p is really lovely, and the staff really gave me their undivided attention as I was trying on dresses.

ng vision I am sure other places don't get it I tried at another place and it could never have lived up to the expirence. I am still dreaming of one of the dresses they put me in.

dresses. I also had a smaller budget. After I tried on a few styles and the fairy godmothers got a better idea of what I was liking and what I was feeling comfortable in, they pulled a beautiful dress that was discounted and under budget! They even put me in a few non bridal gowns to see if that was more my style based on some of the feedback I was giving. They were enthusiastic and efficient.

ferences. Such a great experience

totally did. felt like a queen.

irror with my mom after getting engaged, just to see. I immediately felt like a princess. Heather was so sweet and warm towards me. She was so helpful and picked dresses that really flattered my curvy figure. I loved so many of the dresses I tried on, and I ended up going with a Lis Simon dress. 2 of my 3 bridesmaids got their dresses there as well (the other is out of town so she went somewhere closer to her). We all felt so beautiful the day of. Heather and Stephanie have been so helpful during the entire process, even afterwards recommending where to bring my dress for cleaning, as we took pictures all over the city, my dress got a bit dirty. It's your wedding, it's once in a lifetime, and you want to feel like royalty. Got to Mirror Mirror, support local business!

! They helped me come up with some alterations to make it even more perfect. If you're looking for a dress go here and take a look you wont regret it!

patiently! They communicated with the designer to make a small change, which turned out wonderfully. They even humored me when I had a small freak out that my dress might not have been ordered. Truly the best place to buy a wedding dress in this area!

l dress for my wedding day. I will recommend them to everyone!

er stopped at nothing to make my dream come true! They reached out to the designer and were able to find a runway sample that I could buy and stay within my budget! The dress was perfect in every way and the shopping experience was an absolute joy!

e never pushy & never impatient. We went to multiple salons in big cities in different states then returned to Mirror Mirror to purchase the gown & veil because of these women. We could not be happier with our experience at this salon!

Stephanie picked a gown off the rack that was slightly different than what I described, but she had a vision...and a little while later, I said yes to the dress! I was amazed at how she could sense my style after seeing me try on just a few dresses. She was exactly the help I needed since I am so particular and indecisive, and was feeling especially anxious about such a big choice! PSA to you ladies out there...don't stress about finding the one and only "perfect" dress; you will shine beautifully in whatever you choose -- Mirror Mirror helped me remember this! So glad I went with this choice! (and the magic wand is a great touch!)

sle next year! The experience from start to finish was absolutely dreamy. From the moment I walked in for my private appointment, Stephanie rolled out the red carpet and made me feel very comfortable. She provided me with lots of options to choose from (even after I had selected the second dress I tried on!!) as she wanted to make sure I didn't have any regrets about not trying on more looks. She made expert recommendations and accessorized the look perfectly. She also consulted with me on the color palette for my bridesmaids, which helped me visualize beyond pictures on Pinterest. The entire experience was seamless, simple, warm and lovely. The shop is absolutely stunning. I couldn't have had a better experience trying on wedding gowns. Thank you, Stephanie and Mirror Mirror for helping me find my perfect dress!

had a year planned to find the perfect dress because I’m so indecisive. We went to Mirror Mirror on my second day dress shopping, and I found the one (tears and all)! All the girls there are so friendly and personable! They really go out of their way to be helpful and give their brides a perfect experience. They also have such an incredible selection of dresses! They’re all so unique and gorgeous! We thought we would have had to go to a much bigger city to find some of the designers they carry. I could not be happier with the experience we had with them!

nd they found ways to alter and add to it to make it just what I wanted. They truly care about their brides and not just the sale!

s that was perfect, but more than that, the experience was fun and comfortable! The owner, Stephanie, is delightful to work with and super helpful and informative. It’s so worth making an appointment for the once in a lifetime experience and the opportunity to find the dress and accessories of your dreams!

y dress in their store!

have enough time to order a dress before my wedding, so they worked with me to find me something I loved and could walk away with. It was a relaxing and exciting experience and I would recommend visiting them!

our decision visit Mirror Mirror. Stephanie made me feel like the most special bride and I literally tried on everything. I thought I had my dress picked out at another salon but then I came here and found my DREAM dress! I had the whole salon to myself which made it even more personable and they really took an interest in my thoughts and ideas as well as helped me dig down deep and decide what I really wanted to look like on my wedding day. Thank you Mirror Mirror for the best wedding dress experience I could of ever of hoped for!

right then! My custom dress came out beautiful. I can't thank them enough!

re experience was wonderful, ending with the fairy godmother's wand and photo. Thank you, ladies!

6 or 7 at Mirror Mirror, i found my dream dress- and it was off the rack! I will be bringing my bridesmaids here, and will recommend to anyone I can!

utique. You get 2 full hours of their undivided attention and the entire salon to yourself with zero interruptions. This is what sold me on them. The entire appointment is about you! If Stephanie and Heather and their gorgeous salon aren't enough to sell you, then their dresses will. The designers they carry are not your run of the mill wedding gown. From the styles to the fabric of these dresses, you will not be disappointed. My wedding dress was absolutely stunning and I got a complimented on it all day. I felt like an actual real life princess. I could go on and on! Thank you Stephanie and Heather for making my day so magical from start to finish! ❤️

brides. The dresses go up to a bigger size but they are all small sizes in the store so there is no way of really knowing what the dress would actually look like on the bride. I must say the dresses were ALL beautiful but if you are above a size 16. This is not the shop for you!

quests. They made what could have been a very stressful process super easy and enjoyable. HIGHLY recommended!

ound three, off the rack, that looked stunning! But it was Heather and other staff members, including the owner of the salon, that made this experience "MAGICAL." The ambience and genuine individuals, were so attentive to my daughter's wishes, they created a perfect and memorable experience. The ladies helped to customized and embellished my daughter's gown to perfection! The Disney wedding venue is sure to be awed by the newest princess, after the royal treatment, she received. I can not say enough about "Mirror, Mirror," so don't miss out, by not walking through the "Looking Glass" of this outstanding Bridal Salon. I am sure you will be enchanted too!

dresses. I also loved how knowledgeable and passionate they are about what they do! They helped me to pick out an amazing dress, veil, and jewelry and made the whole experience fun! I highly recommend Mirror Mirror!

during that time I had their undivided attention. They were great with staying within my budget and finding the most perfect dress. I could not have asked for a better dress or experience. I found not only my dress there but also all of my accessories and shoes. I was actually sad on my last day there to pick up my shoes because they became like family. I recommend Mirror Mirror Inc to any bride looking for that one of a kind experience. Words cannot even express how wonderful they are!!

s, accommodating, cleanliness, truthful opinions, price, variety, and accessories. Experience: My first appointment was with my mom and friends to try on everything because I had no idea what I wanted. They weren’t upset that I had no idea and let me try on everything. They were very good about keeping a top three list and what didn’t make the cut, was put back. My friends were able to enjoy some treats they brought along and they made room on the table for our stuff. The store is extremely clean, mirrors shiny, lighting perfect, and dressing rooms are large. They help you in and out of each dress (unlike the store across the street). The initial appt. was two hours and I came away with five favorites, one of which I eventually purchased. Staff: Heather and Stephanie actually listen to you and know what looks good on your body. The other places I went did not care much at all about what I thought, what I liked, and what I didn’t like. They both were honest if they didn’t like it, which was so helpful because you don’t want to look terrible on your wedding day. Knowledge: They are very knowledgeable about the whole dress industry. They attend bridal shows regularly. They have access to dresses that other Syracuse stores did not, and more upscale looking dresses. They even have access to dresses that only have one license per state. I wanted a coverup/jacket for the dress and they spent hours with me trying different ones until it felt right. Variety: The have much better dresses than I found even in NYC. I knew no one else would have my dress and when I walked down the aisle it would be a surprise to everyone. They also have a large variety of bridesmaid/mom dresses as well. For the petticoat, there were several styles and colors to choose from. For veils, they have every length and style. Price: The places I went to in NYC were a minimum $3,500/dress. I spent less than half that at Mirror Mirror on a prettier dress. Compared to other Syracuse stores, prices were on par, but nothing stood out. The accessories were also priced well. I would 100% recommend Mirror Mirror. I wish I didn’t bother with the 10 other places I went to. I LOVED my wedding dress and am so excited that I was able to support a local business from my hometown.

st and gave helpful feedback. I went to NYC as well and wasted my time doing so based on the options here. I went to several salons in Syracuse and felt this one was my best experience trying on dresses.

d find the dress of my dreams! Everyone is extremely knowledgable and helpful and I would recommend mirror mirror to anyone that would like a relaxed professional atmosphere to find the best gown you are ever going to wear! Thank you so much ladies!!

and what I envisioned. They listen intently and pulled dresses that matched what I wanted. They were kind and patient through the process, and I narrowed it down to 3. With their help, I picked the dress that I absolutely loved! They truly are fairy godmothers! I highly recommend this amazing shop, it definitely should not be overlooked when you're looking for your wedding gown!

of the local shops, but from comparing inventory and service they surpass local competition. Heather<3 swooped me off of my feet right away and two dresses later, I found THE dress. She was attentive and didn't leave my side, she wasn't off with another bride like other shops. Not only did I get my dress, my bridesmaids did as well. They have a great selection for both brides and bridesmaids and the staff knows exactly what they have and what would work best for what your asking . I highly recommend Mirror Mirror for any bridal needs!

just as amazing. The store is set up beautifully with everything a bride needs for that special day. The staff (family) at Mirror Mirror is awesome! I came into store with a general idea of what I wanted but felt completely overwhelmed. Right away, the staff took the time to get to know me and work on making the experience less stressful. They made it fun, exciting, and helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams. They helped in creating a memory of finding a dress that I will never forgot. They assisted every step of the way-from my first visit at trying on dresses, all the way up to my final alteration visit. Mirror Mirror is the best bridal store to find the perfect wedding dress. If you want the true bride experience from some amazing people, Mirror Mirror is the place to go to!

hat I was looking for in a dress, and was very attentive! She made me feel so comfortable and made dress shopping enjoyable! I wish I had saved myself the hassle of dealing with the other shops by coming here first!

best for last. Stephanie and Heather were amazing, and a pleasure to work with. I was able to find a dress that perfectly suited my style, and was even able to make specific alterations in order to create my perfect dress! The shop itself is lovely and comfortable. I cannot thank these ladies enough!!!!! I will be sending any future brides their way!!!

! They had me try on styles I never would have looked at twice, and they went out of their way to find a dress in my size from the supplier on their day off (the sample dress I tried on was recently discontinued). I highly recommend this boutique to every bride looking to make her dreams come true!

hey made my dress shopping a dream come true. I highly recommend this bridal boutique!

was instantly in awe of the sophisticated atmosphere, beautiful and diverse dress selection, and personable and professional staff. I found the perfect dress, veil, earrings, and bridal gifts all in one spot. The whole process, from searching for a dress on the racks to my final fitting was like a beautiful daydream come true.

nd so clean! We were greeted by the owner, Stephanie, and her assistant Heather. After having been to so many impersonal bridal salons, Mirror Mirror was like a breath of fresh air. Stephanie and Heather made us feel so comfortable. We told them our budget and they never showed us anything we couldn't afford. My daughter tried on several gowns and I have to say that Stephanie was so patient with her. Their selection was not only awesome, but it was so nice to see so many different gowns that we hadn't seen anywhere else. They made our wedding dress experience so much fun because they seemed enjoy it just as much as we did. Stephanie and Heather are extremely knowledgeable and their expertise is amazing. My daughter found the wedding dress of her dreams at Mirror Mirror and I went back and found the most beautiful mother of the bride dress there as well! My daughter and I have told all of our friends and relatives about Mirror Mirror. I call it the hidden jewel of Syracuse. Mirror Mirror is a must see if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress!

o check the shop out. The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm, you truly feel like a princesses when you are shopping for your special gown, and the selection of dresses range all shapes and sizes which makes it unique for every bride. Also, I had my bridesmaids buy their dresses from there and they were more than helpful in assisting my bridal party and myself in selecting the perfect colors. From the first day I walked into the store, to the day of my wedding, I have had nothing but support from them, and every aspect was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Mirror Mirror and its amazing staff.

rs. I even felt pressured to buy a dress fast at one place due to a trunk show. When I walked in to Mirror Mirror I was feeling a bit stressed and disappointed from my experiences at the other places. I think that Heather and Stephanie picked up on that and were determined to give me a great experience! They were patient, friendly, and professional! I found my dress the first time I visited Mirror Mirror, but I still went home to compare pictures just to be sure! They did not put any pressure on me to make a quick decision! I found my perfect dress at Mirror Mirror and I could not be happier with my choice! I got so many compliments on my dress at my wedding and I felt so beautiful in it! I was even told I looked like a princess! They have dresses that you won't see anywhere else in the area and they take great care of the sample dresses! I highly recommend Mirror Mirror Inc!
