Missy delivered above and beyond what we could have hoped for in a photographer! It was such a pleasure having MIssy (and second shooter husband Kyle) photograph our wedding. Not only is she an immense talent, but a wonderful, fun person to be around. Even before the wedding, she kept me on track making me think of all the different shots I wanted her to capture. We had multiple conversations through e-mail and on the phone prior to the wedding and it was such a relief to know she was so prepared. Her expertise is key - she knew how to get us comfortable and posing natural in front of the lens. Having family photos at some point of the wedding was important to us, and we had given her a list of multiple scenarios of different groups of family members we wanted photos with. After our ceremony, Missy and Kyle were so organized and rounded everyone up to make sure we got those photos! They also went way above and beyond by trekking over to Garden of the Gods Park to take portraits of us during the "golden hour". They are absolutely breathtaking! Missy's work itself is stunning. She has one of the most artistic eyes for photography. Primarily, I am awestruck by the way she plays with natural light. Her photos are pure and crisp without looking overly retouched. She captured every moment of our wedding with such detail, from the small decorations to the looks on our parents faces during our ceremony. I would give her ten stars if I could! I would absolutely highly recommend Missy to photograph all of your special moments!
