The venue is not wheelchair accessible for receptions. They have a lift chair for some with limited mobility; however the staff is not trained to use it. My grandmother who has chronic knee pain had to walk downstairs on her own at the end of the reception because no one trained with the chair was left available to help, even though my grandmother had used said chair lift to get up to the second floor.

The food was very good, the price is reasonable and the staff were all helpful, pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Missouri Bluffs for any special event. They will take very good care of you!
