Mindy was so sweet, easy to work with and had the most delicious wedding cake I have ever had. I sent her a photo and she saw my vision perfectly! Once we picked a cake, I never once thought about it again.

Mindy was fabulous to work with and the cakes for our wedding turned out just as we hoped they would--delicious and beautiful! Mindy absolutely nailed our vision.

We cannot thank Mindy and her husband enough for the absolutely adorable AND delicious cookies and cake they baked for our wedding! When I first saw Mindy’s incredible decorated cookies on Instagram, I knew I had to incorporate them into our wedding since I’m cookie-obsessed. Our wedding had a bit of a southwest theme to it, so we went with the Texas, longhorn, and cactus decorated cookies and placed them at guests’ seats as favors. At our head table, we also wanted the cookies to serve as place cards and Mindy did a beautiful job at writing everyone’s names on the cookies with icing. Our guests were SO impressed at the level of detail in the cookies and it was the gift that kept on giving once they also tasted how delicious they were. In addition to the cookies, we did a three-tier naked cake that was absolutely gorgeous. We had several guests comment on how the chocolate peanut butter flavor was the best wedding cake they’d ever tasted - we would have to agree :) Mindy & her husband go above and beyond to make every little detail of your sweet treats perfect and it will not go unnoticed by your guests! Mindy and her husband were so great to work with and we cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a seriously talented baker for your event!!

Mindy made all of our cake ideas come to life perfectly. Our tasting was quick and efficient as she explained all the flavors, etc and made our wedding cake exactly how we wanted it to look, it was beautiful. The groom's cake as well was specific, but she hit it right on the mark! I could not be happier with her work and making just another part of our day perfect!! Thank you Mindy!

If for some STRANGE reason you're not already convinced by checking out Mindy's Instagram, take it from me- this husband and wife duo is THE BEST!! Mindy is a cookie magician. I sent her a picture of my Jack Russell and she took the picture and made it into a cookie of my dog's face!! Teeth and all! EVERYONE loved them. She also helped me surprise my groom and his groomsmen by creating playstation controller cookies. Amazing. Just amazing. It also helps that she must be the sweetest person on the planet!! You WON'T be disappointed with Mindy's Bakeshop!!!!!

Mindy did a FANTASTIC job creating our cookies and cupcakes for the night! They were delicious and beautiful – we were looking for creative, Texas-themed designs, and they were exactly what we were looking for. She did a fantastic job, and I will absolutely use her again.
