Mimi's Cupcakes

Mimi's cupcake were delicious and guests raved about them! They even made gluten friendly ones for some of my guests. The fact that we had very few leftover tells us they were a hit!

Working with Elvie was an absolute delight! She helped us select the perfect assortment of cupcakes for our wedding day and gave us several pointers as we planned for the big day. I was a little nervous about the cupcakes sitting out at our June wedding in Blue Dress Barn. I thought they might melt or lose their shape in the Summer heat, but they remained intact all night! My mom & I designed the set up of the cupcake table ourselves (with rustic crates, tiered cupcake trays, vintage plates, and chalkboard signs with the flavor options on them). Elvie had me send her a picture ahead of time, to be sure we had enough space in our design to accommodate all the cupcakes. She helped us select flavors that wedding guests would enjoy, allowed us to sample 4 cupcakes at our wedding planning visit, and did a tremendous job setting up the cupcakes on our wedding day. We had so much fun working with her and we are obsessed with the cupcakes at her shop! In terms of cost, these were pricey cupcakes but we could not resist. It was well worth the money & we will be visiting Mimi’s Cupcakes for years to come! Our guests raved about the cupcakes at our wedding! 100% would recommend!

Mimi's Cupcakes was the perfect addition to our wedding day! Elvie runs an amazing business and makes it feel like you're working with family. She was so open to adding special touches to our day and we couldn't have thought of a better desert to have at our reception!

Mimi's cupcakes are so good, you have to get a cookie monster! My guests love them. Elvie was great to work with, we did a mini tasting one day when we were up in the area and from there picked our flavors, the count and final payment was due a few weeks prior to the event. The display was beautiful and our guests loved the cupcakes!
