e beforehand to meet as we live in Key West and our wedding was in Orlando but it didn’t matter as Misty and Nelio are so professional as a team and experienced i felt like i’d known her for years within meeting her for an hour. They arrived promptly (early in-fact) and started shooting right away. Throughout the day they were extremely efficient and forthright about getting all the crucial shots they knew we would treasure and would be important for us. Not to mention being sensitive to the fact both sides of both our parents are divorced or remarried so that all had to be considered when doing the family portraits. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Misty is at posing people and she will make sure everyone is looking their best in the pictures. When it came to our couple pictures they looked natural but dramatic at the same time and she really captured how in love and elated we were feeling on the day. The pictures overall were outstanding and everyone around me since has said they are the best wedding pictures they’ve ever seen. They really tell a story of our day. From including the beautiful surroundings to photographing all the small details to capturing everyones emotions, nothing was left out. We couldn’t be happier. When we budgeted for our wedding i knew that the photography would be the only expense for the wedding that would leave us with something we could keep with us forever. It really is the case. We didn't have to discuss much before the wedding, but we set up our date with no problem. We had them come to our rehearsal dinner/fireworks dessert party and to our wedding the next day. From the moment they got to our dessert party, they began working. They were very kind and friendly but were there to do their job (which I love). The thing I was most adamant about for our wedding was good photography, and that is exactly what we got! They shot our dessert party, did shots we wanted, then were at our hotel super early the next day for our wedding. The same thing happened for the wedding day - as soon as they arrived they began working. Misty was great with giving direction to make sure that our shots would turn out great and she took tons of pictures. It is very evident that Misty knows what she is doing and is a professional when it comes to photography. So far we have only gotten our preview back but we are absolutely in love with every picture. They are truly magicians because they got the best shots and captured every moment without ever feeling like they were ruining a moment or pulling us away. sty months before we could even confirm our wedding date and venue with Disney! To us, there was no other choice. If we had to change our wedding venue or date we would have, but having Misty shoot our wedding was non-negotiable We were able to meet Misty and Nelio months before our wedding for an engagement shoot. Everything about that day exceeded our wildest expectations. They are an amazing couple and team. I have to admit, I was so nervous prior to our first shoot because while I LOVED everything about Misty's work I was worried our photos wouldn't look as good because her gallery seemed to be full of the most beautiful people. After our engagement shoot, and after receiving the amazing photos (over 500 images!!) I realized the galleries are full of beautiful people because Misty makes everyone look like that! I learned so much that day about how to pose and what would be the most flattering. Such important info for a curvy bride like me! On the day of our wedding I was even more blown away by Misty and Nelio. They worked SO HARD and made sure we got everything we wanted. We had two wedding events in Epcot (one in the morning and one at night) and during both, Misty and Nelio made sure we got shots through our favorite World Showcase countries. I felt like a celebrity! Truly something I will never, ever forget. It was hot and humid and there were many times I wanted to just stop and rest but Misty and Nelio kept us going and for that I am so grateful. Another photographer might not have pushed us to get all of the "must have" shots and I would have regretted that from that point on. I'm so thankful to have had the Miotto's. Everything they do is about getting you the very best memories captured. They also worked in tandem with our videographer and I know this is part of the reason we ended up with such an amazing wedding video-the videographer captured shots staged by the Miottos! On a side note-we didn't have a bridal party (just us and the kiddos) and the morning of the wedding, Misty did so many things my maid of honor would have had I had one. She made sure I had everything I needed, reminded me what types of things I should bring with me for those "just in case" needs. Throughout the day she would stop and assist me with touching up my make up or hair. Sorry for the long review but I can't stress enough how very happy we are with Misty and Nelio. Our guests are still talking about them! They impressed everyone. They are worth every single penny, and much more. We already know we will plan future celebrations (vow renewals, anniversaries) around their availability so we can make sure they can capture our events.

During the reception she not only took care of making sure that my makeup looked flawless prior to every picture, but she was never more than 3 feet away ready to capture every moment. We received an outpouring of comments on how beautiful the photos are. So now our wedding photos are not only keepsakes for us but also the many fantastic photos of guest have turned into keepsakes for themselves as well. Let just say a lot our family and friend’s Facebook profile pictures have been changed with photos from our wedding. And one of the greatest compliments I received for one of the wedding picture I posted of myself and my husband on Facebook was “Now THAT’s a wedding picture.” It pretty much sums up our experience and how happy we are that we chose Misty Miotto. Misty was able to instruct me and the wedding party on proper poses and place people in the most flattering arrangements. Even though I don't have my photographs yet (we just got married 10 days ago), I have every confidence that I will be happy with the product due to her experience and guidance. Her husband Nellio took the pictures of the guys and I must say he is very talented as well. Misty is a no nonsense photographer who has an amazing eye and will get all of the pictures you want. She is excellent with time management and making sure you are the center of attention. She checked with us before she left to make sure that we had every shot we needed. She went so far to even ask our immediate families if there were any shots they would like! I would highly recommend working with Misty and her husband!

During our staged exit, our Rolls Royce had trouble starting and she quickly began making us pose and take pictures while the chauffer was fixing the problem so that no one would notice what was going on. AND it worked. 3. She recommended that we do a first look. BEST DECISION EVER. It was the most emotional part of my wedding. 4. Strong personality. Trust me, you want your photographer to be able to tell people to get out of the way because you are trying to take pictures. Also, she is good at dealing with difficult personalities that can be found in any family. 5. Obviously, her work is amazing. She teaches everyone how to pose so that they look their best. My husband still does the “GQ pose” every time he takes a picture. 6. Awesome Price. My mom said “I don’t think we paid them enough, did you see how many pictures that lady (Misty) was taking??? I could go on and on about how good she is but just look at her work (That’s what I did) and you will know you have made the right choice. I still haven't received all our pictures but what we have so far is amazing.

Aside from taking great pictures of us all day, they felt like fast friends, which is important since they are with you all day. I actually really miss them now and wish I could get married all over again just to have them! I'm so glad I moved my budget around to get them, because I can't even begin to imagine my wedding with anyone else. They are just more amazing than words, or even photos, can ever relate. traits done first. On our first meeting I was slightly apprehensive in front of the camera. Misty gives great direction but if you need practice letting yourself go for the camera - it's worth every penny. Not only did we get AMAZING engagement shots - but on our wedding day I knew what to expect and was 100% comfortable with them both. The other recommendation I have - if pictures are really important to you (as they were to me) - is get the extra hours. I only got the 8 hour package and it wasn't enough. We did all of our photos before the ceremony but based on the time the reception would be over... we didn't start early enough. I felt like there were some other shots I would like to have done - just me and my fiance - that we didn't have time for because we had a wedding to get to! We even ended up renting an extra hour from Misty and Nelio at the end. If you have any doubts - just call her... she will ease your mind in no time!
