This was the perfect venue!! Everything was so beautiful and perfect. Lakyn was super helpful during the planning process and accommodated to all of our needs! We had many guests compliment how much they loved the venue. Best wedding ever!!

I got married this past September 2019 and my wedding guests are still raving about the food. My family is so picky and they all LOVED the food. I had chicken empanadas as one of my passed foods and they were amazing. My Argentinian family loved them, which says a lot! Everything we picked was so good- catfish nuggets, grits bar, buffalo chicken dip, teriyaki chicken, chimichurri sauce, flank steak, etc. You cannot go wrong with southern way catering. Working with Lakyn was amazing. Everyone at Millstone went above and beyond before/during/after my wedding. I am so thankful for each of them.

My husband and I LOVED Adam's Pond and Southern Way Catering! They're so easy to work with, the event coordinators are SO GREAT (Thank you, Lakyn!!!) and it was a beautiful day. Our guests loved every minute of it. Even though I'm sure we were 1 of hundreds of events they did this past summer/fall, we felt 100% taken care of and prioritized and special.

My (now) husband and I viewed over 10 wedding venues across South and North Carolina and we knew instantly that Millstone at Adams Pond was the venue for us. It was affordable, absolutely breathtaking, and had so much potential for any type of wedding. The service from the employees at Millstone and Southern Way Catering was impeccable and we could not have asked for a more hard working staff to help us make our big day perfect. We had about 5 months to plan and Millstone made that planning stress free. Anytime I had a question they were just a quick email or call away. I ended up visiting the venue multiple times over the 5 months of our engagement to envision and go over details. They were always more than happy to help! The day of our wedding ran smoothly and the food was AMAZING (I still have people rave about how good the food was to us). We got SUPER lucky with the weather, it was raining all week but we ended up with a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. I am so glad we chose Millstone at Adams Pond!!

Everything here was absolutely perfect. Lakyn was so fantastic to work with and the food was delicious. Unfortunately Hurricane Florence happened during our wedding date but Lakyn and Southern Way were able to change our venue and set everything up for us. I couldn't be more thankful to work with such a wonderful vendor who makes dreams come true even under unforeseen circumstances. The Millstone at Adams Pond is such a pretty venue and I highly recommended Southern Way!

Beautiful venue that was perfect for my wedding! Only downside was that it would not work well if it rained, but I did not have this problem!

Adams Pond is a spectacular venue! We used every bit of the space, both inside and out, and there was plenty of room for all of our guests. The setting is everything my daughter wanted for her wedding. From the ceremony overlooking the pond in front to the dinner and dancing on the patio and in the back, it was absolutely picture-perfect! Our guests have not stopped talking about how incredible it was. The mill house is spacious enough for guests to mingle about in several large rooms and not feel crowded. The bridal party had plenty of room upstairs in each end of the house for pre-ceremony festivities while being separate for bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen to dress. Adams Pond is a magnificent place to host a wedding. Simply beautiful!

Millstone at Adams Pond is an incredible venue - it was perfect for our wedding and reception. The setting is beautiful and a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor space. Our guests loved it! The staff are fabulous as well - they pay attention to every detail and are so kind. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

Knew the minute we saw this place it would be perfect! It is the most gorgeous venue in Columbia hands down! The staff was amazing! From giving suggestion to making sure we actually got food to eat at the reception and after we left!

Cameron and the entire staff were absolutely incredible our wedding day and every day up to it! Cameron is the sweetest, most helpful person ever, and she made everything so easy for us! The venue is absolutely breathtaking and the food is incredible! You won't regret choosing Millstone at Adams Pond for your big day!

Southern Way Catering owns this venue, and it was unbelievably gorgeous! The grounds are well kept. They had some issues getting the pond back to its glory after the floods of 2015, but they did a great job. They are constantly updating the venue to make it more gorgeous. Everyone WANTED to hang out outside because it was so nice. I received so many compliments that it was such a gorgeous wedding and venue.

This is one of the prettiest venues in all of Columbia. The employees are my only issue. Yes they were amazing on the day of the event but leading up to the event was very stressful and I'm not sure it was all worth it. I loved my venue just wish the experience leading up to it would have been more pleasant.

AMAZING!!! Millstone is absolutely gorgeous and the weather was perfect! Everyone had a wonderful time and the food was great too! The head coordinator there is wonderful and so easy to work with. Our wedding day was perfect!!

Great venue! I would highly recommend it to someone planning any type of event! The manager of the property is great to work with. She is extremely helpful with coordinating all the vendors. They're food (Southern Way Catering) is great! I received many compliments from the guest at my wedding reception on how much they loved the venue.

We had a lovely fall wedding at the Millstone at Adams Pond, which is an old house on an estate dating back to the 1700s. The setting is magnificent, and the price is outstanding. We found it to not only be the most cost efficient venue for our ceremony & reception based upon their prices, but its setting doesn't require a lot of extra decorating. So you save money on that. Their in-house caterer, Southern Way Catering, is also exceptional and offers a wide variety of food. And I cannot forget to mention the fabulous Kristy Polk. She is one amazing woman, and was such a huge help in all aspects of the planning process! The day of the wedding she was so on top of things from making sure the decorations were in place to ensuring my husband and I always had a beverage! I cannot speak highly enough of Kristy!

We loved the uniqueness of this place! It was beautiful and perfect for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Kristy was the best as well, and helped every detail on the wedding day run smoothly!

I loved Millstone at Adam's Pond. Not only was it the picturesque European style historic home nestled in the woods next to a small waterfall and pond but the staff were amazing - they took care of everything!;The only thing I could say negative about Millstone is that they are kind of expensive and there are a lot of charges. Though we thought they were completely worth it!
