Additionally, when we first met Paul, he did a tasting for us in our family residence and right there we learned so much about him and what his business was about and made it very very difficult to choose only two drinks. All of his options were amazing! He made us feel at ease when it came to the bar part of our wedding planning and he and his team executed our cocktail hour and reception so perfectly. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing team for our big day and to have one less thing to stress about as a bride. Trust that I was definitely asking Paul constantly day and night asking the same questions and him giving me all the validation and assurance I needed to know we were in good hands. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories of weddings going wrong due to unprofessional vendors and Paul was nothing of the sort. He made us feel like family and looked out for us. We told him our needs and he met them at every turn and knew the kind of atmosphere we wanted to maintain throughout the night. We will absolutely be doing business with him and his team whenever we have the chance. He gave the best advice especially since most people getting married know very little about the wedding industry. Very flexible, kind and considerate. We highly recommend! 1000/10!
