If someone tells you you have to go broke to have an elegant and awesome event don't believe them! I shopped around and spoke with many caterers before a friend recommended Minute ...
Events Catering. I took her word for it and checked them out. By the time the tasting was done I was more than convinced I'd picked the right caterer. The venue I chose simply hands you the keys and says your caterer is responsible. I've never felt that I'd ever been in more capable hands. If Chef Steven says he's got it... believe it! The food was absolutely delicious and the service top-notch. Like I kept telling my guests, "it's the folks you don't see behind the curtain who are creating the magic." Thank you Chef Steven & Minute Events Catering for the magic you created on my most special day! Oh... and the wedding cake was awesome too!
