to give them a shot and try them for myself, I even signed up for 3 boxes. The first box took 3 weeks to arrive when it was promised within two weeks. The tracking on the package never updated. The products inside of the box were really not that great, literally just stuff you could get delivered off Amazon to your house the next day. Disappointed with the box and overall experience, I decided to cancel the rest of the boxes. I was actually charged $25 to cancel. I don't normally leave reviews but I figured I would share so hopefully others could be more informed before making a purchasing decision.
We received the Miss to Mrs box and it was so much fun! I had a question and emailed the company. They were so quick to respond. Can't wait for the next box!

e a gift to celebrate my engagement, and instead of being a joyful experience, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation.
They refused to contact the carriers on their end and offered no real assistance. I personally contacted both USPS and DHL, and both carriers told me the shipper/shop needed to initiate the claim. When I shared this with Mr. and Mrs., they said it “wasn’t their problem.” Their only solution was to “let me repurchase the items for ONLY 30% off.”
As a result, my aunt lost money ordering their product, and we received absolutely nothing. No accountability, no customer service, and no resolution. Completely unacceptable — I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.
I look forward to receiving this box every few months. Customer service is extremely helpful when needed.

I sent this box to my daughter for her upcoming wedding and she loved it! It was fun to open and see all of her gifts.
Ok, so didn't expect their "24/7 Customer Service" to be strictly through email. I was super excited to start my daughter's and soon-to-be son-in-law's journey to their marriage wi...
th these gift boxes until I went to pay for it and they didn't honor my billing method. It then took about 6 hours of stress and anguish throughout my Saturday morning to finally just CANCEL my subscription and get ALL of my money back into my account so I could move on with my life. This Company is a pain in the neck to deal with and I highly advise that you don't get tangled up with them during your already exciting, yet stressful, time of life with the planning of a wedding added to your likely busy time. I am going to take a closer look at some of the other Engagement/Wedding Gift Box Subscriptions and pick the best one for my daughter and SIL. Hopefully this review helps save others from the same stress that I just went through - Miss to Mrs please get your $tuff together! Geeessshhh....SMH :-(
