After contacting them, it took several weeks to get a response. When I finally did, the communications continued to be quite vague. I paid half the bill upon booking and was to pay the other half before the wedding. I received a text message the week of the wedding with a link to pay my bill. The link did not work. It did not take me to a billing site. I contacted my contact at Mirror Mirror asking for a new link or how to pay my bill. She did not respond. In the busy days leading up to the wedding, I did not contact them again. I expected that they would respond to me. Fast forward to the wedding...I was lined up and ready to enter my reception for the grand march when my coordinator ran to me with her cell phone. She was on the phone with Mirror Mirror's administrator (not present at he venue). Apparently the Mirror Mirror vendors at the wedding REFUSED TO ENTER the venue without payment, as if I was withholding money from them. The administer proceeded to YELL at me over the phone, telling me I should have paid earlier. I was lucky I had my debit card memorized, as my hubby and I OBVIOUSLY did not have our card son us... I was in tears entering my reception. They ruined the moment, and I was heartbroken. The vendors entered our venue and glared at me rudely all night. I was really hurt by this. I worked very hard to plan a wedding during the pandemic. The least this vendor could have treated me with respect. I do not recommend this company, as no amount of skill is worth the hastle they put us through.

Update: I later booked the mirror mirror Michigan photo booth for my agency’s (Big Brothers Big Sisters) holiday party and the booth was a hit! The photo booth was simple to use for our youngest guest to the oldest! Our matches were able to make memories that will last a lifetime! I have them booked for my wedding! Now I just need a groom😉

The staff is AMAZING and incredibly friendly. The props are always a hit. It is just a positive experience all around! Will recommend over and over again. You will not be disappointed!
