Not extremely happy with Mimi’s Bridal. My husband and his two groomsmen rented suits from Mimi’s. All three were measured more than a month before the wedding. I called once th...
e last one was measured to confirm everything was in order and nothing else was needed to ensure they were ordered and delivered on time. Bethany informed me that all was in place and that the suits would arrive the Friday the week before the wedding, or the Monday immediately prior to the wedding. I called on Saturday the week before the wedding and was told that the suits were not in and would arrive on Monday. On Monday, Bethany left me a voicemail stating that the suits would be in later in the week, and that they were ordered late because we had not paid the deposit. None of the three guys, nor I, were asked to pay the deposit at ANY point in time, nor when I specifically asked about payment when we picked out the suit. Bethany promised the suits would be in on Wednesday and that I could pick them up from her as soon as they arrived, even though the store was closed that day. I received a call from the owner Lynn on Wednesday that the suits were in, but that I would have to call in to pay the deposit. And, the guys would have to go to another location to try on their suits prior to picking them up. Because they arrived days after they were supposed to, the guys were not able to try them on in-store. Instead, I picked them up and the guys tried them on at home that evening. All 3 guys had fit issues with at least one piece. Lynn stated she would do any necessary alterations herself and ended up letting out several pieces. But, because the suits were late coming in, we did not have the option to order replacement items for pieces that were too small. I got the suits back the day before the wedding. One of the groomsmen had to settle with a shirt that was several inches too short in the arms, the other had pants that were too tight. Overall, I am not happy that Mimi’s Bridal dropped the ball, and thus the suits did not fit as they should have on wedding day. Mimi’s did attempt to make it as right as possible, but in the end, I paid a lot of money for suits that did not fit as they should have.
Very friendly staff. We had a special request when renting our groomsmen's' tuxes and they were very accomodating and willing to work with us to make everything perfect!

or more! Lots of variety to choose from! The entire staff was helpful and prompt to get back to us with answers to questions. They were helpful with the smallest details (getting color swatches, extra strap for dress). The went above and beyond to get new tux pieces that didn't fit the week of the wedding! Strongly encourage you to check them out!

ess, and they helped me find the perfect dress after only 8 dresses!!
I had been nervous to dress shop because I didn't know what I wanted, but when I called to make an appointment, the girl who answered put me right at ease. She was easy to talk to and found me an opening for the next day. By the time I hung up, I was smiling and excited!
From the moment I walked into the shop, the experience was wonderful! I was met by a girl named Capella. She worked with me through the whole process. She let my mom and I pick out dresses to try, and then helped me put them on. I thought that part would be awkward, but she made it easy and fun!
I never felt pushed to make a decision. I had picked out 8 dresses, and after trying on 7 of them on, I had narrowed it down to two that I liked. I loved them, but hadn't had that "This is it" moment. Capella told me it might help to think about it for a few days before deciding.
I had one more dress to try on and I figured I might as well. I didn't really like it on the hanger, but it had a few of the qualities I liked.
When I put it on, I knew it was "the one." Capella couldn't stop smiling and said, "I knew you would love this one! If you hadn't wanted to try it on, I would have made you!" She had been listening the whole time and had known it would be the right one for me!
The owner was extremely nice as well. She came in during the process and gave helpful advice. Everyone there made me feel so beautiful!!
Later, when ironing out the details for ordering, they texted and called me to make sure everything was just right. Like before, it was handled professionally.
If you want a fun dress shopping experience, choose Mimi's Bridal! You won't be disappointed!

We rented 11 tuxes for our wedding through Mimi's. There were a few problems with measurements but was quickly fixed, even on a Saturday. Their price is a bit higher but they are t...
he only tux rental shop in the area and the convenience and service makes up for it.
This is in response to the review that Jen gave us....
First, the jackets did not have pockets, so to make up for the fact that the gentlemen could not use the pocket squares I or...
dered peach colored ties at my expense...they chose not to use them and we offered to refund the money for the squares- the groom took his tux on his honeymoon so, it was a week late-I deducted the money for the pocket squares from the late fees owed. Only 1 gentleman had incorrect measurements, we did not measure him- so at my expense I ordered in a complete ensemble- which included 2 day air shipping- as far as the bolo tie being left behind, that was just guys having fun goofing around while trying on their tuxes and it got left behind accidentally - we would have delivered the tie and cuff links had they requested that!
I got the tuxes for my wedding here, & it was horrific. I would not recommend Mimi's Bridal.. I chose pocket squares like most people.. & the tuxes arrived with no pockets. They tr...
ied to charge us were ever they could. They even forgot to give one of the groomsman his bolo-tie & cuff links... so my husband the DAY of our wedding had to go to the bridal shop to pick them up. Beyond that they botched almost everyones measurements. I've had two friends who have gotten married in the last year & have used Mimi's Bridal and said they experienced the same terrible customer service.
I purchased my junior bridesmaid, MOB and flower girl dresses through Mimi's bridal and was very happy with the service and selection. The little girls were able to try on the dre...

I went here because I was in Montana visiting my mom and it was the only place to look at wedding dresses within 100 miles (or more). I wasn't expecting much but we had an amazing ...
time! The girl who helped us let us pick out a number of dresses while she watched and listened to what I liked. By the end, I was pretty tired and hadn't found "the one" but she asked if I would try just one more on that she thought I would love. She was right. She had clearly listened to all my likes and dislikes thus far and knew what would be the perfect dress. And it was. I never wanted to take it off and after the reveal at our wedding, I don't think my husband wanted me to either :D Loved the small town boutique feel, the great prices, and the excellent service.
