Our wedding at Mint Springs Farm could not have been more perfect. Kelly and her team did an absolutely incredible job — they are professional, kind, organized, and truly gifted at...
what they do. From the very first time we toured the venue to the moment our wedding day ended, we felt completely taken care of.
The venue itself is breathtaking in every direction. Every space feels intentional, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Kelly and her team made the entire planning process seamless and ensured the day ran flawlessly. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We are so grateful we chose Mint Springs Farm for our wedding and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stunning venue and an exceptional team behind it!
If I could rate 10 stars I would!!
I got married at MSF in June of this year. To say it was the best day of my life would be an understatement. We are from Chicago and went into th...
e wedding planning under the impression that planning an out of state wedding was going to be tough. Boy were we wrong! From the beginning Kelly and Bec immediately made us feel at ease. I found the venue on "Here comes the Guide" in July of last year and immediately inquired. 2 weeks later my mom and I were on a 24 hour trip to TN to see the venue of my dreams. We walked in and knew immediately no venue would ever compare.
Working with MSF team was truly amazing! Kelly and Bec have wedding planning down to a science. Many of the vendors are in-house and what few vendors weren't came with strong recommendations from the team. G catering provided delicious food and drinks, Baked in Nashville created the vintage wedding cake of my dreams, Snyder Entertainment kept the dance floor jumping all night, and Signature Transportation kept the party rolling all the way back to the hotels!
Bloom House Florals were something out of a fairytale. When I met with them I gave them a very general concept and a few colors I loved and they truly created an atmosphere that left every guests jaw on the floor!
Kelly and Bec spent months curating every detail to bring my dream to life and I will forever be grateful for their dedication to their passion and their clients. Everyone tells you "you can worry all you want but something will always go wrong on your wedding day, its inevitable" With Kelly and Bec at the helm that was not the case! My wedding day was executed perfectly. It was a day with strong storms intermittent and Kelly and Bec kept an eye on the sky and planned accordingly to create a day that made the weather feel like a nonfactor. Every aspect of the day-of coordination was flawless. They utilize a Mercedes sprinter van to transport the couple and bridal party around the property to ensure everyone stays looking their best and to keep the bride hidden until her big moment. The getting ready areas are just unmatched! even our makeup team mentioned how they have never experienced such a perfect bridal suite for getting so many women ready. I could go on forever, but like I said they just truly care so deeply for the couples they work with and that is evident through the amazing work they do.
I will be recommending MSF to everyone I know - and frankly I think all my guests will as well!
xoxo

Mint Springs Farm did an INCREDIBLE job and gave us the wedding of our dreams! We live in Florida and my family is from Virginia so we looked in the Southeast for the perfect venue...
. After coming across MSF, it was clear that we found our venue and it was an easy decision. We wanted a Fall in the mountains so it was ideal.
We loved that they had a package that included catering, flowers, cake, DJ, and much more. The vendors they chose were amazing as well. The meal was absolutely incredible and all my guests raved and were so impressed. Our cake was so beautiful and could not have been more delicious. (Mouth watering for cake…) Best wedding food that I’ve ever had and I’m not just biased!
They listened to every little detail of what we wanted and it was perfect! I was blown away by Kelly and the Mint Springs Farm team/partners. I wouldn’t have changed anything and will remember our Perfect Day forever. Thank you so much and we urge everyone to book MSF for your Big Day!

enue is absolutely stunning and the vendors they choose to work with are fantastic is an added bonus.
Our wedding planner, Brandy, was beautifully blunt and kind which was so helpful in making this experience everything we could have asked for, and more.
We are so grateful for you all and the memories the Mint Springs Farm team helped us mold. THANK YOU!!

out booking this venue - DO IT! From the moment we first visited this venue, we knew it was special. Lynn was so knowledgeable and prepared, and the property was just stunning. After two hours there, we knew we had to put down a deposit. Our planner Jamie is the absolutely the best planner and person ever - she knows exactly what she is doing and is so organized, and made sure the day ran perfectly. She also is just an amazing human being who I am grateful to have met and hope to keep as a friend for life. Every little question and desire we had - they were there for us. The property is itself is absolutely stunning - it is a great mix of a farm and all the gorgeous acreage that goes with it, but also a sleek barn - which wasn't too rustic or too industrial, it was just the perfect balance! The bridal suite is also spacious and beautiful and honestly cannot be beat. The food is incredible as well - do yourself a favor and get the biscuit bar! They also rolled with our covid date changes multiple times and pulled off the most gorgeous tent when we decided we wanted dancing outside. I just cannot thank them enough. Professional, organized, warm, kind, plus gorgeous flowers and property - it is the best!

could have ever asked for! Even in this Covid environment, wedding planner Jamie Kiser Long was calm, on top of EVERYTHING, and more helpful than I could have imagined. Our wedding day was the most joyous event. Our guests were amazed by the beauty of the venue - especially the flowers. Debbie the florist hit it out of the ballpark with our florals. It was everything I ever wanted. I'm confident no other venue in the country can provide what Mint Springs Farm can. Highly Highly Recommended!
Mint Springs Farm is absolutely amazing! First and foremost, the farm is beautiful! From the very first meeting until the wedding day ended, the planner was always there for us. ...
She guided us through everything and was always available to help answer any questions. The vendors they recommend all work together like a well-oiled machine and are so knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. I can't recommend them enough. They definitely exceeded our expectation!!

l getting compliments on the planners, caterers, flowers, DJ & more! Every detail was better than I could have imagined. Jamie made our process seamless(which was such a relief since we came in from out of town!) and I was completely stress free the day of our wedding. I cannot thank them enough for truly thinking of EVERY detail - Allie even brought me my flip flops to change into mid reception when I forgot. The best of the best at MSF.

dding party was so impressed with how organized the team was and I knew we were in very capable hands. They were very professional and truly thought of everything. I also cannot say enough good things about all of the florals, decor, food, and displays. It was all just so perfect, truly captured my vision for my wedding day, and, above all else, my husband and I had the best time. Mint Springs Farm helped us make memories that will last for the rest of our lives.
We knew from the pictures ahead of time that Mint Springs Farm was beautiful (and it was even more so in person) but what made us easily decide on the venue was how warm, welcoming...
, and reassuring Lynn and the whole team were. We knew we were in great hands the minute we sat down with them and that they would be able to help us pull off the wedding we had imagined. Our planner, Kesha, was amazing throughout the whole process and we can't thank her enough. Her fantastic communication and organizational skills made us feel that everything was on track and under control throughout the whole planning process. She helped ease any worries I had prior to the wedding, answering each of my millions of emails almost immediately. On the day of the wedding she was there the entire time ensuring things went perfectly for us and our guests, better than Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner. She even handled an unexpected last-minute timeline change effortlessly. Looking back, we feel that our wedding at Mint Springs Farm was perfect. They gave us the wedding of our dreams, even when we had no idea exactly what that was when we started.
We got engaged in September 2017 and I immediately started looking for venues in Nashville. We found Mint Springs Farm pretty early on in our search and I instantly fell in love. I...
t checked everything on my list. I wanted a venue that I could trust because I have such a type A nature and stress about everything. I needed someone who would handle it and not even let me know if there was a disaster. Also Nashville weather is unpredictable so I wanted a venue that would fulfill my dreams rain or shine. Unfortunately so many other venues do not have an acceptable rain plan. I didn't want to pay thousands of dollars and have my guests stare at their salad during our ceremony because it rained.
The entire wedding planning process was perfection. They listened to my needs, asked questions if they needed clarification, never pushed their ideas on me, and made suggestions when I needed help. My wedding day was a dream. Every detail was handled so I felt zero stress or pressure. We had spotty rain and my planner and photographer worked closely to determine when we could do outside pictures that I desperately wanted. The decor and flow of the day was exactly what I wanted and more. They took what I said and transformed it in magic. My guests raved about the food, flowers, desserts, and staff. I would 100% book with them again!
What a DREAM!!! The entire planning process to the actual day was perfection. As soon as we took a tour of the venue we booked it immediately. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and ...
the staff was incredible. The fact that we were able to get married in such a beautiful place we feel so lucky and thankful. Our wedding planner Kesha was spot on and made every detail more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

est wedding planner and had such attention to detail I was able to trust her completely (which is hard because I'm a control freak). This was especially important as I was planning the wedding from afar, and we were coming to Nashville as a destination wedding. e was phenomenal! If something bad occurred on the day of my wedding – I never knew about it. From the minute we arrived to walking out the front doors for our sparkler send off. I felt supported and like I was the only bride they were working with. Everything you see in pictures is even more beautiful in person. Our wedding was a destination, with almost every single guest traveling down from Chicago. They had probably moaned and groaned about traveling but I received many compliments on the venue and how it was nothing like they’d ever experienced before. MSF has thoughtfully chosen all of their vendor options and you will not be disappointed with whatever you choose. In terms of décor and floral, MSF has expert staff that will create whatever your heart desires. Now, there are probably cheaper venues out there but if you have the ability to make MSF fit your budget – do it! We worked without our contracted budget and did not add anything outside of it and it was still a dream. Finally, I want to make sure and add something that I had heard from others who had their weddings before me at MSF. Not only will the bride & groom enjoy their day to the fullest – but so will the parents! In most cases, parents are an essential part of the wedding planning and both my parents and in-laws were able to relax and take in every moment without worrying about a thing either! Choose Mint Springs Farm – they will give you your perfect day!

Sara was a perfect match!!! These two really know their business and love what they do. EVERYTHING was top notch and no detail was too small for them to take notice. Thank you from the entire family for making a really big dream come true!!!
Mint Springs Farm takes the worry from the couple and places all the details in their personal professional wedding planners. The venue is perfect to customize every bit of the ce...
remony and reception without running all over town and dealing with all the vendors. Every aspect was over the top the flowers, the food, the music. The flow of the events and the special treatment to the bridal party all day long up to the point of the festivities begin. The schedule is followed carefully but when you have an unexpected event such as a rain shower they have plan B so quickly in place you quickly forget there was even a change in the schedule. On top of this outstanding service, the kindness from the owner to everyone in front and behind the scenes, makes you feel that this is the most important day ever. Our wedding planner Jamie Kiser quickly became part of our life from the moment we met her until the wedding day and so pleased with everything she did to make it special. We had 90% of our wedding guest from out of town and the family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Most importantly the perpetual smile on the bride and groom faces all day long was enough to validate. Would not hesitate recommending Mint Springs Farms to everyone. Nolensville best kept secret is not a secret anymore!

destination wedding for most of our guests and everyone still tells us how beautiful and perfect our wedding was. When looking for a venue, we visited a handful of places, but nothing compared to the atmosphere at Mint Springs Farm. The staff, and especially our planner, Jamie really listened to our ideas, vision and needs for our special day and it was executed even more perfectly than I could have ever hoped for. Every aspect and detail put into that day was everything we were hoping for and so much more. We are so glad that we chose Mint Springs Farm to host the best day of our lives, it created memories that will last a lifetime!

quickly became clear that nothing else would measure up to this one! From start to finish, I always felt like I was in good hands and knew that our special day would be everything that I could have imagined...and more! Our planner, Jamie, was so patient and understanding in listening to my ideas, worries and questions. Given that both of our families and nearly all of the members of the bridal party live at least 7-8 hours away from Nashville, it was important to me to choose a venue and staff that I felt comfortable with and that I knew would live up to the hype! Ours was a destination wedding for many guests, and we are still getting compliments about every aspect of the day. I would highly recommend Mint Springs Farm to any couple!

ghout the planning process to make sure we had all our options personalized and perfected. Everything.. every single thing, the scenery, the atmosphere, the FOOD, the decorations, the buildings, and the experience, was spectacular! They are all-inclusive in the best way - they have all the vendors call you prepared and ready to go. All of which we were really pleased with and truly felt like they were invested in making our night as special as possible. All of our details were personalized, and anything the venue had, was open to you for use! No nickel-and-diming! Our wedding was one of many this year and I have no shame in admitting that no one can stop gushing over ours. We had a mid July wedding and everyone was comfortable and in awe of the blooming hydrangea on the cocktail patio. Talk about a fairy tale. I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Thank you MSF, Kesha, and everyone else! #BestWeddingEver <3

as always there when we needed her. I truly felt like I had a friend helping me with my wedding!
The day of our wedding was magical - even with the rain! All of the floral arrangements were breathtaking. We did not upgrade our package and the reception was still beautiful. All of our guests were raving about the property is and some even said it was the prettiest wedding they had ever been to. My only complaint about the wedding was that it went too fast!
Thank you Mint Springs Farm for giving us such a memorable night to look back on. I wish we could do again every day!

s most of what you need. They use one vender in the various areas - catering, cake, music, Dj, etc. I was nervous about this but they were all top notch, so don't let that bother you with this place. If you can afford it and you want the least stress possible planning and on the wedding day then use them. You will not be disappointed! It was our perfect day!
From the planning process through the end of the wedding day, it was perfect. Brandy and Kesha had control of everything (except the weather). People kept saying to me "you're so c...
alm! Are you sure you're getting married soon?" I told them, "I don't have to worry about anything. I have a Brandy to do that." From the flowers to the timeline, they were impeccable. There ere even a few last-minute requests that they managed to incorporate.
Mint Springs is a dedicated wedding venue. They only host one wedding a day, so it is entirely yours. You meet with them three times (or more if you choose) to plan your event. They have the whole process so streamlined that it's entirely painless. The detail they put into every aspect is astonishing. I had about 100 days to plan my wedding so having this all-inclusive venue do all the leg-work was a lifesaver. And the vendors they work with are all top-notch. The DJ, the limo driver, the cake and the food were all exquisite. Chef Penelope is quite the artist when it comes to food. She even let me forego the traditional wedding cake in place of an ice cream bar - FABULOUS!
They took good care of all our personal touches and made sure everything got into the appropriate car at the end of the evening.
I could not have been more blessed than I was on this day.
Thank you all for all your hard work. You helped give me a day I will surely never forget.
