From the bouquets to the cocktail table centerpieces, everything was just perfect. My parents even up-cycled one of the centerpieces! I cannot recommend Mitsuko Floral enough.

Mio worked with me to keep the florals around my budget even with our date changing to right before Valentines' day. She was timely in her responses and offered great suggestions of flowers we could use that would still look nice but achieve the look I wanted. When we met in person she ensured that she saved photos I had been using as inspiration so they would have visuals on hand. The day of the wedding I knew I wouldn't even have to think about her team cause I knew they're work would be impeccable. At one point I walked through our reception venue and was blown away by how close they made all the arrangements to what I envisioned. The color palette was absolutely perfect. They incorporated the burgundy color I love so much with Dahlias and spray roses. For a neat twist they added some earl grey roses for a unique lavender gray color. The centerpieces were all nice and organic looking without appearing messy. The size of the arrangements was perfect for the tables. They even replicated the florals on our cake from a photo i'd found on pinterest. It almost looked identical. I cannot praise Mitsuko and her team enough for their wonderful work on our flowers. Her years of experience definitely show and you won't go wrong by hiring her and her team for your wedding. Her teams attention to detail is unparalleled.

My bouquet was GORGEOUS and my jaws literally dropped when they were delivered to my hotel room. I couldn’t be more happy with how they turned out and I fall in love with them every time I see it in pictures. I received endless compliments of how beautiful the floral arrangements were and how color combinations meshed so well together with our color theme and the venue. The only thing I requested to have in my arrangements were succulents and some greenery and the rest was left to them to do their magic. Towards the end of the night, our guests took home all the centerpieces (without notice), not one left behind and we had 21 tables. Now keep in mind, Mitsuko floral is strictly about the business, there is no fancy storefront, they work minimally and rent warehouse space, but this does not in any way affect the amazing work they do. First and foremost, finding someone who would respect my floral budget without being overly pushy was important to me, often vendors try to over sell you on options but Mitsuko doesn't do that, if you have a floral inspiration board they can definitely make it happen and make suggestions on how to make any occasion you're planning as beautiful as it can be. They have worked in almost every venue in Southern California as far as I can tell which is perfect because they already understood the layout of my venue which I LOVED. It was one less thing for me to worry about that the florist wouldn't know where to go or what to do but they didn't need to ask me a single question all day, they were punctual, professional and like ninjas in the night barely visible. They seemingly swooped in, made the space beautiful and disappeared. I will undoubtedly hire them again in the future should I need any professional floral needs. Mitsuko floral is simply amazing with their superior customer service (as last minute head count changes, changed our layout a bit, they accommodated just perfectly) and knowledge in the field you cannot trust another floral vendor more than than them.

We told them of our plans, and Francois, their sales manager, mentioned that gifting a bouquet is "awkward" and suggested we pay a "little" extra ($150!) to turn it into a proper display. They are definitely on the pricier side. Yesterday, I received my bouquet and while it was beautiful... it clearly would've worked just as well as a display. It literally sits in a vase of water and spreads out nicely and actually contains a better ratio of blue and white flowers. We felt a little ripped off, but other than that, they were great to work with and the bouquet was beautiful. Also, Mio and Mitsuko are super sweet! So, other than that, they were great to work with.

I found Mitsuko floral. Francois responded quickly to my requests and tailored to my preference. Because I needed some help, they provided me pages of sample arrangements which made my decision a lot easier. I also told them what flowers I like. I did all the correspondence in e-mail and everything came out perfect. The flowers were all delivered and nicely placed before anyone arrived. The bouquet is BEAUTIFUL. I had peonies and David Austin roses. The centerpieces are also very very pretty. The size for the arrangements is big for what I paid for. I received a lot of complements from my guest about the flowers. Some guests went straight to look at the flowers after greeting us. I had a second wedding reception in January. It was a smaller and more casual event, so I wasn’t planning to get flowers at first. But I was so happy with them that I decided to get more flowers for a second time. It came out perfect just like the first time. I wish I had more wedding receptions so I can order more flowers from Mitsuko floral.

Mitsuko and her assistant Francois are models of efficiency. They visited the church the very next day to count the number of pews for the aisle flowers. The entire process of decorating the church and moving the flowers to the Athletic Club went without a wrinkle, even after a funeral was planned two hours before the wedding. Mitsuko and team were able to handle the hour shortened preparation time at the church without a problem. The floral decorations in the church and the venue were beautiful, and stunningly arranged. The bridal, maid of honor bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières were just as beautiful, and exactly what our daughter had envisioned. We recommend without reservation Mitsuko Floral. Mitsuko and her team are the epitome of professional, accommodating, mindful of budget, punctual, and gracious in every aspect of the planning and execution process. On the day of they built the garland centerpieces, the arbor bundles, lined the aisles with garland on top of the traditional flowers (bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, boutonnières, wrist corsage etc) They stayed for the ceremony and helped create the reception before leaving. They truly made our day and my bridal bouquet was everything I could have imagined and more!!!!! This is not a huge floral company, this is a small family business doing GREAT WORK!!!!

The flowers were over-the-top exquisite. I had chosen a tropical theme with burgundy flowers and the artistry of Mitsuko and her crew was remarkable. The venue was a challenging location, as the outdoor ceremony was at the ocean, and we weren't sure if it would be too windy for an arch. Mitsuko suggested hanging floral arrangements on the railing behind where the wedding party stood. They could sway in the wind, but would still be safe. After the ceremony Mitsuko and her staff quickly moved them to the cocktail tables so that I didn't need to purchase five more arrangements. Today is day 5 after the wedding and the flowers are every bit as fresh as they were when they were delivered to our wedding venue. I found Mitsuko Floral a few years ago on YELP and am so fortunate to have found such a gem in the South Bay area. (In addition to 17 arrangements Mitsuko provided 1 bridal spray, 1 maid of honor bouquet, 6 grooomsman/usher boutonnieres, and 6 corsages. All were absolutely lovely. I made arrangements ahead of time for which guests would take home arrangements so that they could be enjoyed by many families. They were all thrilled!

I had a concern a few days before the big day because we replaced the reception tables with a bigger size to accommodate more guests per table. the only florist who wanted to meet at the venue. They spent a couple hours at the venue talking to me about my vision for my wedding. They made a few sample bouquets - all beautifully arranged, but they weren't exactly what I had in mind. I provided more photos and made some changes to the color palette. I decided that whatever they provided on my wedding day, I would just go with the flow and not be upset if it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. However, the final arch arrangement, flower balls on the chairs at the ceremony, flowers on the cake, bouquets and centerpieces at the reception exceeded my expectations. I didn't full appreciate how well everything turned out until I saw the pictures. Several people including my family members said that they had never seen such beautiful arrangements at a wedding. If I could give any advice, it would be to let Mitsuko have some creative agency in the design. After all, I'm not a florist, so I don't think what I had in mind would have been as beautiful as Mitsuko's final design. I had a lot of bad experiences trying to find a good florist including two florists who never followed through with estimates/appointments and one who wanted to overcharge for rental items (and who then admitted that's how he pads the bill). Mitsuko and her husband were so attentive. I don't think it would be easy to match their customer service and design for the price. I highly recommend them for any event and especially for your special day.

y only had less than 2 weeks to get things ready. On my big day, I could not believe my eyes... the church was filled with beautiful flowers and my bouquet was perfect with white and pink flowers. For the bouquet toss, Mitsuko created the special bouquet for me. When I tossed it, it became 3 small bouquets (still beautiful). Three of my eligible ladies were able to catch them. You cannot imagine how exciting my bouquet toss was!! If you have ever encountered with them, you can "feel" their love, passion and how much they care about you. I highly recommend Mitsuko Floral for ANY occasions.

The Mitsuko Floral team work so hard and they have a quick turnaround when communicating by email. I knew exactly what was needed, how much our payment was and when it was due, what we were getting, and more. They were very transparent, so there were no unpleasant surprises. The only surprises we received were unexpected gifts from Mitsuko on our wedding day! My husband and I were floored by her generosity and kindness - it felt like we were working with a family member rather than a business vendor. There were two things that really stood out to me when working with Mitsuko Floral. The first is how Mitsuko went out of her way to secure out-of-season anemones for my dream bouquet. I was a little disappointed when she told me at the beginning that my ideal flowers would not be in season for my summer wedding, but I was happy with the alternatives she proposed. But, a few days before our wedding, Mitsuko sent me an email saying she managed to secure these rare out-of-season flowers just for my bouquet! They sent us pictures that they took the day-of in an email with well-wishes. Since we are waiting for our professional photos, receiving photos from our big day was such a wonderful gift. rvice, we contacted her and her team to get an appointment. We quickly received a message from Francois who was very responsive and friendly. They were willing to meet us near our home just for our convenience to talk about what we wanted for our wedding and to see if they could do what we wanted. We met with Mitsuko and Francois at a nearby Starbucks and talked about what we wanted and expected from her as a florist. Francois and Mitsuko asked very detailed questions (that we didn't even think of) to make sure they understood what we wanted and even offered some suggestions on little decorations we could do for the reception and aisles. They even helped us keep within our budget by proposing to re-use some flowers from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception. We also could see she was very detailed oriented when she took out her tape measure to help us envision the size of the bouquets and flowers we asked for. At the end of the meeting, they also asked us to send sample pictures of what we wanted so she could see exactly the style and colors we were talking about. Like most florists, you don't get to see a sample of the items you ask for, but from our meeting with Mitsuko and emails with her and Francois, we had a very good feeling we could trust them to deliver what we asked for. At the day of the wedding, when Mitsuko and her team delivered the flowers, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were all beautiful and matched exactly the colors and styles we wanted. When we arrived to the venue after our first look, we were even more amazed at how elegant they made our ceremony area look. It was absolutely stunning and even better than we imagined, and we cannot thank Mitsuko and her team enough for the setup and decorations. Even the flowers which we asked for as cake-toppers were perfect! Francois and Mitsuko were very friendly and easy to work with, and they stayed throughout the whole setup to make sure we were happy with everything! We definitely would recommend their team for any events that need floral decor!

I also highly recommend that you do the mock bridal bouquet arrangement. We made a few tweaks, and on the final day it was EXACTLY the way we had envisioned it to look like.
