estion they never bother to reply. If you call their number you'll actually get an error message. If you email them to say, hey your phone number isn't working, no one will ever call you or email you back. I paid for the premium service which is anything but premium.
The app is clunky and the instructions on it are vague and unclear. It's clear they don't care about you or your name change. Apparently they're just shooting fish in a barrel. There are a bunch of name change service comparably priced. There's no reason to use this one. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

Eventually I just kept plugging away at the forms the best I could and hit another roadblock - there was no button to select to complete the paperwork and have it sent to me. Once again, I tried contacting ANYone at this company and received no answers. Completely frustrated and defeated, I finally gave up and go with another service. And after all this, 3 or 4 months later I got a package in the mail with all my paperwork! Not only was it too late, the paperwork was not accurate. In addition, I'm concerned about having shared so much personal information with this company after seeing how they treat me as a customer!

be done through mail (DMV), and for the other one (SSC), they conveniently leave out that you need to mail in a certified marriage certificate (not a photocopy or a notarized copy).
SO...I paid $70 for forms to be filled out online (I still had to retype info for several forms), to have the filled-out forms mailed to me with prepaid envelopes for mailing forms to the different agencies. Truth is, ONLY ONE FORM CAN BE DONE THROUGH MAIL. I didn’t need all these tax forms and post office forms and bank and credit card forms.
The one form that can be done through mail is social security. That is it. That is what I paid $70 for, and I didn’t even include my certified marriage certificate because I was not instructed to do so.
This service literally has one job and one promise...to make life a little bit easier for brides changing their last name. They do the exact opposite. I have spent more time trying to figure out this horribly explained, horribly organized, “modern” service than I would have spent sitting in the SS office and DMV combined.

However, the information for the CA DMV is off- way off. As in important things like price, buttons to push on the phone, having forms ordered. I sent several emails to help them correct this error, yet nothing was returned to me. The voter registration form is also extraneous since when one is at the DMV, one's driver's license form contains a voter registration portion.
Parts of the site don't work properly or are a little un-user-friendly (items should be checked off when one prints the form and marks it mailed instead of when one fills out all the information, etc.).
Glad I did it so I can have it all in one place and be reminded of what I still need to do, but seems like something I could have figured out on my own for free- especially since I had to for part of it!
