We had such an incredible experience with Mixing Memories at our wedding on 9/12/2026. Zach, the owner, was incredibly helpful, kind, & responded quickly to both texts and emails. Maggie was our day-of coordinator, & she absolutely crushed it. As the bride, it was so helpful to have someone to discuss things with through the crazy process of wedding planning. She set up & adjusted our timeline to make it exactly what we wanted, Maggie & her assistant Bri were so incredibly helpful the day of the wedding!! After two meetings with Maggie, I had complete & total faith in her to handle all the decorations & the many big & small details she took care of during the wedding (&rehearsal). That’s a lot of pressure, & she didn’t even blink at it. & in the end, every single thing was exactly how I envisioned it. On top of all the material things that Maggie helped with, she also helped wrangle all the crazy people which helped me focus on staying in the moment. If someone had a question, she answered it. To top it all off, she was just simply there for me! She brought me drinks, gave me a fan from her purse when I got too hot, and I really connected with her. I have a feeling that most people will. Jose was also a fantastic DJ & MC!! Our bartenders also went above & beyond for us. I would highly recommend using mixing memories for any event you may have, but especially for a wedding!!!!

We just got married at The Centennial Barn and I truly cannot recommend Mixing Memories and Maggie, our coordinator enough. They were absolutely incredible throughout our entire experience. Zach, the owner, is a very genuine person and was so professional, helpful, and accommodating. I truly can’t thank him enough for everything he did and how much work he put into our special day. Maggie coordinated our day to be absolutely perfect and I don’t know how you would have a wedding without a Maggie. She was on top of everything and more. I felt so calm and relaxed because of her. She brought the wedding of my dreams to life and I am so thankful. Paul, our DJ, was also amazing. He was the perfect DJ for our wedding and kept the vibes up all night. Our bartender, Johanna, did a fantastic job as well. She remembered our drinks after the first and was always ready. She was extremely kind to all of our guests. It is hard to put into words how thankful we are for each person from Mixing Memories and how much they truly cared about making our day the best possible! I can promise you will not regret choosing to work with them!

re all absolutely incredible!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. Maggie, our DOC, went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was handled and everything went SO SMOOTH. She worked so hard and kept track of EVERYTHING from vendor communications, setting up, tear down, running our rehearsal, making sure everyone was where they needed to be… and so much more. Brit was also amazing helping Maggie with coordinating things. As a very stressed bride, she calmed all of my nerves and handled everything for me so that I could just have fun on wedding day and I had an incredible day. David was our DJ and we had a PACKED dance floor the entire night. People raved about how much fun they had and he kept everything running so smoothly and did such a great job just adjusting to any changes or new requests I had. Our bartenders, Kelsey and Jose also did a great job. I personally didn’t interact with them a ton but everyone else said it was going great and I never heard about any complaints or issues! I couldn’t recommend mixing memories more for your wedding day. Also, I HIGHLY recommend the package (DOC, dj, and bartending) because they all work so well together and you end up with an entire team of people who know each other and can coordinate and work together easily! Thank you Mixing Memories for making my dreams come true and helping to make my wedding day the best day of my life! ❤️

She is a great communicator and made sure our needs were met as well as the needs of all our vendors for our big day. I cannot recommend hiring a day of coordinator enough, it really allowed me to be present and enjoy every part of the day. I *almost* wish I could have another wedding so I could work with Maggie and Mixing Memories again!

was! Meredith was ALWAYS quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond to ensure my day was spectacular. She also sent me a million pictures the morning of the wedding to ensure the decor she was putting up for me was set up the way I wanted. Millions of stars for Meredith! Jose was also an AMAZING Dj! He was absolutely hilarious and kept the crowd involved. He followed my requests perfectly and even added in some absolute bangers that I didn't even specify - they just matched super well! I wish I knew the bartender's name as well - he was fantastic with my guests and I even caught him jammin with the music as well. He was a hoot! I recommend these guys every time, all day long. Unfortunately I don't need any marriage services more than this one time, (hopefully!!!) but if I did I would 100% choose them again. :) <3
