l contact email, and after a week of not hearing anything sent a follow up email to get more information from them about potentially catering the wedding, and after another week we finally received a response from David that indicated he clearly had not read the initial emails - his questions regarding the date and location of our event were clearly stated in both of the previous emails, etc. This was more than enough indication that we would not have been a good fit working together, and I'm fairly disappointed in this experience from a company that has such a great reputation.
I have worked with David in the past for other functions and would not use another caterer. The quality and service are impeccable.
