Mirepoix Event Catering

Could not recommend this catering company enough!! They have a wide variety of options to chose from. The tasting was so fun, and we felt like VIPs. The chef himself attends and goes over food options with you, he also made recommendations with pairs (which pastas with which apps, etc.). They were very accommodating with having the menu selection turned in. They also had their own linens for the food tables. All of the guests commented on how good the food was! The taco station was a hit! The staff at the event was so fun as well! They were so nice and mingled with the guests. They set up a nice spread for the bride and groom during cocktail hour, so we were actually able to eat and drink. And the best part of the night was the late night snack option: cookies with a shot of milk! Our guests were raving about it. It was such a unique thing to have at the end. Absolutely loved working with Rachael, through the booking process. 12/10, would recommend!!! I have not one complaint about them.
