We were really excited to be working with Sunni originally. Our first several conversations were fantastic - her energy was great and we felt confident our wedding would be beautif...

Unfortunately, she somehow doubled booked herself and had a wedding set a couple of hours away from our walkthrough at our venue. I'm not sure how that happened, but she assured us it would be fine, she could work with the venue and do a separate walkthrough. The venue informed us they don't do walkthroughs without the planner, because there's really no point. We were at less than a month before the wedding, and because of our schedules (and Sunni's and the venue's) we weren't going to be able to reschedule.
Fortunately, we were referred to another planner who came in at the very last minute and did a remarkable job with our wedding. However, when we asked Sunni to refund the deposit (considering she hadn't done any actual work outside of our initial phone call, and it was her screw up that made us nervous wrecks in the weeks leading up to our wedding) she refused to refund even a nickel, pointing to the contract that said if we cancelled the engagement for "any reason" she would get to keep the 50 percent deposit.
As a fellow small business owner, I would not dream of telling my clients "tough luck" if I knew damn well I'd screwed up and didn't try to fix it.
They are better than not having anyone but there were many issues that arose. I was left with many disappointments over my wedding day. If you hire Sunni, make sure to go over ever...
y detail many times leading up to the wedding and I hope you have better luck than I.
I can't speak highly enough of Jordan who helped make our wedding day so special. We reached out to Mission Marriage for an officiant and Sunni & Jordan were very responsive and in...
credibly helpful. Jordan got to know us through a couple of questionnaires and put together a beautiful script that we absolutely loved - it was touching, personalized to us, and had a touch of humor that was delivered perfectly. We can't thank Jordan enough and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant on their big day.

At first I thought I could handle it all myself. The list of tasks and stress began to grow and Sunni was ...
literally a life saver! She checked in on me leading frequently up to the big day to make sure we had everything ready to go and to see if there was anything I needed. On wedding day she was there every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect! I will tell you, it’s like she was in 3 places at once! She handled vendors, guests, wedding party, photographs and even topped our cake off with additional flowers I got. Not to mention snapping some beautiful photos. I highly recommend having Sunni there for your special occasion to make sure everything runs smoothly and you can get a chance to relax. You won’t regret it!

Sunny and Jordan were the best on my wedding day! My family and friends enjoyed having them ...
as well. Their work is professional and precise. Anything I didn't remember to do while setting Sunny already had it done. I will recommend them to everyone I come across looking for a minister and/ or coordinator.
