Mint Springs Farm is a rustic wedding venue in Nolensville, TN. Located on a picturesque, 40-acre property, this venue offers couples multiple places to say their vows, from the peaceful waterfront to the lush open fields. It’s run by an experienced, dedicated team who will work diligently to make your nuptial dreams come true. Their all-inclusive packages, in-house planners, and various amenities will turn your wedding into an unforgettable celebration.
Whether you dream of a romantic elopement or extravagant reception, the Mint Springs Farm offers multiple spaces for you to use on your wedding day. You and your entourage can prepare for the altar in one of the two separate dressing suites. One features a 1,700-square-foot open space with four lounge areas and salon stations for you to prepare in luxury. The second suite gives you a place to relax, with a poker table, pool table, and other amenities to ease any prenuptial jitters. You will then exchange your vows in the Ceremony Pavilion, with the breathtaking lake as your backdrop. Up to 225 guests can be seated in the vintage pews, underneath the delicate chandeliers and exposed wooden details. You can then move to the elegant reception barn and open an outdoor patio to enjoy the rest of your night with your loved ones. Both the main floor and mezzanine floor are decorated with rustic lighting and romantic drapery to add to your event theme.
The onsite team of planners, designers, and florists will customize their services to best suit your vision. They will arrange their tables, chairs, tabletop items, and decor into any formation you prefer. Their in-house caterers will work to create a menu from start to finish that suits your unique palate. From limo transportation to sparkler send-offs, the team behind Mint Springs Farm will handle each important detail to make your wedding experience stress-free and joyful.

e wedding planning under the impression that planning an out of state wedding was going to be tough. Boy were we wrong! From the beginning Kelly and Bec immediately made us feel at ease. I found the venue on "Here comes the Guide" in July of last year and immediately inquired. 2 weeks later my mom and I were on a 24 hour trip to TN to see the venue of my dreams. We walked in and knew immediately no venue would ever compare.
Working with MSF team was truly amazing! Kelly and Bec have wedding planning down to a science. Many of the vendors are in-house and what few vendors weren't came with strong recommendations from the team. G catering provided delicious food and drinks, Baked in Nashville created the vintage wedding cake of my dreams, Snyder Entertainment kept the dance floor jumping all night, and Signature Transportation kept the party rolling all the way back to the hotels!
Bloom House Florals were something out of a fairytale. When I met with them I gave them a very general concept and a few colors I loved and they truly created an atmosphere that left every guests jaw on the floor!
Kelly and Bec spent months curating every detail to bring my dream to life and I will forever be grateful for their dedication to their passion and their clients. Everyone tells you "you can worry all you want but something will always go wrong on your wedding day, its inevitable" With Kelly and Bec at the helm that was not the case! My wedding day was executed perfectly. It was a day with strong storms intermittent and Kelly and Bec kept an eye on the sky and planned accordingly to create a day that made the weather feel like a nonfactor. Every aspect of the day-of coordination was flawless. They utilize a Mercedes sprinter van to transport the couple and bridal party around the property to ensure everyone stays looking their best and to keep the bride hidden until her big moment. The getting ready areas are just unmatched! even our makeup team mentioned how they have never experienced such a perfect bridal suite for getting so many women ready. I could go on forever, but like I said they just truly care so deeply for the couples they work with and that is evident through the amazing work they do.
I will be recommending MSF to everyone I know - and frankly I think all my guests will as well!

. After coming across MSF, it was clear that we found our venue and it was an easy decision. We wanted a Fall in the mountains so it was ideal.
We loved that they had a package that included catering, flowers, cake, DJ, and much more. The vendors they chose were amazing as well. The meal was absolutely incredible and all my guests raved and were so impressed. Our cake was so beautiful and could not have been more delicious. (Mouth watering for cake…) Best wedding food that I’ve ever had and I’m not just biased!

out booking this venue - DO IT! From the moment we first visited this venue, we knew it was special. Lynn was so knowledgeable and prepared, and the property was just stunning. After two hours there, we knew we had to put down a deposit. Our planner Jamie is the absolutely the best planner and person ever - she knows exactly what she is doing and is so organized, and made sure the day ran perfectly. She also is just an amazing human being who I am grateful to have met and hope to keep as a friend for life. Every little question and desire we had - they were there for us. The property is itself is absolutely stunning - it is a great mix of a farm and all the gorgeous acreage that goes with it, but also a sleek barn - which wasn't too rustic or too industrial, it was just the perfect balance! The bridal suite is also spacious and beautiful and honestly cannot be beat. The food is incredible as well - do yourself a favor and get the biscuit bar! They also rolled with our covid date changes multiple times and pulled off the most gorgeous tent when we decided we wanted dancing outside. I just cannot thank them enough. Professional, organized, warm, kind, plus gorgeous flowers and property - it is the best!

I needed someone who would handle it and not even let me know if there was a disaster. Also Nashville weather is unpredictable so I wanted a venue that would fulfill my dreams rain or shine. Unfortunately so many other venues do not have an acceptable rain plan. I didn't want to pay thousands of dollars and have my guests stare at their salad during our ceremony because it rained.
The entire wedding planning process was perfection. They listened to my needs, asked questions if they needed clarification, never pushed their ideas on me, and made suggestions when I needed help. My wedding day was a dream. Every detail was handled so I felt zero stress or pressure. We had spotty rain and my planner and photographer worked closely to determine when we could do outside pictures that I desperately wanted. e was phenomenal! If something bad occurred on the day of my wedding – I never knew about it. From the minute we arrived to walking out the front doors for our sparkler send off. I felt supported and like I was the only bride they were working with. Everything you see in pictures is even more beautiful in person. Our wedding was a destination, with almost every single guest traveling down from Chicago. They had probably moaned and groaned about traveling but I received many compliments on the venue and how it was nothing like they’d ever experienced before. MSF has thoughtfully chosen all of their vendor options and you will not be disappointed with whatever you choose. In terms of décor and floral, MSF has expert staff that will create whatever your heart desires. Now, there are probably cheaper venues out there but if you have the ability to make MSF fit your budget – do it! We worked without our contracted budget and did not add anything outside of it and it was still a dream. Finally, I want to make sure and add something that I had heard from others who had their weddings before me at MSF. Not only will the bride & groom enjoy their day to the fullest – but so will the parents! The flow of the events and the special treatment to the bridal party all day long up to the point of the festivities begin. The schedule is followed carefully but when you have an unexpected event such as a rain shower they have plan B so quickly in place you quickly forget there was even a change in the schedule. On top of this outstanding service, the kindness from the owner to everyone in front and behind the scenes, makes you feel that this is the most important day ever. Our wedding planner Jamie Kiser quickly became part of our life from the moment we met her until the wedding day and so pleased with everything she did to make it special. They are all-inclusive in the best way - they have all the vendors call you prepared and ready to go. All of our details were personalized, and anything the venue had, was open to you for use! No nickel-and-diming! The day of our wedding was magical - even with the rain! All of the floral arrangements were breathtaking. We did not upgrade our package and the reception was still beautiful. All of our guests were raving about the property is and some even said it was the prettiest wedding they had ever been to. My only complaint about the wedding was that it went too fast!

Mint Springs is a dedicated wedding venue. They only host one wedding a day, so it is entirely yours. You meet with them three times (or more if you choose) to plan your event. They have the whole process so streamlined that it's entirely painless. The detail they put into every aspect is astonishing. I had about 100 days to plan my wedding so having this all-inclusive venue do all the leg-work was a lifesaver. And the vendors they work with are all top-notch. The DJ, the limo driver, the cake and the food were all exquisite. Chef Penelope is quite the artist when it comes to food. She even let me forego the traditional wedding cake in place of an ice cream bar - FABULOUS!
They took good care of all our personal touches and made sure everything got into the appropriate car at the end of the evening.
I could not have been more blessed than I was on this day.
