MJ Christensen Diamonds

BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST MJ! I took in my 5 carat diamond for grading, who didn't state it's laser drilled! Was regraded by GIA, who confirmed MJ's certificate is a total FRAUD, and my stone is WORTHLESS! Now we can't sell it, after the lame GIA gemologist valued it at nearly $90,000! Charged us $375, they refuse to refund for a verifiably bogus report! Dishonest, incompetent store; clearly clueless about gems they're appraising and selling! Also, they're horribly rude, as other clients state! Zero apology; instead claiming "they provided a (dis) service"! Fact they lied about the quality and value is irrelevant to them! We're devastated; emotionally and financially, after relying on MJ's supposed 'expert'! This atrocity also impacted our wedding plans. We can't afford to replace this diamond we're told may break.

Alex is who we worked with for both, my engagement ring, and our wedding bands. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous during the whole process. He also helped us get set up with the warranty program where we could take our jewelry to be cleaned and inspected at a recommended jeweler free of charge since we moved across the country shortly after our purchases.

I first went into MJ Christensen Diamonds to look at wedding bands to place my engagement diamond in. I was able to look at several rings. I narrowed my selection down to two rings and I was able to take pictures of both rings. After thinking about the options for a while, my fiance picked my band. He was then able to take my diamond set in the new band and a CZ placed into my engagement ring. Now I have a perfect ring traveling. We also selected my husband's band from MJ Christensen.

Of course, if you consider easy paying in the $1,000's, then they make it very easy. MJ Christensen in Las Vegas was a great place for my wife and I to visit before we got married because our great salesperson remembered everything my wife liked, even when I wasn't around. That made it very easy to come back in and use her expertise when I was buying her engagement ring, wedding band, and her Wedding Gift. They work well with you, are very patient, and even are a little flexible on the price if you push hard enough! Great financing is available for those over the top gifts, which I wouldn't have any other way for my wife.
