They scheduled three fittings for me prior to picking up my dress before my wedding day and the staff and service was polite and professional during each of my visits. Miranda’s Vintage Bridal did an AMAZING job altering my wedding gown! I bought my gown at Kleinfeld’s in NYC, and I was so grateful to find a wonderful place locally to have it altered. My dress had a lot of intricate details and beading, and Miranda made it fit me perfectly. She did a lovely job on my bustle and did it in a way to showcase the bodice beading. Miranda and her staff are super nice, making the experience very pleasant. The boutique is also adorable inside. Further, you can buy lots of amazing vintage apparel at Miranda’s - vintage wedding gowns, vintage cocktail dresses (great for rehearsal dinner or engagement photos!), vintage accessories, and more. Miranda was so wonderful, sweet, and so professional. The shop is so adorable! You must go just to look for your something old. The dresses, jewelry & accessories are amazing. My dress was Hayley Paige Blush from La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection in Columbus & she got me in for fittings right when the dress came in. She was a joy to work with, she also did the alterations on my sisters dress in 2017 and nailed it. I got so many compliments & I am so happy with how I felt & looked in pictures. Can’t thank you enough!!! P.S. Nothing to do with the amazing work Miranda did but I ended up cutting the straps off the dress two days before the wedding to make it more me, and comfortable. It fit me like a glove thanks to Miranda & the team at the shop. I will definitely recommend to others.

My alterations appointments at Miranda’s were possibly my favorite part of the wedding planning process. Miranda and her team are so kind and wonderful, and really care about every person that walks through their beautiful shop’s doors. Miranda did a fantastic job altering my dress. I felt so confident on our wedding day! The team was great at providing information on how to care for my gown, bustle it at the reception, and even putting in my veil. Also, they have other adorable non-bridal dresses and jewelry at the store! My mom purchased beautiful pearl drop earrings for the wedding from the collection. Overall, I can’t recommend Miranda enough and would give 100 stars if I could!

They helped me from start to finish, showing me how to take care of the dress for travel was very helpful. I had such a wonderful experience with Miranda's Vintage Bridal. Miranda did the alterations on my dress which had a lot of intricate lace work. She made it fit my body perfectly so I didn't need to pull it up all night. She even added sleeves and a bustle to the dress to make me like it more. The atmosphere of this bridal shop is like something out of a Disney movie. The employees hum to classic music and treat you like a princess (I know it sounds weird but it's the best way to describe it). The alterations were expensive, but I hear they are pretty comparable at other shops and I would gladly pay more for Miranda's expertise and poise.

I had such a great experience getting my wedding dress altered at Miranda’s Vintage Bridal. My dress, which had quite a bit of beading and an intricate pattern, needed taken in quite a bit in the bust and torso. In just two fittings Miranda was able to get it fitting perfectly! Miranda also custom made my veil to the exact length and design I wanted and took in my rehearsal dinner dress on short notice! I also felt each service was very fairly priced. Madison, who works in the shop and assists with scheduling was also very organized, answered all of my questions and made sure everything was appropriately scheduled to be ready in time for wedding weekend! I recommend Miranda’s Vintage Bridal to Cleveland area brides looking for dress alterations or beautiful vintage pieces!

Wow. I stopped in on a whim for a quick appointment while searching for a veil, and I was blown away. Both of the women in the store were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive as they walked me through each of the handmade veils available in store. When I realized I needed to try the veils on with my dress to make a decision, they were excited to help me make an appointment for the next day and welcome me back! At my second appointment, I was alone, but they helped me into my dress (which I bought elsewhere) and put each of the veils into my hair without pressuring me to make a purchase. In the end, I walked out with the most beautiful and delicate veil, alongside a pair of natural pearl earrings. The shop itself is beautiful and boasts a mix of local, handmade bridal items and incredibly sourced vintage wedding dresses, accessories, and jewelry pieces. Literally I cannot say enough kind things about the environment, selection, and staff!

I got my alterations and accessories at Miranda's and could not be happier! Not only is Miranda the sweetest, cutest human being, but her boutique is so charming and welcoming. I had a lot of lace and beading and fabric to take in and by the time I picked my dress up, it fit like a glove! She also has a large selection of AMAZING accessories to choose from that I was able to try on during one of my fittings which was super helpful to see what went best with my dress. I hired Miranda to alter my wedding gown, which I had bought as a sample dress, and was quite a bit too big for me. She did an absolutely amazing job! The gown was very detailed, and she did an amazing job ensuring that all the lace looked amazing once everything was taken in to my size. Figuring how to bustle the huge train must have been quite a project, but turned out beautifully. My mom and bridesmaids had no trouble with it and it stayed put all night. They were also incredibly accommodating, because when I hired them, my wedding plans were in disarray due to the pandemic, and I wasn't sure exactly when my wedding date would actually be, besides "soon." I ultimately did not need to rush my alterations, but I know they would have been willing and able to work with me. I really recommend choosing Miranda's for your alterations!

I loved my whole experience with Miranda's Vintage Bridal. Originally, I had picked out a wedding dress online that I was in love with but my mom was coming to visit me and she wanted to go wedding dress shopping with me. So, I made an appointment here simply because how cool is it to try on vintage dresses from the 1900's? During that appointment, I found my dream dress. It had all of the characteristics I wanted (a button up back, short sleeves, and ball gown style) and on top of that, the dress was vintage from the 1950's! My mom and I bought it then and there, 2 years before the wedding. When it came to fittings, Miranda and her staff were super polite, caring, and friendly. Unsurprisingly, 2 years after buying it the dress didn't quite fit anymore but, Miranda did a fantastic job with the alterations. I got so many compliments on the dress during and after the wedding. I'm so glad I made an appointment here, what a find!

I’m really impressed with Miranda. You can tell she is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. It’s amazing that she is so young and chic but also so talented and professional. I had the most amazing experience at Miranda's! I knew that I always wanted a vintage gown. After researching, I was led to Miranda's shop. After browsing online I immediately identified my dress. She let me put a deposit down on it and then I made my appointment to try it on along with any others I liked. The shop is absolutely adorable. Her and Courtney do such a great job there. They are so nice and accommodating. Miranda is an expert at what she does and is so helpful. We had so much fun at all of my fittings. I also ended up getting another dress for my bridal shower and some of her amazing accessories. Even if you do not purchase your dress there, Miranda can do your alterations. Aside from providing a great experience, she is timely with her alterations! I HIGHLY recommend going to Miranda's whether you are dress shopping, looking for a veil or accessories, or need dress alterations. She is reasonably priced, accommodating, and her and Courtney will take very good care of you!

Miranda performed alterations on my dress and WOW. She is extremely talented, detail oriented, and really cares about your experience and vision. I had quite a bit of tricky alterations to do where she had to remove lace and reapply, move straps, and take in quite a bit of bust area. The results were absolutely perfect. Miranda did my wedding gown alterations and she did an AMAZING job. My gown was a sample sale (a few sizes big on me) and was a tough dress to alter. The back was completely open and I was very nervous about the alterations. In the end it looked absolutely perfect. My dress was a layer of lace on top, and the alterations were pretty good (it was probably complicated to take in so much lace), however the bustle clips on the dress all fell off within 20 minutes of bustling. I was dragging my dress all night and not only was that frustrating for dancing but the condition of the dress is bad because of this.

I just completely ADORED working with Miranda and her team. My alteration process was so simple and it was not at all intimidating. Miranda offered suggestions around ways to improve the lay of my dress, outside of typical or standard alterations. I also needed an emergency fitting, very close to my date - she accomodated and did it without adding any stress. Her prices are fair and her team is great. I wouldn't get my dress done by anyone else!

I absolutely adored Miranda's. Miranda herself is very sweet and more than willing to help you make sure you get the perfect dress for your day. They have a wide selection of dresses all the way from the 1910's to the 1980's(? I think?). The store itself is beautiful and there are so many more things to look at than dresses, such as, party dresses, antique jewelry, accessories, shoes, etc. My dress was perfect, Miranda and Courtney were always so helpful, and the whole experience was wonderful.

Miranda is an absolute master at bridal gown alterations. I would recommend her to any bride. I had purchased my gown at a different shop that referred me to Miranda for fittings. She was a total pleasure to work with...plus she always had fun musical tunes playing in her cute shop. Her pricing was very reasonable. In the end, Miranda created an finely-fitted gown and a truly elegant bustle structure for my long train. In some ways I loved it better bustled! Miranda and Courtney helped me rebuild my grandmother dress back to the original beauty it was! I was so pleased, as was my family, of her treatment of our heirloom dress that has now been worn by 6 different brides in our family since 1951. Miranda's is amazing! She is so pleasant to work with. They are very organized, responsive, and fairly priced. The shop is simply adorable. The only negative thing about my experience was that I had 3 clips on the back of my dress for the bustle. Unfortunately, 2 of the clips broke off at some point and I was only able to hold my dress up with 1 clip for the reception. The rest of the work she did was beautiful and my dress fit like a glove!

Miranda is the absolute best. My sisters and I have all used her for our wedding gown alterations and she has been an absolute dream to work with. She knows exactly what will and wont work and has no problem keeping it real with you. I got so many compliments on my wedding dress, but the few that stick out are about the alterations I wore a strapless ball gown and the compliment "your dress is fitted just perfectly to you, you haven't adjusted your top all night" stuck out to me because I knew it was all due to Miranda. She's professional, and sweet and so quick. She was able to alter my sisters maid of honor dress in basically a few days. Just a dream! not to mention sweet Courtney her assistant and the vibe of her vintage shop. She's also the most considerate for those brides who keep superstitions but don't want to over do it.. sewing in blue ribbon as your something blue into your bustle. its just so thought out. I recommend Miranda's Vintage Bridal 100%! Not only does she have the most amazing selection of vintage dresses, but she is an absolute master of alteration. I had searched everywhere for a dress that was both beautiful and reasonably priced. After failing to find anything in my hometown (Pittsburgh), I traveled to Cleveland to visit my friend and made an appointment with Miranda. I found three dresses I really liked, but I fell in love with one of them. After Miranda worked her seamstress magic on it, the dress was absolutely perfect. I grinned from ear to ear every time I tried it on and felt beautiful on my wedding day! She was great to work with too!

I bought a beautiful lacy and intricate dress at a wedding shop that was closing and as a result I needed a seamstress. I called a few places and after visiting with Miranda, it was a no brainer to pick her! She is 100% the best. I lost enough weight that my dress was basically brand new and she just rolled with the punches. No one from my family was able to make it to my final fitting so she took a video of my dress bustle. Miranda is someone you can trust with the most important dress you will ever wear! My gown was a Pnina Tornai that I bought unused online. I was nervous about having it altered by just anyone because of the intricate beading. I read reviews about Miranda online and decided to go with her, and I'm so glad I did! She was very nice and helpful and the dress came out STUNNING! I couldn't be happier with how it looked. Pricing was a little high because of the amount of detail she put in, but it was worth every penny.

I first found Miranda when I initially thought I wanted to have my grandmother's wedding dress re-done. She is one of the few people in Northeast Ohio that offers this service. The consultation I had with her about what she could do to update the old dress was great. Miranda listened to what I might be interested in doing with the dress and she explained what would and wouldn't work. I ended up buying a new dress instead of using my grandmother's. I had to get my dress altered and the bridal salon I purchased my dress at didn't do in-house alterations so I took my dress back to Miranda for alterations. She is EXCELLENT to work with! As soon as I called and told her I wanted to get started on alterations, I got an appointment right away. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the fitting process. Not to mention she does fabulous work. I got so many compliments on my dress and how great it looked at the wedding and a lot of that is owed to Miranda for perfectly altering my dress. Not only did she alter my wedding dress, but she also altered my sister's bridesmaid dress too. Miranda knows what she is doing whether it is a wedding dress or party dress and I plan on going back to Miranda for alterations on a bridesmaid dress I need altered for a wedding I am in this fall.

Miranda was an absolute pleasure to work with! She killed it with my alterations!!! ESP due to me adding sleeves to my gown, she hit it spot on the very first time, and my dress fit like a glove, plus her boutique is the cutest place ever!

There aren't words to describe how fabulous Miranda is. My dress was HUGE when I brought it in for alterations. The top was a corset covered in delicate lace so I was worried about how it would be altered without damaging the lace. I need not have worried about a thing. Miranda is beyond talented and knowledgable. She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I ended up having to have my dress taken in three times due to my over zealous workout plan and the final fitting was only 2 days before the wedding. Miranda got everything done in plenty of time and my dress was flawless on my wedding. I cannot thank her enough or say enough about how talented she is.

Miranda did alterations on the gown I bought at Something White. She came highly recommended, and I can see why! She is so talented and knowledgeable about what she does, I felt completely at ease handing over my dress to her. The alterations came out beautifully, and I got so many compliments on how my dress fit the day of. She's also super friendly, and her shop is beautiful!

I cannot say enough to go to Miranda's beautiful shop and without a doubt use her to alter your dress or any of your mothers, bridal part dresses. She was incredibly easy to work with. She knew exactly what my dress needed for me to feel more comfortable in it and make it fit me perfectly before i even knew what I wanted or needed. I found a beautiful fur there that she sewed a ribbon to and it was absolutely perfect on my husband's and my wedding day. She was very very sweet to work with and I just absolutely love her store and style. I highly recommend visiting Miranda and using her services to alter your dress.

I went to Miranda to get my wedding and rehearsal dinner dresses altered. I would highly recommend going to her. She is so sweet and she did a fantastic job. Also, her shop is adorable and has so many awesome and unique jewelry and dresses that I ended up getting most of my wedding jewelry from her. I'll definitely go back next time I have a special dress that needs altered.

It was a true pleasure to work with Miranda. I had a two-piece dress from BHLDN, and had selected it to be a small tribute to my late grandmother's wedding dress. I was nervous to go to "just anywhere" as I was worried about altering the lace piece of my dress. Upon entering the store, I knew that I could put all of my trust into Miranda. She was so kind, professional, and just adorable! I love love love the way my alterations came out! I highly recommend Miranda to anyone!

Miranda is absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job on my wedding dress alternation and it looked perfect for my wedding day! She also altered one of my bridesmaids dresses and it too looked perfect! She is so accommodating with scheduling appointments and just the sweetest person!
