My husband and I were required to choose a day of coordinator for our venue and came across Charnecia. After meeting with her and seeing how organized and positive she was, we hire...
d her for our wedding. From start to finish she did an incredible job, going above and beyond, staying on top of every detail, anticipating potential issues with our plans, and tying up any loose ends. We could not have pulled off our wedding without her, and she gave us our dream day! The day went by so smoothly and even if there were any issues, my husband and I didn’t have to stress about a thing, trusting that she had it all handled. I would recommend Charnecia to anybody- she made planning fun and had our backs the entire time.
Charnecia was incredibly helpful when it came to "crunch time" and we really needed the extra support to get everything properly organized. We planned our own wedding and it was se...
amless bringing the Mira's team into the fold. They have unique knowledge and we couldn't have handled the final stretch or the big dau without their expertise. I HIGHLY recommend having them at rehearsal for coordination, it made it so productive and everyone felt so prepared for the big day!
We hired Charnecia for partial planning for our wedding in June and she was a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day go very smoothly! Overall we had a good experience, des...
pite a few mixups near the start of our time together. Charnecia was very generous with her time and even offered to put together our favors and helped us SO much with our decor and thinking through all the little details and aspects of the timeline we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. She was always very kind and supportive, and we are thankful we got to work with her!
Charnecia went above and beyond in making our wedding day come into fruition. We hired her for assistance with day-of coordination, but her services exceeded any and all expectatio...
ns. Charnecia was thorough, personable, attentive, and reliable throughout the entire process. No matter what time of day, she was always responsive to last minute text messages, phone calls, and general concerns. Most importantly, she never ceased to make her number one priority making sure my husband and I were happy on our special day. We truly could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Mira's Magnolia for anyone looking to ease the load from the wedding chaos. You will without a doubt feel supported and rest assured that your wedding will be one of the best days of your entire life. Thank you again for everything!
If you're looking for a planner, so not hesitate to book services from Mira's Magnolia. We were thrilled with the service, attention to detail, and professional support throughout ...
the process. Charnecia was very accommodating and easy to work with, and absolutely went the extra mile to make our day easy and stress free. We even had guests comment on how wonderful she was! One of the highlights of our wedding was a fashion sketch artist. I had been looking for one but gave up. Charnecia managed to find an incredible artist within our budget.
There are a lot of difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding, but this is not one of them! You will not be disappointed :)

ental items for my bridal shower and she was kind enough to provide my sister with planning assistance! She blew my guests away with the schedule and beautiful decorations that we eventually hired her as our day of Coordinator. She communicated with us every step of the way and ensured we felt comfortable with each decision. She took away any and all stress on our wedding day so we could enjoy the day and our guests.
Seriously! Hire Charnecia to coordinate your wedding related events if you want a stress free coordination!! She is one of the most communicative vendors we hired and one of our FAVORITES! 10/10!
We hired Charnecia to plan our August 2021 wedding in northern Virginia and she was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the beginning, she was warm ...
and approachable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!). She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.
