! Mimi worked with us to understand what we were looking for and then they created a custom proposal for us. We had a great experience at our cake tasting, held in our home virtually due to COVID, where we got to try a lot of different options and finalize our cake choices. My husband to be never met a cake he liked until he tried Mimi’s cake! You must try the snickers-flavored cake; it is to die for!!! Mimi was great to work with. Our wedding had to be postponed due to COVID, and Mimi held our contract and put all our worries at ease. We did our wedding cake in the most amazing flavors we have ever tasted! We also had the groom’s cake that turned out fabulous! The cakes were delivered by Mimi directly to the venue, on-time, on our wedding day and she perfectly captured EXACTLY what we were looking for and brought the vision to life. The cakes tasted incredible also - we received so many compliments from guests that they enjoyed the cake! A huge thank you to Mimi as she was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. hs before our wedding and worked on the design of the cake and suggested favors that would go well together. We ended up having a three layer cake with dos leches and red velvet with a flower boutique on top. Everyone loved the cake and it fed about 160 guest. Mimi even was nice enough to come out to our dinner tasting and provide samples to us and our parents prior to putting the cake into production. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure her customers have a pleasant experience with her creations and is the ultimate professional. I can’t rave enough about her and highly recommend her to friends and family.
