She was really great and responsive when we were initially talking. However, when I contacted her to set up a trial, her communication cut off. When she did reply, it was at least ...two weeks after. I expressed concerns that she was very unresponsive and she did not acknowledge my concerns. Months after this with no trial scheduled, I expressed my concerns again (over fb message, email, and even through text) she replid (two weeks later) that she was busy with her salon and it was wedding season. I am totally understanding of those things! Other things in life happen, but if you sign a contract with someone, you might have to make the time to reply to emails more than once a month. She reached out and we set up a date for a trial, I replied with "Great! What time and where should we meet, I am flexible!" and she never replied. The date of the trial has passed with out a single word from her. I understand that things go on and life is busy. But not replying to fb messages, emails, or even texts is absolutly unacceptable. Save yourself some stress and hire someone who acts professional and respects your time and money.
