MixN It Up Events were an absolute breeze to work with. They made wedding planning easy from the very start. We loved their customer portal and the app they provided for us to indicate our preferred songs. DJ Iveley and MC Ricky really kept the vibes going the whole night. I can’t tell you how many people approached us during the reception saying the music was so good. The DJ even accommodated the Filipino line dances that we requested. Guests were more so complaining that they didn’t get to eat because they wanted to be on the dance floor instead, haha!! 🤣 Their photobooth was the icing on the cake. We were going to go with a playlist on someone's phone, but we were so worried about getting the timing of the music for walking down the aisle for the ceremony, so we decided to opt for a DJ. I'm so glad we did because Mix'N It Up took care of everything. Their app was so detailed for music & things we didn't even consider or think of. I didn't have to worry about music at all the day of. We didn't have any dances choreographed and our DJ, Felipe was able to keep the vibes up when we were kinda done dancing early in the song. It was so awesome. I even got to have some of my emo music played.

Amazing!! They did such a great job keeping the party going. They read the room and played songs that matched the vibe. I didn't want to leave the dance floor at all!

They’re the best DJs I’ve ever heard I’m so glad I booked them. My guests, caterers; the servers and bartenders and my other vendors complemented them to me and were amazed how well they got everyone dancing and singing. It was beautiful the sparklers fog etc was the icing on the cake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond.

Mix’N It Up made wedding planning stress free with their convenient app online and wide ranging services. We booked a photobooth as well as DJ services. They made sure the night went smoothly and kept the party going. Our cloud dance made for beautiful pictures and the canons were so much fun on the dance floor. They were experienced professionals and everyone commented on how great the dance floor was!!

The absolute best there is! By far our best wedding choice. We had a mixed crowd- Puerto Rican and Italian families, all ages, and wanted a mix of music that everyone could dance to. The variety DJ poison Ively played was amazing, not to mention he actually DJs and mixes, not just plays a list. Our dance floor was filled all night, even the non dancers were up. Let’s not forget about our MC Frankie. He brought all the energy and had everyone having a great time. He brought so much energy that he literally ripped his pants dancing. We were a little worried since we’ve never seen them at a wedding and they’re not one of the typical choices we’ve seen, but we are so happy we chose them. Our wedding would not have been the same with someone else. We also did video through them and ended up with more coverage than we expected! They got every part of our wedding in the video and a great overall feel of the night.

DJ Iveley (aka Poison Iveley) knows how to party and keep everyone dancing! We hired Mixn It Up Events to DJ our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! Iveley was great to work with and made sure to include all the music and dances for our wedding day. He brought along an amazing emcee who kept everyone up and dancing and the party going all night. All of our guests kept saying how awesome the music was and how fun the entire reception was. I don’t think there was a single song during the dancing portion that I did not dance to. I'm Persian, and they went out of their way to create an amazing Persian DJ set for us, even though they had no understanding of the language. They really listened to all of my requests and made them happen, even when I asked for a music break in the middle of our first dance! They're amazing at making your vision a reality. Lastly, the MC was perfect. He knew exactly when to cheer and when to let the music speak for itself. He kept the dance floor alive and made sure everyone was having an amazing time. They put so much energy and hard work into our wedding, I truly felt like they were part of my family. In short, Mixingitup is the whole package. I can't recommend them enough. You'll love your wedding day and the videos that come out of it, thanks to them. If you want the best wedding DJ ever, Mixing it up is the way to go.

My husband and I got married in March 2022 and still could not be happier that we chose Mixn It Up Events for our big day! We worked mainly with Ively and he was the best. He kept consistent communication with us leading up to the day. We had a music app where we got to lay out the songs we wanted before the ceremony, during, the walk out songs for ceremony/reception, etc. and it was such a great help to be able to do it that way. We also had a nice video meeting before so that we were all on the same page and he knew everything we wanted. Guests loved the music and also commented on the video montage that played on the DJ booth screen. We got the package that included uplighting, dancing on a cloud and the mirror photo booth too and the price was definitely worth it for everything we got. The MC's energy was also amazing and had the party going! 10/10 - I highly recommend!

Working with Iveley and the guys was beyond amazing! We arranged to to not only have the music and MC done with them but also our video. Let me tell you... we are so glad we did. They knock it out of the park! Iveley even came earlier than arranged to take some extra footage for us - which was beyond gracious and truly made our video special! He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to capture very special moments for us that we will cherish forever. Iveley, Marlon and Franck nailed the vibe of the wedding and got EVERYONE moving on the dance floor. We had a wide range of ages and nearly everyone has told us the music selection was phenomenal. We also loved the interactive wedding song portal that we could add songs to as they popped into our head. Don't walk, BOOGIE over to book them to your wedding. Just make sure your feet are prepared to dance the night away!

They were very detailed oriented, had great communication throughout the whole process, had competitive prices and made my event a success! Ively and his team went above and beyond for my wedding always adjusting to my ever changing requests. They made the reception so upbeat and enjoyable! Forever recommending them for all events!

You turned our wedding into a dance party. Iveley and Franck were lively and got the people grooving. They handled the ceremony music masterfully. Throughout the night they consistently checked in with us to make sure they were satisfied and fielded silly music requests from the guests. They have a great music selection app and we will recommend to everyone!

These guys were INCREDIBLE!!!! They really made my wedding an even more memorable day. Iveley and his team are highly professional, highly experienced and with ease, they had a big hand in making our special day most memorable. I had a hard time finding the right MC/DJ duo for my wedding in August 2021 but then I came across Iveley at MixInItUp Events. First of all, he was amazing. We had the most easy-going phone consultation and I knew I didn’t want to look any further and that I found my guys. Everything Iveley said was on point with what we wanted for our wedding. He was easy to communicate with from the beginning. There was no rush, he was willing to explain anything I didn’t understand and was the perfect guide in helping me piece together what we wanted accomplished for the wedding. He was very thorough and was big on details and assured me that I was in good hands. Our MC/DJ duo was Frank and Marlon..oh where do I get started… we couldn’t ask for a better pair. They work so well together, creating a seamless outcome of our event. My husband and I wanted a MC who would be entertaining and lively, keep everyone going and we got just that. Frank was very likeable guy. He was energetic, friendly, funny and engaging. He fit so perfectly in with our crowd that guests asked if Frank and my husband knew each other. Frank kept checking in with me, ran things past us to see if we were on the same page with everything. He made everyone so comfortable, addressed our guests by names and took control of the crowd with ease. He is an entertainer in true form. Marlon was more in the background but his mixing was flawless, he read the room well knowing when to play what. He stuck to our playlist and followed our request of no guest requests unless it was run by us first. At the end of the wedding, I knew for any future events I wanted MixInItUp Events to be there and my family agreed. They were still talking about it weeks after. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. From the consultation with Iveley to the end of the wedding with big hugs and best wishes, these guys had our best interest and wanted to make sure we had an incredible experience with them and that is what they did.

Iveley Bent and his team did the most incredible job for my wedding !! When I showed them what they had to work with they said “no problem” “don’t you worry” now when your a perfectionist is a little hard to let someone take over but when I tell you they turned this old gazebo into this beautiful country wedding theme I was shocked ! Mix’n it up events went ABOVE and BEYOND for my wedding. We had Iveley as a videographer for our wedding and he was outstanding! That’s the word our family kept using when they saw the video that Iveley with Mix It up Events created. The video is a true masterpiece and made all of our family members cry especially the ones who didn’t have a chance to attend. Iveley is a true professional, great personality, and very creative. Everything I've asked for and more! We were thrilled to have found someone that offered all the services we needed in 1 package, it saved us a lot of head ache. Iveley was great, he always checked to make sure anything we needed was taken care of before our wedding. Everyone showed up early to setup and get pictures and videos done.
