Maura was absolutely amazing and supportive throughout the entire process! She was a great friend and advocate for what I wanted on my wedding day. She helped me make big/little decisions with ease. Maura made planning a wedding a lot less scary!

Maura was amazing.. honestly, I didn’t know what to expect from a wedding planner but she was everything I could have dreamed and more. So attentive, so patient, and so on-top of every detail! I didn’t have to lift a thought or a finger on the day of my wedding! Maura and her team took care of everything. If you’re on the fence — DON’T be! She’s your woman!

I am so pleased with Maura and her amazing team! Being my first time planning a wedding, I had no idea where to start. I was so happy with all the extra help I received from Maura in the months before the event. Maura and her team were amazing!!! Maura made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed and did all the hard work of planning for me! I seriously couldn’t have made it through my wedding day without her!! Maura is AMAZING at what she does! Even though I only hired her as a Day of Coordinator, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. She checked in multiple times just to see how wedding planning was going and how I was feeling about everything, and was very responsive whenever I had a question for her. Everything went so perfectly on the day of. I did not have to worry about anything. My husband even commented on how smooth he thought everything went. We are so thankful we had Maura for our special day!!

Maura and her team were in constant communication, helpful, & supportive during the planning process (always a step ahead of me). During the rehearsal and wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for better communication or coordination of our wedding. From decor to the timeline to the care of our dog Nash, she was there, and it was handled without me having to worry about it. Maura was amazing! She was always so quick to respond and would let us know when she would be unavailable. She also really cared about what we wanted and would do her best to accommodate. She also did a great job with doing research in the Washington D.C. area. She isn't afraid to explore new areas and do what it takes to make her client happy. Her day-of coordinating is also spot on and very helpful. She makes sure everything is set up for success and it sure worked for us because everything was on time the whole day. We had monthly calls that would help us stay on track and us know how to plan for the future to try and get ahead. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Maura and Karrie were the absolute best. Maura answered my many questions and paid close attention to every detail. Maura was extremely helpful, organized, and on top of things. At times when I felt super stressed or behind, she always assured me and showed me that things were on track and she was right every time. The day of the wedding could not have gone more smoothly. Maura and Kristin were very well prepared and ensured I had everything I needed to have the perfect day with no issues. All in all, my experience was wonderful.

I got married on April 30th and truly perfect wedding, and I can honestly say it was mostly because of Maura and her team. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner because I am typically pretty on top of things and can handle groups of people, but when I thought about the day of the wedding, I knew my mom or I would be the one's running around making sure everything came together, and that is just not how I wanted my wedding day to go. So I hired Maura, and let me tell you, I AM SO GLAD I DID. She made the planning process so easy. She thought of every detail, was thoughtful when asked opinions, was on top of communicating with my vendors for me, and so much more. Maura and her team, especially Karrie and Autumn, who were assigned on the actual day of my wedding, were so incredible in helping me organize, coordinate, and execute everything on my wedding day. I have never felt so taken care of and considered as I did when working with these girls. I genuinely can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They are professional, kind, powerhouses who will bend over backwards to make sure you get to be the bride and your mother gets to enjoy the day too. Seriously worth every penny.

Maura and her team went extremely above and beyond helping me plan everything up to and on my wedding day. She made everything absolutely perfect! I seriously could not recommend a better planner to anyone! I am very thankful for everything they did for us. I couldn’t have done it without you all.

My husband and I hired Maura for the entire wedding process, and by the end, we were so glad we did! She and her assistant made our wedding day run as smoothly as possible. They were so on top of set up and clean up, and all we had to do was enjoy our day (even with some bumps along the way). This company is all around amazing!! My day was super smooth ! I cannot stress enough that Maura and her team are the BEST coordinators to have! They were professional and on top of literally everything. The team even cleaned up at the end of the night and placed my decor in the bins nicely. It really is the little things that they did that made the best day of my life AMAZING! If you are considering them over someone else just do a consultation call and hopefully that with sway your decision! Maura kept in contact after the wedding to ensure that my process of certificates and receiving goods from vendors went smoothly. Their personalities are super easy to mesh with and I can literally go on and on about how good they were to my husband and I they day of but I don't want to make this super long. THEY ARE THE AWESOME!

My wedding would not have been as great as it was or run as smoothly as it did if it weren't for Maura. She kept us on track throughout the months leading up to our wedding so that we weren't stressed the week before or the week of by trying to plan last minute items. We met every month and Maura gave us a great schedule to follow of things that needed to be done each month. She is a great wedding planner and I would highly recommend her!!

Maura was the day-of coordinator for our wedding reception. She handled set-up, take-down, and coordinated with our vendors, along with consulting on our wedding day timeline and floor plan. She and her assistant were flexible and helpful when our baker did not deliver our wedding cupcakes--they went and bought cupcakes from the grocery store at the last minute! I'm glad we had her to help the day run as smoothly as possible, and the set-up and take-down service was extremely useful!

My wedding would not been the same without Maura. She is so organized and helpful. At the beginning of the process she created a timeline that broke up all of the tasks into certain months. Each month we met over FaceTime and she made sure everything was going smoothly and that I was keeping up with the well thought out timeline. Her recommendations and relationships with amazing vendors made decision making so much easier. When it came to the day of, she coordinated deliveries and set up so well and everything was beautiful. At the reception she brought my husband and I food, and made sure we were pleased with how things were going. She did such a good job of making sure everything was on track and running smoothly. Our day would not have been as successful or special without her organization and attention to detail. I can tell she really cares about making your wedding day as easy and stress-free as possible. She cares so much about her clients and I would recommend her to every bride!

Maura was amazing throughout the planning process, especially when we had to reschedule due to covid. We hired her for a day of planner and she went above and beyond. Maura and her assistant decorated our space beautifully and made sure the wedding flowed perfectly. She was great with communicating with me leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Okay, Maura is a MUST-HAVE for your wedding planning + wedding day. She’s not expensive for what she does, and she takes so much stress off!! She helped me think of things 10 steps ahead of the game that I would have never thought of and is so supportive to make it exactly what you want!! I cannot recommend her more!! As a professional wedding DJ, I work with a lot of wedding planers. I have to say, Maura at ML Celebrating Forever is a true pro! She was great to work with during the planning phase.
