Mindee was hands down one of our favorite and best wedding vendors that made our day perfect.
We booked Mindee about 16 months out from our wedding. We first met Mindee in person ...
when we had our engagement photoshoot about a year before our wedding. When we got our engagement photos back, we were floored. They were perfect. And we knew from the moment we met her that we made the best decision for our wedding photographer. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is an incredible, kind, and creative person.
Fast forward to our wedding day, the rainiest day in months. Mindee was cool, calm, collected, and so excited about our day and our photos. She immediately had a list of fun ideas to incorporate our umbrellas, play with the lighting, and get creative despite the weather. She didn’t care about getting rained on and did everything she could to get the best photos. It’s not only her artistry and professionalism that makes her so great but also her attitude and personality that instantly disarms you and makes you feel so relaxed and at ease.
We initially chose Mindee because her photos were more creative, unique, and interesting than other photographers’ photos in our opinion. She has an eye for coming up with unique photos, poses, and locations right in the moment that set her work apart. And we’ve already seen that in our own wedding photos. She provided dozens of amazing sneak peeks and there were so many beautiful and creative shots even just in the sneak peeks we’ve seen so far.
Mindee is a true partner, both with you and your other vendors. She will ensure a smooth and fun day for you, no matter the circumstances. I went from being worried about the forecast, to absolutely loving the vibes and look of our rainy, moody day. Mindee is a big reason to thank for the shift in my mindset in the days leading up to our wedding. Look no further for your wedding photographer!
If we could give 100 stars, we would. Mindee is the absolute best. She is kind, knowledgeable, creative, innovative, flexible. Despite monsoon-like weather, Mindee got creative and...
produced some of the most breathtaking wedding photos I have ever seen. And she made it FUN! She is a pro at posing, keeping the vibes high, helping with nerves, and rolling with the timeline. We told her Saturday night that one of the saddest part of the wedding being over was not getting to hang with her anymore. You will not regret booking with the best wedding photographer in St. Louis.
Mindee is absolutely the easiest the decision I made in the wedding planning process (besides my husband, of course!). A close friend also booked Mindee for her wedding and had rav...
e reviews and INCREDIBLE photos, so we already knew we could trust her. We also took engagement photos, which made us even more comfortable with her and her talents! We are so lucky Mindee was able to capture our day - she is so kind, gives clear direction (for those of us who aren't so used to having their photos taken), and has such an eye for her trade. Having her on our team made us feel confident and secure that someone we trusted and valued was capturing our memories so well - we cherish the photos Mindee and her second shooter were able to share with us and we couldn't recommend her more!

front of a camera, but she made us feel so at ease. Taking pictures with Mindee was actually one of my favorite moments of the day. I also appreciate how thorough Mindee was. She took into account every detail, from perfectly arranging my bridal details to taking advantage of the early evening lighting, to even changing the color of some planters to blend with the background! I was so excited to see our sneak peek, which was posted the very next day. Her aesthetic perfectly reflected the beautiful fall day and made our pictures feel truly special. Thank you Mindee!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Mindee photographed both our engagment pictures and wedding pictures and it was a top tier experience on both occasions. ...
The quality, moments and memories captured in the pictures were so perfect and special. She is so incredibly talented, easy to work with, great at communication, organized and just a super cool and nice human. I cannot recommend her enough!

h before picking our vendor team and we immediately fell in love with Mindee’s work. She is modern and creative and was receptive to any requests that we had. She did our engagement photos in addition to our wedding photos and we couldn’t love them more! She even posted a sneak preview from our wedding the very next day. It was such a great treat and even our family and friends commented on how impressive this was. We also had the joy of working with her second shooter, Kristy, that made for a great duo. We already decided that we would be using Mindee for all of our future photography needs. We cannot recommend her enough!

and kind person to get to work with. She was communicative throughout the process, on time for everything, and has incredible creative and artistic vision. Wedding days can be somewhat chaotic, but she and her assistant handled it all with grace and professionalism. I especially appreciated her help in organizing our timeline on the day of the wedding. She was very clear about exactly where we would be and when, and what she'd be capturing at that time. The sneak peeks she shared the day after our wedding were SPECTACULAR and I appreciated how many she shared!! If you want gorgeous, timeless photos of your wedding, hire Mindee!

sense enough that shots are knocked out quickly and painlessly. She's creative and has an incredible vision, just trust her! You'll be amazed by the results. Our wedding day was (no kidding) the hottest day of the year and she and her second shooter were incredible. No complaints, got all the shots we were hoping for and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Even when we had some issues with groomsmen disappearing for potty breaks, she was cool, calm and collected. And shockingly, she posted sneak peeks for us the day after the wedding which was the most amazing surprise. I would hire Mindee again and again and again. She truly made our day so special and helped make everything go seamlessly. An absolute rockstar!

irst time we met Mindee in person, she was hiding in the bushes at Art Hill to take sneak shots of my counter-proposal to my fiance. Even though I jumped this idea on her last minute before a weekend trip to St. Louis, she was all in and had scoped out best hiding spots in under 24 hours. At that moment, I knew I'd hired the right person (and so did Martin, once he saw her behind the statues).
We threw a Chinese tea ceremony at her. We threw an impromptu square dance at her. Mindee was right there with us every step of the way and just as excited as we were to live and capture our moments. Even the shyest members of my family and wedding party felt at ease with her, and the photos she takes make you feel truly beautiful. We're so lucky to have had her along for our wild COVID wedding adventure ride, and can't recommend her highly enough.

e did the photos for my September 2020 wedding and exceeded my expectations. The best parts about working with Mindee:
1. Thorough and easy pre-planning: Mindee had a planning template that she gave me well in advance of our date so that we each knew who was going to appear in the photos and what kinds of shots we wanted.
2. Quality of work: Mindee knows what she's doing. Our photos are gorgeous and captured the feel of my and my husband's special day.
3. On-the-job professionalism: Mindee knew how to guide me, my husband, our families, and the bridal parties through the photo process. She was able to coach us into poses that made us comfortable, and even though none of us had much experience with professional photography, the whole process felt fun and natural.
4. Enthusiasm--Mindee got some really unique shots from our prepping because she saw a cool setup and asked me to go for it. She also captured our groomsmens' joy and silliness and got some great action shots.
I also want to express that I live in Texas but got married in St. Louis, and being an out of town bride was NOT a problem at all when working with Mindee. She is a clear, prompt communicator.
