From the start, the planning process was seamless. His online portal was super user-friendly and detailed, and he gave me a call the week of the wedding to go over everything. He was so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely excited for us. On the big day, Mikey was the perfect blend of professional and fun. He introduced himself with a warm hug as soon as he arrived. During the reception, he even let my husband and me come up and "play DJ" for a little while, which had our guests absolutely hyped! He sang along with the music, encouraged the crowd to do the same, and kept the energy at a max all night long. We’ve gotten endless compliments from guests saying it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to—and a huge part of that was because of Mikey. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last, and I honestly barely left it because I was having so much fun. Mikey has a gift for reading the crowd and keeping the vibe just right. There were also a few really personal touches that meant the world to us. My father passed away, so instead of a traditional father-daughter dance, we invited all the father-daughter pairs to dance in his honor. Mikey introduced it with such care and the most beautiful wording. For our reception entrance, we came out to Sandstorm (a nod to Carolina football), and he hyped it up perfectly—everyone went wild! It was one of the most fun moments of the night. Mikey really was the perfect DJ! I’ve already recommended him to other couples, and two of our guests who are getting married next year basically booked him on the spot after seeing him do this thing! If you’re even thinking about hiring Mikey Lee—do it. You will not regret it. He brought so much joy, energy, and heart to our day, and we’ll never forget it.

I was worried how the DJ stand would look but it was very polished. He was very interactive with the crowd- did a little freestyle rapping which got everyone all hype, he took my husband behind the booth which was funny. He made the best man feel more comfortable before the speech he was deathly afraid of giving. He was funny and personable all around. We’re not much into rap or pop and I feel like he was playing more of that at the beginning of the reception before we got to the dance floor but once we got out there he switched to more country and classic and the crowd followed and we didn’t stop dancing all night long. Sooooo grateful for Mikey Lee!! Very affordable. Highly recommend

The photobooth was a huge hit with a constant line of guests, and the uplighting added a magical touch to the dance floor once the party started. One of our most cherished moments, though, was when Mikey created an intimate, unforgettable memory for us. After all the guests had stepped outside to line up for our send-off, Mikey played "Sky Full of Stars" by Coldplay, and my husband and I shared a private dance. It was truly the most magical and emotional part of the day, and we’ll treasure that memory forever. Mikey knows how to make your wedding day not just fun but deeply meaningful. Trust me—you won’t regret booking him!

It was, however, his unbelievably fun, kind, and humorous personality that made our wedding one no one will ever forget! He is BIG energy — in all the best ways!! Our guests are still raving about the dance floor, and how it will forever be “unmatched.” Our very experienced photographer and videographer both said they’ve never seen a DJ as amazing as him! He brought my husband and I up individually and collectively to DJ, as well, which was a huge highlight of the night! Mikey came out on the dance floor to show off his incredible dance moves, and had a few dance offs with our guests! We loved Mikey so much and could not recommend him enough!!! 10/10 👏🏼💯
