the guest list. Every phone call they listened and responded as needed. Our reception was also there and we used the main hall as the cocktail hour before the reception. It was ready for us a day before and they made a mock up of where everything was going to be placed throughout the night. During the reception I wasn't worried about anything because they were so organized beforehand.
