I was. Lilli and her team worked with me on pricing and figuring out what was best for me and my budget without compromising anything. I've never felt welcomed and supported by a group of people like I have with this staff. Lilli has brought beauty and kindness and integrity to a normally very stressful and overwhelming industry. I couldn't be happier with their talent and the overall process.

sense of relief that we had found the right fit. We came in close to 4 weeks out from our wedding and they delivered a seamless experience in such a stressful time from start to finish. Lilli and Jillian were so down to earth and flexible. They were professional and we never had to worry about anything. Being greeted with champagne (um...yes, please) at our sample meeting was awesome! This is when Jillian introduced me to the cafe au lait dahlia which is just beyond gorgeous and I was so excited to see it being used in our arrangements. Seeing the ideas from our inspiration board come to life was so fun and helpful. It allowed us to make the final tweaks we wanted for our wedding look. When we walked into our venue on our wedding day we were blown away. It was truly magical and everything we envisioned. I would highly recommend Mimosa to any bride and groom.

We walked into the initial meeting with the feeling that flowers weren't something that was super important to us and at the end of the day, it became one of the best parts of our wedding. People have been talking nonstop about how stunning the florals were. Lili and her team created the most amazing hanging florals integrating the history of our relationship and the colors we chose. The arrangements were a perfect balance of colors, textures, and height creating truly interesting visuals that were in no way disruptive or ostentatious but just seamlessly added beauty to our day and space. Their team was incredible: so talented, responsive, kind, professional and excited. You would be so lucky to work with this incredibly talented team, I wish we could work with them again.

We wanted the inside of the space to feel like the outdoors so they built tall centerpieces that looked like small trees on the tables and made the flower arrangements look more wild than manicured. We wanted a bistro-type feel so they found jewel-toned votives for the tables. In the end they hit the perfect balance between classic and unique, and between subtle and "wow!" When we walked into our venue from our cocktail hour, we were blown away seeing what they did with the place, and many guests approached us to comment on how gorgeous the space looked. Working with Lilli, Katie, and Lydia was so easy and they were attentive to our budgetary needs and encouraging of our vision. We did a unique, weird table-numbering scheme and they were not only completely supportive of it, but also made the prettiest table number signs I've ever seen at a wedding. There's probably more we could say but in short, Mimosa is the best and we're so grateful for their work!

Nearly a month later, my guests are still raving about how special, unique and memorable the florals were. Lilli and Jillian were so easy to work with -- they were very responsive, friendly and enthusiastic about the project, and perfectly translated my vision into reality. And Mimosa's rates were more reasonable than other New York-area florists I consulted. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone -- they exceeded all of my (high) expectations.

ause we loved all of her ideas. She said her vision was to make the Hempstead House look like all of the vines, greenery and flowers were a part of the structure that had been there for years, like the mansion style home, and were live growing vines/greenery. She HIT the mark perfectly and even more. They meticulously took care of details to make sure everything was stunning. It really took my breath away when I saw the results. All of the guests were awed and couldn't believe none of it was there at 8am that morning. This is why I say her vision and goal was met because everyone did believe everything had already been there and was literally growing everywhere. The centerpiece and details on each table were the most beautiful I have ever seen. The wedding party table was so beautifully done that everyone was taking photos of it even before the party had sat down. I heard nothing but positive compliments from guests about the beauty of the floral decor. Lilli was a pleasure to work with, a sweetheart to my Daughter, making sure her voice was heard and an amazing artist! I highly recommend using her; you will not be sorry! Thank you Lilli - you are amazing!

e very simplistic and my vision was to keep this element in mind with the florals and Lilli had beautiful ideas that were not only cost efficient, but exactly what I envisioned. Never did Lilli ever make me feel like I needed to deter from my simplistic and minimalist approach to the floral design for my day and NEVER did she ever make me feel like my project was too small as she always made time to take on a call with me and patiently walked me through different ideas even when I became indecisive on my final floral style for the day. Lilli is a very hands on owner and although I can imagine her schedule gets really busy when you do speak to her she is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help her clients. She listened to every detail that I wanted incorporated and what her great group of designers created was perfection. I truly believe there is no task that is to small or big for Mimosa and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

ketched out on bar napkins. Mimosa was our one-stop-shop for our wedding decor: Mimosa handled the florals, candles, lanterns, and a few enormous tree installations. Lilli was also very responsive when I needed her artist eye on other pieces of the wedding's design; I often contacted her for her opinion on placecard font, which table number would highlight the centerpiece, and even what table cloth would be best. I also really, really appreciated Lilli's honesty; she never tried to upsell me on any flower or arrangement she didn't feel was necessary, and totally reigned me in when she thought my idea wouldn't be worth the cost. Lilli is truly an artist; she has a unique ability to transform a few vague ideas and concepts into a fully formed, memorable design. Our wedding guests still talk about how our wedding was the most beautiful they'd ever attended. In the words of one of my friends: "Have you looked around here yet? It's like f***ing Pinterest in here."

looked incredible and we received so many compliments on the decor. The ceremony blew my mind! They created 2 large floral arrangements on the pedestals that were GORGEOUS. They were so unique and unexpected. I couldn't have dreamt them up myself! ! They also collected autumn leaves from the park to put down the isle! It looked like a magical woodland wedding, even though we were in NYC! The tables were also stunning as well! Everyone was taking photos and saying how special they were. Oh, and my bridal bouquet... I am in love with my bouquet! It was exactly what I wanted and even more! The team at Mimosa floral is mega talented. Lilli is a professional but also personable, warm, and very funny. It was so much fun working with her! The florals were one of my favorite parts of our wedding.

orking. I met with Lilli after meeting many other florists who didn't understand my less traditional and unique vision for an organic, natural, garden-like feel for my wedding. Lilli was the first florist to not only understand it, but to take it and run with it. She went above and beyond to create the a beautiful atmosphere for our rehearsal dinner inside a restaurant, our church florals and our wedding in a tent on a garden property. She completely nailed the look, feel and vibe we wanted to achieve in each location and the results were better than we could have even imagined. Lilli is fantastic. I hope I can work with her again. Working with Mimosa Floral made that aspect of wedding plan a fun, easy and creative process that me, my mom and my fiancé all looked forward to. I would give her more than 5 stars for a rating if I could!!! She is amazing to work with!

em. Little did I know that there portfolio was perfect for my vision. They listened to me, asked lots of questions, looked through my pinterest boards, and made some suggestions based on my budget. We decided to do just wedding party flowers since the venue was literally a flower garden. I trusted them to make decisions based on my budget and inspiration and they chose really beautiful, seasonal flowers that were unique, interesting, understated and totally on point! They were cool with letting us pick the flowers up the morning of the wedding and we were off! I would recommend them over and over!

Lilli and the Mimosa Floral Design team was a huge pleasure to work with - they not only executed my crazy vision of having nightmarket-themed wedding with a cherry blossom festival atmosphere, they brought in a ton of wonderful creative ideas and accents that our guests couldn't stop commenting on the entire night! Lilli really transformed our warehouse venue into a new world - bringing in tall cherry blossoms (from where I don't know, considering we were still basically in a long winter at the beginning of April), votives, lanterns, bamboo poles, linens that perfectly matched my wedding colors, a manzanea tree, etc to give off a lovely Spring festival feel. While doing all of this she was super conscious of our limited budget and worked with us to cut out things that wouldn't have as much impact while adding in other accents that would be more affordable and still be awe-inducing. Lilli was also incredibly accommodating of all of our last minute requests (i.e. - bringing in a tree that we could use as a wishing tree, which she made more pretty that I was evening imagining), and giving us design advice on last minute personal accents to the tables I wanted to add. Throughout this whole process she was incredibly friendly (one of the most friendly NY vendors we worked with), creative, and energetic - approaching our wedding design with so much enthusiasm and positive energy that it really made us feel comfortable in her hands. We would recommend her to ANYONE doing a NYC wedding - she's really the best!

t blown away by what she created. She was very knowledgable, flexible, and honest about the work; she was also never worried and was always confident. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted our flowers to look like (like most brides, I'm sure) and a limited budget (like most brides, I'm sure.) Lillian took all of this this seriously, listened to what we wanted, contributed her very valuable ideas, and delivered something far beyond my expectations. The bouquets and centerpieces were so so so so beautiful and even better than what I had envisioned- everyone at the wedding commented at least once about how special and beautiful Lillian's flowers were (and this is really saying something, considering we got married at the Botanical Gardens!!). Lillian's work stood out, left an impression on everyone, and just couldn't have made me happier. And then... there was the flower crown. I am still dreaming of this crown. It was perfect, exactly what I had asked for- it was beautiful and colorful and so special. And- can I be honest?- it was the thing that made me feel the most beautiful on my wedding day. I want to wear one every day- but at the very least, I plan to commission Lillian to make me a flower crown for any and all events in the near future. I recommend Lillian and her team at Mimosa 100%!!!
