There is so much detail in the dress I chose, but there wasn't a single detail lost in the alterations. Judy works miracles! came by to get fitted. This was not a good experience for anyone in my bridal party. All have told me different stories of coming in and having to wait on someone to come and ask them if they needed help. Also, the girl insisted on me telling her that I forgotten my father-of-the-bride's name and phone number when I left it blank with a line through it because my father had passed away 3 months before. I cried every time I went in there after that because the people that work there are so young to understand that everyone has different circumstances. I would not recommend Mimi's Bridal to anyone.

ss would be in, I talked to a different person each time, and when it did come in (2 weeks before my wedding) they didn't let me know right away- I found out when I called again! Their alterations person is overbooked, and my dress wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. If you have time to spare and don't mind dress stress, go ahead, but if you want to avoid that, go somewhere else.

oth times. I didn’t actually buy my dress from them because I found a dress at a store going out of business and got the dress for 75% off, but I did buy my veil from Mimi’s. They were so nice and even let me bring my dress (that I bought from another store) inside to make sure the veil would match. I would definitely recommend shopping for your wedding dress at Mimi’s!!!

1/2 months went by I had to call them so they could let me know that it would take 6 MONTHS to get in! When I got my headpiece, once again I was told one time limit and after that time went by they finally called me to let me know that they ordered the wrong headpiece and couldn't get what I wanted on time! When it was time for my alterations I had to tell them 3 different times that I needed ONE thing taken out and finally on my last visit they finally took it off! NEVER GO TO MIMI'S BRIDAL!!!

store fit my frame perfectly, so I opted to purchased the one on the rack and have a few things altered. The dress had obviously been tried on many times, and the zipper was coming unstitched. I tried on the dress for the seamstress and she made a few notes. My zipper was to be fixed and the dress ready to pick up the following month. I drove TWO HOURS to this bridal store to pick up my dress to find that the zipper had not been touched. Again, I tried on the dress, spoke with the seamstress and left the dress. I was scheduled to come back in two weeks to pick up my dress. Two weeks passed, my dress still was not fixed. Each time, their excuse was--"It's prom season and we are really busy." This time, because of the long drive, I sat in the dress shop and waited until the seamstress fixed the zipper. I brought my dress home with me that day. I will not recommend this bridal dress botique to anyone needing alterations. Their dresses are beautiful, but their service is poor!

looking for, and each of the dresses I tried on could have been the one! My dress has not yet come in, but the service, selection, price, and store in general was GREAT.

The other store would not tell me what designer I was trying on and even went as far as to cut the style number out of the tag. I was determined I was going to find that dress. I went to Mimi's to see if they might have it. The girl that helped me said she didn't think that they had that dress in the store but said that we could look at designer books to try to find it. She took the time to sit down with me and my sister to look through a stack of 15 or more designer books to help me find that perfect dress. We found it! Mimi herself was wonderful. She was so very helpful with all of the issues that I had with my bridesmaids, their dresses and their fittings.

t designers represented as well as different dress styles and sizes. I found the perfect dress for me, in my size and price range, and was unbelievably happy. Not only was the selection great but the staff at Mimi's bridal went above and beyond every single time I was there. The women could not have been more helpful and Mimi herself assisted me a few times. I needed to have the cap sleeves of my dress altered and that experience went flawlessly as well. I recommend her to everyone and even had a girlfriend buy her dress there this Spring!
