Absolutely amazing day at Mirival. I went for the ultimate day pass and really didn’t want to leave. Between the world class spa, delicious food and beauty all around you it made for truly a great day. Special shout out to Jody and Veronica who...
made the equine and pottery class truly special. I can’t wait to come back and hope Mirival continues to offer the ultimate day pass special to increase accessibility to this little slice of heaven.

This is the 2nd time I've been and still no disappointments. I come here solo just to collect my own thoughts, relax and recover. The numerous activities offered allow there to be something for everyone's interests. It isn't a busy chaotic plac...
e and easy to find a little private spot all over the resort at anytime. The staff were all so attentive to my needs. The yoga/meditative, exercise and wellness classes are taught by professionals in the discipline. The spa is simply amazing!! The pool, the gift shop were well appreciated and the food is upscale and delicious, not only catering to vegan diets but again, something for everyone. I loved the little treats and prepackaged foods in the Nest that were available to grab and go most hours of the day.
Just didn't plan alot of very early morning activities because I found it difficult to get out of that comfy marshmallow bed. Felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. My visits will become more frequent now. I love Miraval so much!

Currently on night three here and enormously disappointed. This is not a luxury hotel.
The food is genuinely inedible. Everything tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier and reheated. I got four dishes my first night and took two bites of...
each. I went to Lenox for all dinners. Thankfully they will make eggs to order in the morning and have salads available for lunch.
The property feels neglected- tables littered with trash, furniture stained and damaged, uninspired/no aesthetic in room and else where.
When I booked I was promised a tub in my room, and after three room changes where they kept putting me in rooms without a tub, finally was give one that is dirty and 10 inches deep- totally unusable.
I really enjoyed the services at the spa but the facilities are just basic- dry/wet sauna, hottub and pool. They have water and tea available but you can’t order drinks or snacks. Thankfully my first masseur suggested stacking two 50 minute massages when I mentioned I was bummed about only having the 50. The people who helped me book prior to arriving were useless but onsite staff helped tremendously with getting everything together.
Also really enjoyed the staff who taught the activities I took but getting everything booked online is super clunky and dealing with rude “experience staff” prior to arriving sucked.
Housekeeping comes once each day in the late afternoon, and the service consisted of making the bed and emptying the trash.
Super disappointed and didn’t come close to expectations. I’m 7 months pregnant and this was supposed to be a relaxing baby moon for me but instead I was just disappointed at almost every turn.

I booked this resort to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Clean rooms! At arrival, I was met with the best employee in the property(the southern gentlemen whose name escapes me) … Massages were amazing, I did a leg and lower body massage that w...
as delightful. The wife did a full scalp treatment. The beaver excursion was very informative. But the dinning host was horrendous. We arrive for dinner, she informed us that we needed to reserve (which I had forgotten with all of the stresses of life). She says she can’t help us, even though there were plenty of open seating. I asked to speak for someone with a higher authority to which she agreed to reluctantly, while on the way to get her superior she tells her coworker “and this is a grown man acting like this”. To which I say, acting like what? Wanting to have dinner on my anniversary on one of the most expensive resorts in Mass that I paid for? Once the manager arrives, she offered to sit us at the bar, which we accepted. I will NOT be returning to this location. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Great way to try different classes. Specialists teaching classes were engaging and had great energy. The website for booking classes is antiquated and not user friendly, so it took hours to book classes and spa treatments online for a 3 day s...
tay. The billing system is also antiquated and shows charges for classes that should actually be included in the Ultimate Package that I paid for. On the day of checkout, my itinerary and preliminary invoice showed that I owed money for classes that were actually included. The front desk told me that the billing dept will update and audit my bill after my stay after 5pm, but since I was leaving before 5pm, that meant that I was unable to speak to someone in person when the final invoice showed discrepancies. When I called and or emailed, they send you from one department to the next or was dropped after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. Each department does a poor job with communicating with each other if at all. It doesn't not seem that they have a customer experience person to take care of your issues and do the legwork between departments to resolve your issues. Instead, you are left to deal with it all yourself. This left a very negative experience and makes me not want to go back. It's important to leave a client with a great experience from start to finish. Miraval needs to improve the customer experience.
