Fair vendor in terms of pricing, but communication from Marcos is terrible. He missed 2 scheduled calls regarding follow up questions on a quote.

here he said to call me at his number when he had previously been calling me directly. However, upon the missed deadline of the first meeting I emailed him directly and included my phone number to see if we are still good for our call, no response. Emailed again two hours later to see when we can reschedule it to, no response for 3 days.
We schedule a makeup meeting for Monday at 5 PM. I am still under the impression he is going to call directly. No call by 5:05, email him directly again. no response. find his number online, call directly and he just kept saying you were supposed to call me. overall unreliable and unresponsive.
Also took 9 days to get an estimate after our first call

nal details together. We show up to our wedding venue in Chicago (which was absolutely gorgeous) and their curtains they set up for us looked cheap. The rods the curtains were hanging from were bent and looked so out of place compared the pictures on their website. Also, these guys showed up in tee shirts! Everyone at our wedding was in a tux and beautiful dresses and then this vendor with two guys in tee shirts. I was in shock. Then after the wedding I email them with my concerns with their services and they NEVER answer me. Poor business! The venue that I worked with actually took them off the preferred vendor list because they have had similar issues recently and wish not to have them back at their venue.

We had a theme 1930's / old hollywood theme to our wedding and Marcos provided the perfect finishing touches to make our wedding the chic event we had envisioned.
He was so flexible, that when I met with him a week before the event to drop off table decorations, and then decided I needed popcorn at the reception post dinner. He not only said no problem, but was able to cart out an old fashion popcorn machine.
I could rave and rave about the wonderful experience we had. Basically, if you are looking for top notch production services, go with MK Lighting + Design.
