Mission Springs Barn is a captivating wedding venue located in Paso Robles, CA. It is a stunning, family-owned countryside space nestled deep in wine country above a natural spring water creek. The vast, spacious setting offers more than 2,800 acres of land, while the barn itself measures in at 4,000 square feet. Expansive views abound as you gaze down the valley over the pistachio trees or up the California mountains, watching happy cattle graze the natural grass. The Cagliero family has been farming in the area for over 70 years, and they are excited to welcome you to Mission Springs Barn as they make your day one to remember forever. They will work with you from the beginning as you try to choose between an indoor and outdoor setting for your ceremony. With space for up to 300 guests, you can elect to swap your vows in the open air as the sun beats down, before celebrating cocktail hour in the warm embrace of your family and friends. Then, it's onwards to the barn, for a night spent dining, dancing, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Mission Springs Barn sits just five miles from Highway 101, making it convenient to locate for your out-of-town guests and folks traveling from afar. Upon arrival, they will be greeted by the on-site team, who will work hard to make sure everything is perfect throughout your wedding weekend. From the initial consultation, they will remain by your and your partner's side until you depart Mission Springs hand in hand and more in love than ever.

Our family has been farming in the Paso Robles area for over five generations. We believe in celebrating life and making moments count. Our goal is that our ranch brings you many happy memories to share for a lifetime. The barn restoration has been a labor of love and we can't wait to share our unique venue with you. We hope you like pistachios! We grow lots of them on the ranch.

ly is the venue well taken care of and nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by pistachio orchards, but the owner, Phil, is an awesome person who clearly loves what he does and puts his all into everything he does! He made the process of securing the date and everything that came in between, leading up to our wedding day, clear and simple. He’s a genuine person, who was beyond welcoming and helpful and just easy to talk with and work with! With all the personal, custom touches he has put into everything from the newly renovated barn, to the custom silos-turned-Airbnbs, the custom bar and bathrooms…this venue is one that I would recommend again and again! ery detail in the barn and the silo buildings, that serve as the bar, restrooms and even on-site apartment rentals, are second to none. Phil was great with communication, between us, our coordinator and vendors, and really put us at ease with our decision to use his venue. The surrounding scenery makes for great photography day-of, scenery that is highlighted during the gorgeous golden hour sunsets. There is ample parking at the location, lighting is already set inside and out, and the venue is extremely clean. An all around amazing venue with a great host, and highly recommend you make the trip to tour the location. You will not be disappointed!!!!! -Nick P

ith Phil. From the first time we toured the venue back in May 2022 we were in awe of the beauty of the Barn. My husband especially loved the unique detail of the bar being a refurbished grain silo. When I laid eyes on the barn I instantly knew that's where I wanted to have our wedding. Phil was a joy to work with and made the whole process stress free. He is super personable, understanding and accommodating. Unlike other venues we toured that day Phil was willing to work with us and our vision. For example our dogs being apart of our ceremony was really important to me, Phil was trusting in us and allowed that accommodation. We also liked that we were able to use vendors of our choice. To this day our guests will still tell us how beautiful they thought the venue was/is. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is engaged. Take a tour, guarantee you won't be disappointed and there is a good chance you'll fall in love with it instantly like I did.

A huge plus of this venue is that Phil is very handy so he is always improving the venue with new things. I think every time I went back to the venue something was new and it looked better and better every time. I couldn’t have imagined my wedding anywhere else!

He’s also restored silo’s, one for a bar, one for a 2 door bathroom and I hear he’s making another into a 2 story unit to stay in! ith it’s huge pistachio orchard surrounding a beautiful barn nestled in a valley between two rolling hills, this venue was perfect for our ceremony and reception. The custom made silo bar and bathrooms truly make this venue unique. Phil was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive, which made wedding planning run smoothly. I recommend all newly engaged couples to go take a look, you won’t regret it!
