We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cakes from Mindy’s Bakeshop! Mindy created a stunning, custom vintage-style heart-shaped cake for us (the bride and groom) in a delic...
ious white chocolate raspberry flavor. For our guests she baked two supplementary round cakes, one was white chocolate raspberry and the other was black and white to cut and serve. Everything was absolutely perfect!
The entire experience with Mindy was seamless. She was so kind and responsive, helping us determine the right quantity for our guest count and guiding us through the process. The tasting box was such a treat—beautifully presented, easy to pick up, and filled with incredible samples that made choosing flavors both fun and difficult because everything was so good!
On our wedding day, delivery to our venue was smooth and stress-free. All three cakes were stunning and tasted just as amazing as they looked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them!
We’re so grateful to Mindy for her exceptional work and highly recommend Mindy’s Bakeshop to anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake.
Mindy’s rivals the best European bakeries in flavor, texture, and beauty. I am a bit of a cake snob and wanted something extra special for my son’s rehearsal dinner. Something with...
a Swiss meringue buttercream. A type of icing not readily available in most bakeries. Mindy’s created the most delicious, beautiful cake. Not being local I was so pleased with her professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of her cake. The buttercream was smooth, silky, creamy and delicious. The cake was moist with a wonderful crumb and the strawberry compote was to die for. So much so I got extra to drizzle on the pieces when plated. Mindy’s rivals the best European bakeries!!! Thank you Mindy!!
Mindy and Ken were a joy to work with and did an incredible job on cupcakes for our wedding reception. I’ve followed Mindy’s Bakeshop on Instagram for years and knew that was who I...
wanted to go with for our wedding; we didn’t even consider another baker. We ordered eleven dozen cupcakes—half Mexican vanilla with confetti and sprinkles, half chocolate hazelnut—and they were so delicious we didn’t have any left over! We also ordered a dozen gluten-free Mexican vanilla for a handful of our celiac/gluten-free friends and they raved about them. Mindy and Ken are delightful and such a talented pair. I recommend them for any special occasion (and also for, like, a regular Tuesday—treat yourself!).

our wedding cake from Mindy's Bakeshop and I'm so glad we did! We were blown away at the tasting, and again on the wedding day - for sure the best cakes we've ever had. We cannot thank Mindy and her husband enough for the absolutely adorable AND delicious cookies and cake they baked for our wedding! When I first saw Mindy’s incredible decorated co...
okies on Instagram, I knew I had to incorporate them into our wedding since I’m cookie-obsessed. Our wedding had a bit of a southwest theme to it, so we went with the Texas, longhorn, and cactus decorated cookies and placed them at guests’ seats as favors. At our head table, we also wanted the cookies to serve as place cards and Mindy did a beautiful job at writing everyone’s names on the cookies with icing. Our guests were SO impressed at the level of detail in the cookies and it was the gift that kept on giving once they also tasted how delicious they were. In addition to the cookies, we did a three-tier naked cake that was absolutely gorgeous. We had several guests comment on how the chocolate peanut butter flavor was the best wedding cake they’d ever tasted - we would have to agree :) Mindy & her husband go above and beyond to make every little detail of your sweet treats perfect and it will not go unnoticed by your guests! Mindy and her husband were so great to work with and we cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a seriously talented baker for your event!!

nt her a picture of my Jack Russell and she took the picture and made it into a cookie of my dog's face!! Teeth and all! EVERYONE loved them. She also helped me surprise my groom and his groomsmen by creating playstation controller cookies. Amazing. Just amazing. It also helps that she must be the sweetest person on the planet!! You WON'T be disappointed with Mindy's Bakeshop!!!!!
