Since launching in 2024, we’ve had the privilege of being part of **200+ weddings, corporate events, private parties, nonprofit events, and celebrations** throughout Minnesota. What started as one mobile bar has grown into a full-service event company with an incredible team and multiple ways to make your event feel a little more memorable.
From beautifully crafted cocktails and professional bartending to our signature **MinneTrailer**, Kiddie Cocktail Bar, mocktail experiences, and our newest addition, **MinneHotdog**, we love creating experiences that guests actually talk about after the party is over.

Minnehaha Bar Co backed out of bartending 6 weeks before our wedding due to their inability to meet our venue’s extra requirements.
We had booked Minnehaha Bar Co in July 2025 and...
we thought we were clear of the requirements of our venue since the original booking call. Furthermore, Juliana and her team had these requirements in writing since January 2026. They did attempt to meet our venue’s extra requirements when they realized their mistake, but were unable to do so.
We communicated with Minnehaha Bar Co multiple times over the year they were under contract with us and never once did they mention that there were any issues with our venue that they were attempting to resolve in the background.
It wasn't until July 2026 that they emailed us out of the blue to cancel their bartending services for our August 2026 wedding. We called Juliana and left a voicemail but she did not return our call due to personal health reasons.
Minnehaha Bar Co's last minute cancellation forced us to find a new bartending service 6 weeks before our wedding which was a great financial burden on top of an already expensive time in our lives.
We requested multiple times that Minnehaha Bar Co cover the difference between their contracted services and the new services we were forced to find but this request was never acknowledged by Juliana. Furthermore, we were told we'd be receiving our initial deposit back within 30 days and we had to email multiple times to receive our deposit back 50 days later due to processing issues.
Overall we are greatly disappointed in the lack of communication from Juliana and her team and the overall way this situation was handled

Do not use Minnehaha Bar Company. We booked them to service our rehearsal dinner so we could actually enjoy and socialize with our guests at my parents house. We signed a contract,...
paid in full and had a call with Juliana (the owner) on the Monday before our Thursday event to confirm details. We were not given a separate number to contact but we verified all the details, timing and everything. I showed up to my rehearsal dinner and the servers had not arrived (5:50 pm). They were 20 minutes late when I began calling the owner to find out where they were. I called the owner, 2 of my bridesmaids and some other guests to try to get ahold of someone. We were completely thrown off and it made me so upset and stressed out. I was supposed to be enjoying the event with my future husband but instead I’m trying to set up the food, serving drinks and getting things squared away. We finally got a text from the owner around 7:30 saying she had no idea where the servers were but she’d send a refund. I feel like a refund is the absolute minimum for messing up so astronomically. That is the last and only thing we ever heard from her. No explanation and we barely got more than an “I’m sorry” text. She completely set our weekend off on a stressed out foot and I carried that stress into my wedding day. Save yourself an absolute nightmare situation and find someone else. If I could give zero stars, I would.
It was honestly so much fun having these ladies be part of our wedding. They were so much fun and just so freaking great!
