We all felt so beautiful the day of. Heather and Stephanie have been so helpful during the entire process, even afterwards recommending where to bring my dress for cleaning, as we took pictures all over the city, my dress got a bit dirty. All the girls there are so friendly and personable! They really go out of their way to be helpful and give their brides a perfect experience. They also have such an incredible selection of dresses! They’re all so unique and gorgeous! We thought we would have had to go to a much bigger city to find some of the designers they carry. I could not be happier with the experience we had with them!

If Stephanie and Heather and their gorgeous salon aren't enough to sell you, then their dresses will. The designers they carry are not your run of the mill wedding gown. From the styles to the fabric of these dresses, you will not be disappointed. My wedding dress was absolutely stunning and I got a complimented on it all day. I felt like an actual real life princess. I could go on and on! Thank you Stephanie and Heather for making my day so magical from start to finish! ❤️

brides. The dresses go up to a bigger size but they are all small sizes in the store so there is no way of really knowing what the dress would actually look like on the bride. I must say the dresses were ALL beautiful but if you are above a size 16. This is not the shop for you!

Experience: My first appointment was with my mom and friends to try on everything because I had no idea what I wanted. They weren’t upset that I had no idea and let me try on everything. They were very good about keeping a top three list and what didn’t make the cut, was put back. My friends were able to enjoy some treats they brought along and they made room on the table for our stuff. The store is extremely clean, mirrors shiny, lighting perfect, and dressing rooms are large. They help you in and out of each dress (unlike the store across the street). The initial appt. was two hours and I came away with five favorites, one of which I eventually purchased. Staff: Heather and Stephanie actually listen to you and know what looks good on your body. The other places I went did not care much at all about what I thought, what I liked, and what I didn’t like. They both were honest if they didn’t like it, which was so helpful because you don’t want to look terrible on your wedding day. Knowledge: They are very knowledgeable about the whole dress industry. They attend bridal shows regularly. They have access to dresses that other Syracuse stores did not, and more upscale looking dresses. They even have access to dresses that only have one license per state. I wanted a coverup/jacket for the dress and they spent hours with me trying different ones until it felt right. Variety: The have much better dresses than I found even in NYC. I knew no one else would have my dress and when I walked down the aisle it would be a surprise to everyone. They also have a large variety of bridesmaid/mom dresses as well. For the petticoat, there were several styles and colors to choose from. For veils, they have every length and style. Price: The places I went to in NYC were a minimum $3,500/dress. I spent less than half that at Mirror Mirror on a prettier dress. Compared to other Syracuse stores, prices were on par, but nothing stood out. The accessories were also priced well. I would 100% recommend Mirror Mirror. I wish I didn’t bother with the 10 other places I went to. I LOVED my wedding dress and am so excited that I was able to support a local business from my hometown.
