tique, I knew that I was going to find it there! Everywhere I looked, I saw dresses that fit my style and it was even hard to narrow down the ones I wanted to initially try on. Everyone at the boutique was so nice, friendly, and they made you feel beautiful! As someone that is very indecisive, they were extremely patient as I was thinking through each dress I tried on. I'm so glad I found them on The Knot or else I wouldn't have found the dress of my dreams. I will definitely recommend this boutique to any of my friends getting married!

ul in every dress I tried on. I loved her excitement and energy. It was literally like I was trying on dresses with a friend. I also love that she never pushed me to purchase that day. She made a point to say that it was okay if I wanted to take a day and think about the dresses I liked. In the end, I did find my dress here and I’m very happy with my purchase. Victoria and all the girls, including Anna, here were extremely nice and made sure my concerns on dress sizing were addressed. It was such an easy-going experience and I’m only sad that I can’t try dresses on with Victoria every weekend! Victory with Victoria for sure!

I ended up finding my dream dress and the whole purchase process was stress free. They even recommended the perfect veil to complete the look. I received endless compliments on the ensemble!

Was very disappointed because it has so many stars on the Knot!) When I asked about a dress that was completely see-through being lined, the consultant clearly did not know anything about lining a dress and seemed to think that it’s completely normal to have seems showing through a thick fabric. Frankly, it looked cheap to me; like cheap fabric that was not intended to be see-through but is due to poor quality. The consultant was ignorant. We would’ve been much happier if she had just been honest and said “I don’t know.” If you are 20 and looking for a very faddish wedding dress at a reasonable cost (~$5,000) this might be a good place for you. I just wouldn’t listen to anything the consultants say and take your dress to a professional trailer for any and all questions.

no idea what type of dress I wanted and was pretty indecisive but, Victoria helped me choose the many dresses to try on. They have A TON of dresses. Since this was my first stop I wanted to go ahead and try my second appointment, the next place was not near as nice as Misora and did not have near as many dress options. I kept thinking about this one specific dress from Misora so my family & I went back for me to try it on and I said 'YES' to the dress. I was originally not expecting much from this boutique since there weren't many pictures on the website BUT give this place a chance, you will not be disappointed!! THANK YOU Victoria and Misora for such an unforgettable experience.

At me appointment, she was the ABSOLUTE best. She listened and understood my style. She was in the fitting room helping me in and out of my gowns. I actually ended up choosing a dress she pulled over my own selections. The boutique itself was perfect. The price range was very affordable with dresses starting under 1,00 and going up from there. After you purchase your gown, you also get a voucher for a free “day-off” makeup appointment (which you could use for engagement/bridal pictures!). It was also so personable because I was the only bride in the salon for my entire appointment. I didn’t have other brides upstaging me lol. All-in-all I had THE best experience.

I felt like a queen. qnd, the dress Annie had picked out for me actually WAS the perfect dress and I said YES!! The price was so affordable and the dress and veil were GORGEOUS. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my dress and veil were.

I had an idea of what wedding dress I like based on Pinterest photos but I wasn't sure if it will flatter my body right. When I started looking for dresses, I mostly picked that one style I liked but I also had picked something different to try on. As I was entering the fitting room, I noticed they only had one so I figured that they only accept one appointment at a time. I thought that was a good thing so that they can provide you 100% attention. My consultant was Anna Lam and unfortunately, she gave me a very unforgettable experience in a bad way. She put too much pressure on me. After every dress I try on, she would ask me what elements of the dress I like and she would force me to pick which of the dresses I had tried on so far was my top 1. If a certain dress doesn't fit into a criteria I like, she wouldn't want me put it on. Mind you, it was my first time shopping and I was still in that stage where I was just trying to see what works and what doesn't work so for me, she shouldn't have limited me on anything. My maid of honor also took pictures of me whether I like a dress or not just for fun and for the memories, and I remembered her telling me "Why take a photo if you don't like it?" I thought that was rude. The only good thing happened was that I found one dress that I really love and couldn't stop thinking about. I wore a veil and they let me come out of the fitting room and walk outside in front of a bigger mirror in store. They knew I really love the dress so they asked for a picture of another dress I liked from the previous store I've been to. I showed her that photo and she immediately shut that down and told me that the dress I have on was way better. I didn't want to jump in and make a commitment right away so I told them that I needed more time to think about it. Then she informed me that the dress may be discontinued which disheartened me. I was upset about the whole experience and I wouldn't recommend brides to visit the place.

Every visit I have been warmly welcomed and felt like these ladies aren't just bridal consultants, but great friends who truly care. I also highly recommend their seamstress, "It's Sew Hoang!" who comes to the boutique on Sunday for in house alterations or works from her home. Her prices are very reasonable and she does high quality work.

She was patient with myself as well as my family as I tried on nearly 10 dresses. She even remembered me and details of our first visit months after I purchased the dress! Also, once you buy your gown Ms. Hoang is an absolute must to get it alterations. She works wonders! The ladies at Misora are flawless! I had a great experience.

plus size, they do not and will lie to you over the phone to get you in as I found out first hand. My story: I called to book my appointment last week (May 5, 2015), and specifically asked if they carried plus size dresses in their store as I had already tried on dresses the weekend before and learned that the dresses that fit enough to try on were between a 16 and 18. I wear a size 12/14 pant and size medium/large top, so I already knew that a bridal gown size 14 or less would be too small to even try on, and I didn't want to waste anyone's time. I was told over the phone that they had a selection of plus size bridal gowns and not to worry. So, I booked my appointment for Saturday, May 9th and had my mom join me from out-of-town along with one of my bridesmaids. Misora is an hour from my home, but I didn't mind the drive since I was told they would have dresses for me to try on in my size. However, once we arrived and checked in, the girl tells me that they do not carry anything over a size 12 or 14 in the store. I could not believe this was happening!! I explained that I confirmed when making my appointment that they carried plus size and that I had just drove an hour to this appointment, and all she could do was apologize for the mistake. I know it was not her fault, but I was absolutely humiliated! The girl still wanted me to look at the dresses, but what was I supposed to do, wonder how they would look on me? There was no point to look at a dress that I couldn't even try on, and there was no way I would pay for a dress before seeing it on me. I was so upset about being lied to and the fact that I passed up booking a different boutique that I really wanted to try because the reviews for Misora were so great. BIG Mistake! Needless to say, I left in tears and nearly lost hope for trying another boutique in fears I had been lied to by the others too. But, I had two other appointments at Parvani Bridal and La Reve Bridal Couture that day, and when booking with them I also confirmed that they carried plus size dresses In the store, so I decided to go forward with my appointments. I am so glad that I did, they both had a great selection of 14 and up dresses and they provided excellent service as well. I found my dream gown at La Reve, and the girls there were wonderful and helped me find a dress that is crazy flattering on my body and especially looks ahhmaaazing with my curves I must add. :) They knew exactly which dresses to put me in and they made me feel so beautiful and grateful for my curves! La Reve saved the day that Misora nearly ruined and made me feel so terrible earlier in the day - the day that is supposed to be one of the best days ever when finding "the dress" you will be married in!! Misora Bridal was the most AWFUL experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for plus size or really anyone since they were not truthful to me over the phone. Good luck curvy beauties!

It should also be mentioned that they take a lot of pride in their products and genuinely want you to look good, because you represent them while wearing their dress. Because of this, they will advise on styling when an opinion is wanted. I only have two very slight criticisms of this store. I don't think their "contact us" email feature was working on their website because I could never get them to respond, but they are very good at phone communications. The other thing is everything in the store is white, like the floors and walls, so it can be a little hard to see your dress against all that white. Overall though, great dress and great experience and I just love the ladies that work there.

truly have something for every budget (loads of gorgeous sample dresses, too.) Misora was the 1st place I went and Anna was a saint. She helped me try on so many different styles and was so patient and wonderful. Then, she went and pulled a dress that was a style no one in my party tried and guess what ... That was my dream dress! Tears and all! Without her help and expertise, I never would have tried my dream dress on. I felt obligated to look at a few more stores, but I knew in my heart I had found 'the one.' IMO the big box stores were not that much cheaper, but for the material I chose, the quality was night and day. The store is very chic and glamorous, no bags on the dresses and huge, private dressing rooms. You get dressed behind a curtain and then reveal to your party on the other side, all in a private room! The salespeople are not pushy AT ALL and make you feel very relaxed and special. Dress shopping was such a stress-free, fun experience and I am thrilled with Misora and Anna. Go check them out!

It was a very intimate session, as I was the only bride in the store. I guess thats a plus if you go during the week. I found my dream dress and I cant wait for it to arrive. Did I mention the dresses are very reasonably priced!!!

igner website stating that my dress wouldn't come with a jacket since it is laced up. The main reason I bought the dress was for the jacket and if it wasn't there... Anyways the ladies there called and made sure that my dress came with a jacket and it did... At least I think it did. The dress fit perfectly on top but the jacket was humongous. I had to get it super altered and it didn't look as nice anymore but I didn't have time to ask them to return the jacket or get me a new one. So I'm not sure what happened there, but everything else was great. Since they also do makeup, buying the dress included a free trial makeup.

From the moment we purchased the dress to the day of the wedding (and even after), they went above and beyond my expectations! Sweetest group of people! I felt like the only bride in Houston, and that's saying a lot! Plus, they have an attached Hair/Makeup Boutique! Go here before you go anywhere else. Jeannie and her crew are the best!

hips. I should have ordered a size bigger since they always tell you to go smaller so they alter it there. I had a horrible nightmare time with getting it altered but all in all it turned out great and everyone thought it looked beautiful. Great service but wish the selection was bigger.

so so sweet! Many stores that I went to, I felt pressured or rushed to be in and out but not at Misora! I love them so much I wanted to add them to my wedding party! They were a one stop shop for me, from grooms tuxes to invitations, and their dresses are beautiful from brides, bridesmaids to flowergirls ! Not the cookie cutter ones you see everywhere else! I wish I could have another wedding just so I could experience everything all over again! I refer all my friends and family to come here and everyone has loved them also! Their sister company Blush also did a phenomenal job with makeup where you don't look so caked up! One of Houston's best kept secrets!! I love you Misora!

The only thing is that the order time takes a little long so you can't wait to order your dresses especially the more intricate ones. Karen and Anna were also very helpful and kind. I ended up getting my bridal gown, reception gown, and veil from there. Jeannie also co-owns Blush and Co which is a makeup artistry company that she runs inside of Misora if you need hair and makeup.

and discovering that they carried the same dress, it was a no-brainer to go with Misora. The quality of service from the start was better than I had received at any of the other stores I visited (and I visited several). I never once felt rushed during the dress selection process, and everyone on staff was always so polite, genuine, and calm (a characteristic that I think is vital for any bride during the stressful wedding planning process). Misora also did my alterations and they were wonderful. As a perfectionist, I requested a few adjustments that were probably pickier than most, and they accommodated without skipping a beat. We also ordered all of our tuxes through Misora and everything was perfect. I worked mainly with Jeannie, but everyone on staff was great.

It's a small shop so selection is not that of a bridal warehouse store, but their price range (~ $750 - $2k) was right in my budget. Bridesmaids dresses were expensive here, and email communication was very slow, but my dress came in about 6 weeks early so I was very pleased overall with their service.

, I told her that I didn't want false eyelashes due to the discomfort. In subsequent visits (engagement shoot and wedding), she was able to find a very fine pair of eyelashes for me that would give me the look I wanted with the pain. I couldn't even feel them at all at the wedding! Amazing! My wedding makeup stayed in place all day without any touch ups. I would recommend her to anyone.

er styles just in case, and ended up with a completely different dress! The ladies there were extremely nice and let me call a few days later to tell them which one I decided on. It took only 4 months to get my dress in, 1 month earlier than expected, but when it came in we noticed a problem. One side of the sweetheart neck line was lower than the other. The owner told me the maker was going to fix it bc it was just not right. Now, a dress that took 4 months to get in, had to be here in 5 weeks. They had to make me a whole new dress. The owner insured me they would get it, and they did! They went above and beyond what I expected and were so nice about the whole situation. To top it off, the alterations lady they have there was wonderful! She is incredible and knows what she is doing, definitely use her!
