Based in Lafayette, LA, Mixx Louisiana provides high-quality bar services for weddings and other special events. Owner LaNesha Joe and her team are passionate about bringing the art of mixology to couples and their guests. They will make sure each element of their service exceeds your expectations throughout the day. These bartenders have years of experience under their belts and are happy to provide an array of cocktails and beverage items to their clients. They are happy to work at a variety of venue types, from elegant ballrooms to outdoor lawn areas and event tents. While based in Lafayette, they are happy to travel to any city in Louisiana. With their full-service open bar package, Mixx Louisiana will make sure to handle everything, from the bar setup to the liquor supply. Some of the many items that they offer include glassware rentals, ice, coolers, and custom cocktails to match your reception theme. In addition to the big day, Mixx Louisiana also services rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, and other prenuptial celebrations.

Thanks for checking out our page! I really hope we get an opportunity to help make your BIG DAY or Special event extra special and stress free! I started Mixx Mobile Bar Service while in grad school back in 2012 in Atlanta, GA. Then expanded the business to Louisiana (where I’m originally from) after a job transfer…and that’s how Mixx Louisiana was created! Serving people has always been a passion of mine and I just so happen to be everyone’s favorite bartender! The team consist of bartenders and servers with the same mindset as myself! READY TO SERVE and HAPPY TO HELP! Ohh and we are FUN too! I know trying to select vendors can be overwhelming BUT I can assure you we will be one of the easiest vendors to work with. Communication is key! Looking forward to working with y’all! Happy planning 😊

I honestly cannot recommend LJ and Mixx Louisiana enough! From the very beginning LJ was professional, easy to work with and very responsive, not to mention very affordable. I knew...

she was going to be great, but my expectations were far exceeded when we had to postpone and then downsize our wedding. Our original wedding was supposed to be in March 2020, and with our guest list/plans in flux during the early days of the pandemic and our final payment date coming up, LJ was kind enough to let us push our payment date back a week. When we ended up postponing, she was super easy to reschedule with. When we ultimately still had to downsize our wedding, she was so incredibly accommodating and compassionate, working with me to come up with a package that fit our much smaller number and budget. All of our guests had a great time and many of them commented about how great the bartenders were. On top of all that, she gave US a gift! I really just can’t express how grateful I am to have had LJ and Mixx as a part of our wedding day!

the alcohol. We were considering picking up all the alcohol ourselves but adding their service to pick up and return all the alcohol was by far one of the best decisions we ever made. LJ and her team were great during the planning process and the night of our wedding. We had numerous guests tell us how great our bar tenders were. uld suit our needs (including a specialty cocktail of our own creation!) and pricing was great. My venue allowed us to bring in our own alcohol, so we didn’t need their full service option, but LJ even took the time to give me recommendations for what to buy myself. On the day of, the bartenders arrived with plenty of time to set up. Service was friendly, quick, and professional. I will certainly use their services again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Truly, you could not ask for anything more. Hire them!

ughout the wedding planning process. LJ was an effective communicator and detailed what services she offered with different packages. She was flexible and willing to make adjustments if desired. LJ was patient and worked with us as well as my brothers to make sure the bars for our wedding were stocked with everything we needed for happy wedding guests. She had great ideas and gave us wonderful suggestions. It felt like LJ really enjoyed her craft and it made for a fun experience.
