out our journey went above and beyond for a great experience. We initially met with Ashley for our first tour and worked with Kelly and Danielle throughout our planning. To say Kelly was a blessing is a severe understatement. I've never worked with anyone so sweet and responsive. Once we started working with Danielle, our experience didn't change. She was so kind and again nailed the communication every time. For anyone considering this venue, I'd highly recommend doing yourself a favor and at least taking a look. Our guests loved their experience from the cocktail hour and apps, to the dinner and dancing. Their customer service is top notch and I'd highly recommend the venue - so grateful we stumbled on it.

There are many things that people have reached out to us about our wedding day but the most compliments we got were actually about the Marriott. How beautiful the reception was (many people explained how they got emotional when the doors opened to the ballroom - myself and my husband included.... it was BEAUTIFUL), how freaking yummy the dinner/hours d’oeuvres were, how professional and courteous the staff was... honestly I could go on and on. I will 100% recommend the Marriott to anyone until the end of time. Thank you all for making our night so perfect!

I had a question, Kelly was able to assist me within just minutes of an email response. Being that we had a lot.of questions this was very helpful. The food provided from the hotel was also delicious, I had very specific compliments from guests on the New York Strip and Chicken. I very much enjoyed the white glove service, everything was neat, precise and on time. At first we worried when our event coordinator Nicole told us she was leaving back in October, but were quickly reassured when Kelly reached out to us to ask us to meet her. It showed that they cared about reassuring us everything is still on track! We would highly recommend the Marriot. :)

arching venues until the days following our wedding, the Marriott was so responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. The hotel in general is very modern and elegant, and the ballroom is BEAUTIFUL. We wanted a classic, romantic wedding, and the Marriott gave us just that. Our guests absolutely raved about the food and drinks. There was plenty of food at the cocktail hour, and each dinner plate had a generous portion of pork, chicken, steak or ravioli. The late night snacks never ran out, either. As an added bonus, leading up to the wedding we were able to have a menu tasting to choose all of our meals, wine and drinks. We were even able to customize a few items to make our wedding extra special, and unique to us. The team at the Marriott was checking on my husband and I (and our parents) throughout the night, which meant a lot to us. It was great to be catered to on such a special day. They handled all of the coordinating of vendors, set up, tear down and clean up, which really helped us, our families, and our bridal party enjoy every aspect of the day. I could go on and on, but long story short - choose the Milwaukee Marriott West for your wedding day, and you won't be disappointed.

They continuously asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. It was truly our day, and the Milwaukee Marriott West staff was on board to do what we wanted to do. my wedding than I did throughout the whole process. The Marriott is so accommodating and every staff member is very friendly. My wedding went so smoothly because of everyone at the Marriott. They set up everything for the reception which was extremely helpful. I had a sweets table and the company delivered the sweets but then it was extra for them to set it up. I asked Nicole if she could do it so I could save some money and she said absolutely! Right after the Grand March we had staff attending to my Husband and I right away, we truly felt so special! I was a little skeptical of the food just because it was so good at the tasting, I was nervous if the chicken would be dried out at the Wedding since they are cooking in mass quantities but it was SO GOOD! I can't recommend this place enough to have your wedding. Nicole and the staff made it so wonderful and the planning as stress free as it could be!!!

my husband and I had for our reception. The Marriott staff was able to bring our wedding vision to life and coordinated with all of our other vendors to ensure the night flowed smoothly. All of our guests raved about the food and over half of our guests took advantage of the good hotel rate and stayed the night. We have only heard great things about the food, venue, and service. Our wedding reception could not have been more perfect, and we have the Marriott and Nicole to thank for that!

One of the managers Josiah saw us taking a look and the next thing we knew we had a cocktail from the bar and we were lead on an hour long tour. From that day no venue we visited came remotely close to the level of costumer service. Our experience only got better as the months of planning ensued. Nicole and Josiah were flawless on the big day and completely made a rather hectic day into a stress free celebration. The food and apps were incredible. Not only was the management team top notch so were the servers and bartenders. We did not receive a single complaint from our guests. Words cannot describe how happy we were with our choice from start to finish it was a great experience. Thank you so much for a memorable day.

experience we had in hopes that they would have something similar. The team and the Marriott was absolutely fantastic. Starting with a woman named Nicole, we started meeting/connecting with her after we booked the hall. She was thorough, prompt and very accommodating to our unique crew/plans (i.e my wife and I wanted to have a shot at 10pm after we were done mingling and that was on the agenda/itinerary). Leading up to the big day, she was very responsive to our room list questions, helping us organize who would receive gift bags, and also helping us orchestrate the breakfast sunday morning that my wife and I wanted to provide to our family and wedding party. Nicole was top notch in every way. I cannot leave out several other members of their team. A man named Josiah (I believe he was the manager on duty the night of), was attentive and detailed. Several times throughout the night he found either my wife or I, or one of our parents just to check in to see how everything was going. His customer service was second to none. Also, the rest of the staff on that night, from the servers, to the bartenders, everyone made this the best day possible. My wife or I did not hear one complaint about anything, either the night of or even several days later after we had the chance to process. Besides the fact that the staff was amazing and amazing to work with, I must say what blew me away was how accommodating they were. Our wedding had 320 guests with about 50 staying over night (some of which didn't register until the week of). And, truth be told, our group knows how to have a good time. Not one person has said anything but positives to our wedding day and I truly believe that this is a direct reflection of the staff and the venue. Since I was the groom, I don't pay attention to many of the little things, such as the tables and flowers, but I can say that the hall was beautiful in every way possible. Elegant, inviting, detailed. Just fantastic. The food was outstanding. When we did our food tasting, the portions were huge! I was concerned that of course they would give us larger steak and chicken samples because they want our business. But I was dead wrong, those portion sizes they served us at the tasting were the same as the wedding day. No one went away hungry and the food was cooked to perfection. All steaks were a very tasty "medium". (With over 100 people ordering steak, you cant cook above or below). I cannot recommend this venue enough. The team is fantastic to work with, the food was spot on. If you book this venue, I can tell you that it is a decision that you will never regret and you can have absolute faith in the team here!

While she was on maternity leave (up until the week of our wedding), I spoke with Christine whom was also very responsive and provided the guidance I needed. The food was absolutely amazing, it was better then our tasting! We also got a small plate of the passed appetizers at the head table waiting for us!! That was such a treat. They also were able to get us our favorite Rose to share amongst the bridal party and parents!! The staff the evening of our reception was absolutely amazing as well. They continued to ask us and our wedding party if we needed anything at all continuously during the night. All of our tables were beautifully decorated. I couldn't of asked for a better night!!! It was a dream come true. We also used the hotels parlor and suite to get ready in for the bridal party. We fit 4 different hairstyle stations and 2 make up stations!! It was perfect with the bar stools and mirrors the hotel provided!

She responded in a timely manner, usually within a half hour, if not immediately, and if she was not in the office that day, she always had her out of office on, so we knew when she would be responding. She was calm, cool, collected every time we met with her, and every answer was 'sure, no problem'. The day of, she was there every step of the way, and made sure our event was exactly how we wanted it. She suggested a lot of different options, and made sure we received exactly what we wanted. She was not pushy, she offered a variety of options, and catered to what we wanted for our day. I would 100 times work with The Marriott over and over again. If we ever do another event, or party, we would do it here. The food was outstanding. Every guest raved about the food, and the atmosphere. Great staff, great food, friendly, accommodating, and just amazing. Thank you Ashley and team, you were great.

Ashley has always been very prompt with her e-mail responses and phone calls, was very accommodating to our needs and has been extremely easy to work with, which made this whole experience even better. She was just a pleasure to work with! We are all very impressed by her organization and attention to detail as well as her professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received there and would happily refer anybody to this Marriott and Ashley for an event. In addition, the staff members that helped out and served during our wedding reception were so friendly and very professional.... it was just WONDERFUL service all around.

I picked this venue due to the size of the cocktail area and ballroom - other venues seemed too small to hold 200 people, and I didn't want tables really close to one another. I didn't want to be downtown and have my guests worry about driving or parking either. The best part about the whole wedding planning process at the Milwaukee Marriott West is Ashley Berry. She is an excellent wedding coordinator. Very nice, down to earth, and responsive. Every single question or conversation was met with a smile. She really helped my ideas come to life and offered suggestions on how to make them even better! The Marriott will set up all of your wedding decor and also take it down - a huge plus so you don't have to worry about it on your big day! When I saw the room for the first time the day of the wedding I was literally in shock on how good it looked. The catering and serving staff was also great. Everything came out on time. I received many compliments on how everyone ensured every guest was happy and had everything they needed. The hotel rooms themselves are very nice as well for your guests to stay in. It is well worth having your wedding here. You will not be disappointed!

e. The team there makes everything a breeze to go through. The day of they did amazing with service, and keeping things easy breezy. I had screwed up some table seating and was missing a whole table, and instead of coming to me, they just handled it and kept it down low so it didn't ruin a part of my day. This venue is beautiful, and the service is worth the money you will spend.

Ashley truly made it seem like we could do anything we wanted at our wedding and the Marriott would make it happen for us. She was there to make it our perfect day, and she did just that. The food was AMAZING and the service looked very sharp. The whole staff made our wedding seamless by also working with the cake vendor, DJ, florist, and photographer. The staff also asked my husband and I (along with the bridal party and our parents) if we needed anything throughout the entire night. So many of our guests have complimented our wedding, the venue, the hotel, the food, and really everything about the reception. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It was fantastic in every single way.

Ashley was extremely responsive to all of our questions and kept us updated on important dates and things to remember, which was a huge help in staying organized during the planning process. Ashley and the rest of the staff have a ton of wedding experience and collaborated very well with the rest of our wedding vendors (florist, DJ, photographer, etc.) to accommodate all of our customized wishes and keep the reception running according to schedule, allowing us to sit back and enjoy everything! The banquet staff also paid special attention to us during the reception. On top of all that, they had a ton of good food and drink options in nicely packaged deals, and we received many compliments from our guests on the awesome food and service! We are so happy we chose the Milwaukee Marriott West for our wedding, and would highly highly recommend them!

! Ashley was amazing!!! And when she was on leave Christine was equally amazing!!! The day of the wedding we constantly had people asking my husband and me if we needed anything during the night. The food was spectacular! We got compliments on everything for weeks following the wedding. The morning of the wedding I had no worries everything would get set up because Ashley was so diligent about touching base with all of my vendors. I could write paragraphs about how amazing and easy it was to have our wedding at the Marriot Milwaukee West! THANK YOU!

to finish. We had to move our ceremony to the hotel as well because of weather and they were so helpful in making the ceremony just as special as it was supposed to be. We were able to enjoy the entire reception because all of the hotel staff made sure everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We loved being able to see the reception space all decorated and before everyone else got to see it. It was so beautiful and made all the planning totally worth it! Other venues may have more than one wedding going, but here we were the only wedding and we truly felt like we were the most important thing going on. That really made the difference for us. The facility is all newly re-done, so everything is in great condition and everything just feels new and modern. All of our guests loved the party and the guest rooms! They super nice and the price is great. All in all - I don't think I have one bad thing to say about our whole experience.

We got many of complements from our guests about the food. Bartenders and service staff gave awesome service and were all friendly. The hall looked beautiful with all the up lighting! Ashley asked if there was anything they could have done better. I told her " quite honestly, no". It was perfect! We also held our daughters bridal shower there and a mini reunion for my dad's family. Again the food was great and service was excellent. I worked with Ashley, and she did a great job. Overall the Marriott is a 5 star hotel. We have stayed there several times, and love it. And it is extremely reasonable rates on the weekend. It definitely one of the top hotel in Milwaukee area!!

packages from the time we toured to the time we had our reception, but they were still willing to honor a package we wanted from our original tour. The venue was set up very nicely, and had many compliments from our guests. We liked the fact that the hall is set up in a separate area from the hotel, so we didn’t have to worry about guests walking through. During the night of the reception, the manager on duty checked with us several times to make sure things were going according to how we wanted it. Our parents told us he checked on them as well to make sure they were happy. The prices of the rooms for guests were very reasonable. Overall great!

l was great at accomadating all our request. I wish I had opened up some rooms the Thursday before as I had some family come in Thursday. I had the block the Friday and Saturday with the wedding on Saturday.

Ashley, the event coordinator, was quick to respond to all my questions leading up to the big day and on the day of she made sure all of my decorations looked perfect. I had 180 guests which comfortably fills a little over half of the ballroom but since I wanted to use the entire room, Ashley worked with me to add a lounge space and made sure that the entire room felt full. During the reception, the staff made sure the night flowed seamlessly from cocktail hour to dinner to dance even when the bridal party showed up quite a bit later than expected. Their experience in weddings definitely shows. All the guests loved the food (especially the WI skewers during cocktail hour) and the venue overall. No complaints from this happy bride...I would highly recommend this venue!

rience from start to finish. The wedding coordinator Ashley is OUTSTANDING!! She is very friendly and personable and timely with her phone call and email responses. I probably emailed her 1-2 times a week the couple months leading up to our wedding and she responded to every question I had within 24-48 hours. The week leading up to our wedding, we dropped off everything for our wedding in her office and she set everything up with her staff so we did not have to be a part of the decorating the night or day of our wedding. It really relieves some of the stress the week before your wedding to know that everything for the reception is under control by such awesome staff. On the day of our wedding, Ashley and her staff greeted my husband and I when we walked into the reception hall. They were very accommodating to any requests we had. Every 20 minutes my husband and I were asked if we needed anything. They even asked our parents throughout the night if they needed anything! It was so great to have a venue that had everything included at one place. We heard so many compliments from our guests that the food was some of the best wedding food they have had. We had about 230 guests and we could have fit a lot more without being crunched. It was the perfect space for our guests and every table had a lot of room for guests to move around. It was also great because the Marriott has their own chair covers and chair ties you can use so you don't have to pay extra for those unless you want them custom to your wedding colors. They also have their own uplighting for an additional cost but when we compared the Marriott's cost for uplighting to our DJ it was so much cheaper! With the new renovation of the lobby area and the reception hall it looks very modern and appealing to the eye! If I had to do our wedding all over again I would book the Milwaukee Marriott West in a heartbeat. It was so great for our guests to be able to walk up to their rooms at the end of the night-and they are very nice rooms! Thank you to everyone at the Marriott for providing us with such an awesome experience for our wedding and a special thank you to Ashley who made the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible!

The white glove dinner service (especially of the head table) was awesome. Several of our guests have said the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding (some have even said it was the best steak they have ever had). As the bride, I was especially appreciative of the organization of the Marriott. They made planning easy and our wedding day was worry free. I would definitely recommend the Marriott to other brides.
