She even provided shopping guide so that we wouldn't over buy or fall short (how embarrassing that might have been). She was responsive to phone calls and emails and very friendly to chat with. The team arrived early to the event, we're professionally dressed and ready to begin. While one would set up, the other was slicing and dicing fruit and organizing very efficiently. They were ready to go once the party started. The best thing about Mimi is her extra touch to add zazzle to the event. She has a list of custom specials cocktails and daiquiris, allowed us to rename them to our choice, and even created a menu so guests knew that this was offered. The drinks tasted amazing and all of our guests were asking for her contact information. On top of that, they were so friendly to the guests as if they were part of the party themselves. everything worked out so great and much better than expected and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again for my events in a heartbeat.
