She was so personable, organized, professional and proactive from start to finish! She helped with our schedule, vendors, details we would have never thought of, and even came to the rescue when our venue became nearly impossible to communicate with. She always made us feel like she had everything covered and was super responsive, no matter when I reached out with random stressors! Stephanie was so sweet, personable, and organized, my entire wedding party (and both moms) could not stop saying how great she was with everyone! Stephanie honestly felt like more than a coordinator throughout the entire process and helped us to really be able to be in the moment and enjoy our day!! You absolutely need to hire Stephanie for a coordinator that takes the stress out of the entire process, I could not recommend her enough!

Not only did they coordinate all of my vendors for me and come up with a finalized timeline, but they coordinated my ceremony rehearsal as well since my officiant had never done a wedding before. On the day of Stephanie took care of absolutely everything exactly the way I told her I wanted things done, and every time I turned around she was there keeping things on track and making sure I didn't need anything. They took care of tip distribution and I swear they tore the whole wedding down in maybe 15 minutes? I was concerned we may be charged extra for staying late to pack up but they sped threw it. And on top of that, I got numerous comments about how nice and kind Stephanie was! I have been to multiple weddings where the planner has been stand-offish or downright rude to the bridal party or guests (I understand, its part of the job sometimes), but Stephanie handled everything with so much grace and kindness. I would hire them again and again!!!!

the pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding twice. Meagan was great at keeping both us and all our vendors coordinated and on track throughout those changes. Meagan is incredibly organized and very responsive. One of the characteristics I appreciated most about Meagan was her honesty. During the course of wedding planning, people are going to insist that you need things that you probably don’t really need. Meagan was very honest with us about what we needed and what was optional. We always felt like we could trust her judgment. Our other vendors enjoyed working with her and were impressed with her organization and attention to detail. On the day of the wedding, Meagan made sure everything went smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We didn’t expect to plan a wedding for three years, but we are so grateful we had Meagan on our side throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Meagan and her team to any couple planning a wedding!

I could do it all by myself, and had already picked a few vendors before the to-dos started to pile up and I realized that I was totally incapable of managing all these details as a single human being. Of course my mom offered to handle a lot of it, but it felt unfair to put my whole wedding vision in her hands and I just felt that I needed someone who knew how to manage all the details and make sure I didn't miss things that were important to me. Enter Megan - who elevated the whole concept of the wedding and opened up relationships with vendors that we would never have previously considered. I know that Megan manages several weddings every year, but I am not kidding when I say that she made me feel like I was her only client. She was incredible, capable, and most importantly a real human being who I loved sharing my wedding planning with. Women tend to put a lot on ourselves, and originally I felt that I didn't need to pay for a planner because I'm organized and capable and yada yada yada. I was WRONG people. Handing off some decision-making and idea creation to Megan saved my wedding planning experience from being mired in confusion and stress. She's a wonderful person and I so hope that you consider working with her. She truly was a gamechanger and I truly wish weddings were not a once in a lifetime event, because I would love to work with her again!

She rolled with all of my punches even with last minute deciding to push our third attempt at a wedding back a year because the virus had taken a turn for the worse. The day of our wedding we received our bridal party flowers and they were done incorrectly. I was trying hard not to panic because they did not match our theme and Meagan immediately came to the rescue, I was thinking there is no way to change them in time for our photos and she showed up less than an hour later with the redone correct flowers. She is not only an amazing planner but a great friend and advocate to have on your big day!

Meagan went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties in helping me reschedule and replan our wedding. She called all of our vendors and coordinated a new date that worked for everyone. In a time of so much stress and uncertainty, I found so much comfort in knowing that she was helping to coordinate so many changes. The church we were working with was pretty unresponsive, but she made sure that details were hammered out and that we felt confident about our wedding day. However, there was one time where we didn't respond and the next day Meagan sent a text message to ask if everything was ok. That stood out.
