e a gift to celebrate my engagement, and instead of being a joyful experience, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation.
They refused to contact the carriers on their end and offered no real assistance. I personally contacted both USPS and DHL, and both carriers told me the shipper/shop needed to initiate the claim. When I shared this with Mr. and Mrs., they said it “wasn’t their problem.” Their only solution was to “let me repurchase the items for ONLY 30% off.”
As a result, my aunt lost money ordering their product, and we received absolutely nothing. No accountability, no customer service, and no resolution. Completely unacceptable — I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.
I look forward to receiving this box every few months. Customer service is extremely helpful when needed.

It then took about 6 hours of stress and anguish throughout my Saturday morning to finally just CANCEL my subscription and get ALL of my money back into my account so I could move on with my life. This Company is a pain in the neck to deal with and I highly advise that you don't get tangled up with them during your already exciting, yet stressful, time of life with the planning of a wedding added to your likely busy time. I am going to take a closer look at some of the other Engagement/Wedding Gift Box Subscriptions and pick the best one for my daughter and SIL. Hopefully this review helps save others from the same stress that I just went through - Miss to Mrs please get your $tuff together! Geeessshhh....SMH :-(

Communication is amazing! I have had a couple of questions, but I receive feedback within 24 hours or less. My items have been perfect!
I love the stuff and think it is really cute. I think getting the box was the real topper that made it seem much more real.

I signed up for a promotion that included a free Bride sweatshirt. Instead, I was told I had signed up for a different promotion—the “Name Change Promotion”—which offered less value. This was frustrating, as I carefully selected the promotion I wanted and expected the company to honor it. It felt like a bait and switch.
After a frustrating exchange with customer service, they refused to provide the sweatshirt for free and instead offered it at a “discounted” rate of $30. When I pointed out that this was unacceptable since it was supposed to be free, I asked for a refund. They then informed me that the only option was to cancel my subscription. What kind of company doesn’t offer refunds?
Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for, and I was left feeling let down. I wouldn’t recommend MissToMrsBox.com based on this experience.
