my first bridal appointment ever was with them because I know some of the folks there and I was more then happy I was over the moon with my time there with how I described my wedding vision I am sure other places don't get it I tried at another place and it could never have lived up to the expirence. I am still dreaming of one of the dresses they put me in.

Mirror Mirror was my fifth bridal appointment. I don't wear dresses so I was trying to find the dress that I had developed and put together in my head based off of a few different dresses. I also had a smaller budget. After I tried on a few styles and the fairy godmothers got a better idea of what I was liking and what I was feeling comfortable in, they pulled a beautiful dress that was discounted and under budget! They even put me in a few non bridal gowns to see if that was more my style based on some of the feedback I was giving. They were enthusiastic and efficient.

I found my dream dress at Mirror Mirror! It was the second or third dress the wonderful ladies pulled for me to try on based on what I had showed them I liked and told them my preferences. Such a great experience

hands down greatest bridal gown experience. Kris and the rest of the girls are WONDERFUL. they really know theyre stuff. Kris knew at first meeting she had THE dress for me and she totally did. felt like a queen.

I cannot recommend going to Mirror Mirror enough. I am not the most confident person when it cosec to my body, and I wasn't sure if I even wanted a white dress. I went to Mirror Mirror with my mom after getting engaged, just to see. I immediately felt like a princess. Heather was so sweet and warm towards me. She was so helpful and picked dresses that really flattered my curvy figure. I loved so many of the dresses I tried on, and I ended up going with a Lis Simon dress. 2 of my 3 bridesmaids got their dresses there as well (the other is out of town so she went somewhere closer to her). We all felt so beautiful the day of. Heather and Stephanie have been so helpful during the entire process, even afterwards recommending where to bring my dress for cleaning, as we took pictures all over the city, my dress got a bit dirty. It's your wedding, it's once in a lifetime, and you want to feel like royalty. Got to Mirror Mirror, support local business!

These dresses are incredible and definitely unique! I had gone to a couple other stores with no luck before I came here. I found the perfect dress and the ladies there were amazing! They helped me come up with some alterations to make it even more perfect. If you're looking for a dress go here and take a look you wont regret it!

Love the ladies here! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I tried my dress on 4 times before being able to say yes to it. But each time, I was treated so kindly and patiently! They communicated with the designer to make a small change, which turned out wonderfully. They even humored me when I had a small freak out that my dress might not have been ordered. Truly the best place to buy a wedding dress in this area!

Oh my gosh. I can't say enough about Mirror Mirror! I brought my mom and three aunts with me shopping and am so glad they were part of an experience that was FUN and STRESS-FREE! Stephanie picked a gown off the rack that was slightly different than what I described, but she had a vision...and a little while later, I said yes to the dress! I was amazed at how she could sense my style after seeing me try on just a few dresses. She was exactly the help I needed since I am so particular and indecisive, and was feeling especially anxious about such a big choice! I found my perfect dress with the help of the amazing Stephanie at Mirror Mirror! I feel beautiful and confident in what Stephanie found for me and I can't wait to walk down the aisle next year! The experience from start to finish was absolutely dreamy. From the moment I walked in for my private appointment, Stephanie rolled out the red carpet and made me feel very comfortable. She provided me with lots of options to choose from (even after I had selected the second dress I tried on!!) as she wanted to make sure I didn't have any regrets about not trying on more looks. She made expert recommendations and accessorized the look perfectly. She also consulted with me on the color palette for my bridesmaids, which helped me visualize beyond pictures on Pinterest. The entire experience was seamless, simple, warm and lovely. The shop is absolutely stunning. I couldn't have had a better experience trying on wedding gowns. I don’t even know where to begin with the girls at Mirror Mirror! They honestly made my wedding dress shopping experience more magical than I would have ever dreamed it could be! I had a year planned to find the perfect dress because I’m so indecisive. We went to Mirror Mirror on my second day dress shopping, and I found the one (tears and all)! All the girls there are so friendly and personable! They really go out of their way to be helpful and give their brides a perfect experience. They also have such an incredible selection of dresses! They’re all so unique and gorgeous! We thought we would have had to go to a much bigger city to find some of the designers they carry. I could not be happier with the experience we had with them!

Steph and Heather are the best! I did not feel pressured at all to choose a dress. They made my dress search fun and not stressful. After choosing my dress, I had second thoughts and they found ways to alter and add to it to make it just what I wanted. They truly care about their brides and not just the sale!

Mirror Mirror is by far the BEST bridal shop in the CNY area! I went to every shop to be thorough, but there was no need to keep looking after going here! This was a magical experience! Not only did we feel comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to help meet our needs. After trying on several dresses beforehand and another 6 or 7 at Mirror Mirror, i found my dream dress- and it was off the rack! From the styles to the fabric of these dresses, you will not be disappointed. My wedding dress was absolutely stunning and I got a complimented on it all day. I am the MOB. We did not purchase our dress from this shop BUT I must say the girls were very sweet and very professional. My only complaint is that they don't accomadate plus size brides. The dresses go up to a bigger size but they are all small sizes in the store so there is no way of really knowing what the dress would actually look like on the bride. I must say the dresses were ALL beautiful but if you are above a size 16. This is not the shop for you!

Heather and Stephanie were amazing! This store has a wonderful selection of top quality, designer gowns and accessories. They are able to customize any gown for special sizes or requests. They made what could have been a very stressful process super easy and enjoyable. HIGHLY recommended!

It is no "Fairytale" that this place is the very BEST around. My daughter and I went to several salons to find the perfect dress! At Mirror Mirror, my little princess, actually found three, off the rack, that looked stunning! But it was Heather and other staff members, including the owner of the salon, that made this experience "MAGICAL." The ambience and genuine individuals, were so attentive to my daughter's wishes, they created a perfect and memorable experience. Mirror Mirror Inc was a dream place to find a dress. The ladies are phenomenal and provide such a personalized experience that I felt like royalty. I had a private appointment and during that time I had their undivided attention. They were great with staying within my budget and finding the most perfect dress. I could not have asked for a better dress or experience. I found not only my dress there but also all of my accessories and shoes. Heather and Stephanie were amazing! I started looking in NYC and then up in Syracuse. I went to the top-end places in NYC and Mirror Mirror was far better in terms of friendliness, accommodating, cleanliness, truthful opinions, price, variety, and accessories. Experience: My first appointment was with my mom and friends to try on everything because I had no idea what I wanted. They weren’t upset that I had no idea and let me try on everything. They were very good about keeping a top three list and what didn’t make the cut, was put back. My friends were able to enjoy some treats they brought along and they made room on the table for our stuff. The store is extremely clean, mirrors shiny, lighting perfect, and dressing rooms are large. They help you in and out of each dress (unlike the store across the street). The initial appt. was two hours and I came away with five favorites, one of which I eventually purchased. Staff: Heather and Stephanie actually listen to you and know what looks good on your body. The other places I went did not care much at all about what I thought, what I liked, and what I didn’t like. They both were honest if they didn’t like it, which was so helpful because you don’t want to look terrible on your wedding day. Knowledge: They are very knowledgeable about the whole dress industry. They attend bridal shows regularly. They have access to dresses that other Syracuse stores did not, and more upscale looking dresses. They even have access to dresses that only have one license per state. I wanted a coverup/jacket for the dress and they spent hours with me trying different ones until it felt right. Variety: The have much better dresses than I found even in NYC. I knew no one else would have my dress and when I walked down the aisle it would be a surprise to everyone. They also have a large variety of bridesmaid/mom dresses as well. For the petticoat, there were several styles and colors to choose from. For veils, they have every length and style. Price: The places I went to in NYC were a minimum $3,500/dress. I spent less than half that at Mirror Mirror on a prettier dress. Compared to other Syracuse stores, prices were on par, but nothing stood out. The accessories were also priced well. I would 100% recommend Mirror Mirror. I wish I didn’t bother with the 10 other places I went to. I LOVED my wedding dress and am so excited that I was able to support a local business from my hometown.

They listen intently and pulled dresses that matched what I wanted. They were kind and patient through the process, and I narrowed it down to 3. With their help, I picked the dress that I absolutely loved! They truly are fairy godmothers! Mirror mirror is nothing short of amazing! I swung by there, with no intention of getting my dress...well I was wrong. Mirror mirror is different in that they are smaller then some of the local shops, but from comparing inventory and service they surpass local competition. Heather<3 swooped me off of my feet right away and two dresses later, I found THE dress. She was attentive and didn't leave my side, she wasn't off with another bride like other shops. Not only did I get my dress, my bridesmaids did as well. They have a great selection for both brides and bridesmaids and the staff knows exactly what they have and what would work best for what your asking . Heather and Stephanie are amazing! The boutique is lovely, and has a range of dresses for every lady. This was only my second stop, and after trying on 3-4 dresses, I found the one! Shopping at Mirror Mirror was by far the easiest and most enjoyable part of planning my wedding. I wandered into the shop not quite knowing what to expect and I'm so glad I did. I was instantly in awe of the sophisticated atmosphere, beautiful and diverse dress selection, and personable and professional staff. We went to Mirror Mirror to look for a bridal gown for my daughter. When we entered the salon, we were so impressed with the beauty of the store. It was so beautifully decorated and so clean! I found Mirror Mirror at the Syracuse Bridal Show last year; fell in love with how personable Stephanie and Heather were from the beginning, and a couple weeks later I decided to go check the shop out. The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm, you truly feel like a princesses when you are shopping for your special gown, and the selection of dresses range all shapes and sizes which makes it unique for every bride. Also, I had my bridesmaids buy their dresses from there and they were more than helpful in assisting my bridal party and myself in selecting the perfect colors. From the first day I walked into the store, to the day of my wedding, I have had nothing but support from them, and every aspect was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Mirror Mirror and its amazing staff.

When I began the search for my wedding dress I looked at all of the typical places in Syracuse. Most of the places weren't very helpful, had ripped sample dresses, and broken zippers. I live in NYC. I looked tirelessly everywhere for a dress and could not find what I was looking for. After my parents visited a friend in Syracuse, my mother popped into mirror mirror and said I had to come and check out the store! I made the journey from the city with my sister and mother a few weeks later. Stephanie and her staff were so warm and accommodating. I fell in love with a dress and purchased it that day! All in all, it was a pressure free environment filled with smiles and an eagerness to please. They shipped my dress to me directly to the city without a hiccup. Stephanie, Heather, and all the ladies of Mirror Mirror made my wedding dress shopping/process simple and fun. They were there for me step by step and always checked in. Central NY Brides, you must visit Mirror Mirror Inc! I decided to try Mirror Mirror because of their unique collection of designers. I love KittyChen Couture gowns. They are very unique, and Mirror Mirror is the only salon in Central New York that carries her dresses. Whether you are looking for a classic bridal look for something trendy or unique, this is the place to go! I told Stephanie and Heather about my vision for my bridal look (I wanted a blush pink gown!), and they were able to provide me with amazing options. I will be wearing KittyChen Couture's Ginger gown in Ice Pink on my day, and it is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Their service has been amazing! Stephanie and Heather truly care about their brides, not about just making the sale (which is how I felt in many other salons I've been in). This is how an independent, locally owned business should be run! I would recommend Mirror Mirror to all brides.

Stephanie and Heather at Mirror Mirror Bridal are absolutely wonderful! This is the first (and last!) bridal shop I went to when shopping for my wedding dress. The moment I stepped into the shop I felt like I was shopping with dear friends instead of shop sales people; they listened to how I envisioned myself looking on my wedding day, they asked about my budget and general style and they asked about other details of my wedding. We started off grabbing some dresses to try on and started narrowing them down. After listening to what I liked and didn't like about the dresses, they started picking other dresses to try on. Then we found The Dress, which ended up being a totally different dress style than I thought I would end up picking! The entire experience was so warm and positive! I can't say enough good things about my experience with them! I also went back to the shop to pick out jewelry and again Stephanie and Heather were so helpful in picking out the perfect pieces. Their in house tailor took so much care in hemming and bustling my dress to make sure that everything was perfect!

I have had excellent experiences working with the lovely ladies of Mirror Mirror Inc. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and have really made buying my dress a fantastic experience. We also participated in their bridal brunch (which they put on for the bridesmaid dress shopping for brides who have purchased their dress there) which was so fun. They offer suggestions but are not pushy and really work to help find exactly what you are looking for. We had such great experiences with them that my mother also purchased her mother of the bride gown from them as well. I would highly recommend them (and do!) to anyone who is getting married, they are absolutely wonderful!

Stephanie and Heather are so warm and welcoming when you enter their beautiful wedding dress salon, "Mirror, Mirror". The store is clean and neat with lovely décor. There is no pressure, and they are very patient and pleasant. You can see that they enjoy their work! They give you loads of attention, and I think they make each bride feel special. In addition, we did not have to wait...they were ready for us at our scheduled time. My niece found a beautiful gown that she is so happy with. All in all, it was an emotional and wonderful experience!

It's perfect for her and unique too which is really special. My only regret is that the store was not around when I was getting married! This Bridal Boutique is worth your time and my time writing this review because it is unlike any other. You will be far from disappointed. The class and knowledge Mirror Mirror has not only in the industry but in its product are truly refreshing. I have been to all of CNYs Bridal shoppes and they all have barely trained, somewhat polite sales people that help you get into dresses. Mirror Mirror makes you feel excited about your whole wedding, not just your dress and accessories! You are greeted at the door by the owner and her knowledgeable staff. They get to know you and your wedding to perfectly fit you to your dream dress. In my case I already bought my dress before this shoppe opened. However, unlike other shoppes that turned me away or paid me little mind in helping me find my veil, birdcage veil and garter, Mirror Mirror special ordered items that I couldn't find and helped me as much as if I bought everything from them. The whole bridal experience was amazing. The atmosphere is different from any other shop in town. The boutique is open, airy and beautiful. The hours are flexible and the unique Tuesday hours offer private appointments to make your bridal experience even more special. This shop will bend over backwards to help you have the greatest wedding day possible. It doesn't end with the dress. They helped me find my invitation company which is also phenomenal. I would recommend this shop over any other shop in CNY tenfold. Mirror Mirror is innovative and the other shops need to follow suit. Go somewhere else once and then to Mirror Mirror and the customer service difference alone will have you knocking down the door to get into Mirror Mirror. Customer Service is a lost art and Mirror Mirror is reminding the CNY bridal industry how it is done. Well done Mirror Mirror. You truly are a gem of a shoppe and I hope you thrive. Stefanie's salon was the perfect fit for my bridesmaids. There's a great selection to choose from for every budget. My girls had so much fun trying on all of the options Stefanie helped pick for us and ultimately went with a really elegant style for the big day! Stephanie has created an elegant but very comfortable atmosphere in Mirror Mirror :) As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed and you feel like a Lady! Stephanie and Heather are excellent listeners and true professionals, they truly care about their Brides, and their passion definitely shows :) The gowns and accessories have been very thoughfully curated,they truly are unique from what you will find in the rest of the shops in CNY. I wish this boutique had been open when I got married last year! They'll definitely be my first stop for my next formal event :)
