We absolutely loved working with Michael and cannot recommend him enough! We did an engagement photoshoot with him prior to our wedding and strongly recommend doing so to get to know Michael and get a bit more comfortable with the camera before the big day! Michael was so easy to work with during both the engagement shoot and our wedding day - he did a great job providing some direction but not too much. Michael was also a great communicator over email and was willing to work with whatever dates/times were best for us, which was especially nice as we live out of town. On our wedding day, we were looking for authentic pictures that captured the emotions of us and our guests and we think Michael did a perfect job doing that, even just with the preview pics we have received! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a photographer - we thank you Michael again for all your hard work to capture images that we will cherish forever!

THE PERFECT PHOTOGRAPHER! Michael was the absolute best! He was so professional and always smiling. Our sneak peek photos were stunning and I know the rest of the photos will also be wonderful. If I could rate 100 stars, I would. He was beyond amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Michael knew exactly what we wanted and was more than gracious with a few pose requests we had. Michael was punctual, kind, and a blast to use...and made two people that are photo shy entirely at ease!

( Second attempt - First review got lost on the KNOT?) I enjoyed Michael so much, that I wanted to re write my review! If I could give him a 6th star, I would. Anyone can stage a photo, but snagging the candid moments is what really mattered to use. He captured the REAL Bride, the REAL Groom and the REAL family. The day after the wedding, he sent us a few shots to share with the family & friends that weren't there. I can not wait to see the entire gallery! I found his work to be top notch. Michael was flexible, friendly, professional and understanding to our families individual needs. Not to mention, he is affordable!

Michale was a consummate professional. He felt like part of the family, took his time to navigate the space and get to know everyone in the bridal and groom party. He went above and beyond to capture the day and got back to us whenever we had a question quickly and brought our vision to light. He was reasonable and truly a tenuous at his craft! Michael was so much more than we could have asked for... My husband and I are so happy with our wedding pictures. We wanted to take some photos in West Chester before heading to our ceremony so we met him at a park and, despite the sun and the heat, Michael got amazing pictures of us and our 3 year old dog. He even got our dog to look at the camera a couple of times (which is almost impossible when he is outside). Michael met and exceeded all of our expectations. He definitely captured the joy of our special day. He was super nice, punctual and very easy to work with. We wanted to get perfect photos that we could cherish forever and Michael made that happened. We highly recommend Michael for your big day!

Michael was a FANTASTIC photographer for our wedding day! He showed up early and stayed late, and was super friendly and easy to work with. He posed us and the wedding party to make beautiful shots, and also took ALL of the specific photos that we requested the day of. The shots he took were beautiful- everyone we showed them too were extremely impressed. During the ceremony and reception, Michael was EVERYWHERE. And every time I found myself in a moment where I would I want a picture, he was right there as if reading my mind. We got a little over 100 photos the day after the wedding and rest about a month later. I could not recommend him more to help capture your event and all the special moments that they entail. He went above and beyond all of our expectations! We couldn't be more thankful to have such beautiful photos to remember our special day.

Michael was an A++ addition to our special day. In the months leading up to our wedding he was helpful, thorough, and responded with an appreciated promptness. For a young couple on a budget, Michael offered an incredibly reasonable price for what we consider phenomenal work! On our wedding day itself, he had a very calm and collected vibe which can certainly help when you are frazzled by all the details and wedding jitters. He was direct with the shots he wanted but it never felt like we were stuck posing. The very next day as promised, he emailed 44 spectacular photos as a preview of our wedding that brought us to tears and confirmed that we had made the right decision in choosing Michael as our photographer. He came early, stayed late, and captured the joy, love, and celebration in the faces of not only myself and my new husband but in all those who came to celebrate with us.

Michael is awesome! We used him for engagement photos as a trial to see if we mesh well (we did) so then we booked him for our 6/15/19 wedding. He arrived early and somehow managed to be in 6 different places at once - I am so impressed with the variety of shots he got and I've only seen a batch of 60 or so that he sent over to me the day after the wedding to hold me over until the full batch is ready. My guests loved him, he blended right in and wasn't intrusive, and he gets a great mix of candid and portrait shots to really capture the events and feeling of the party.

Michael did a great Job working with us from start to finish. He met with us to talk about what we wanted and answer any questions we had. He was very quick to respond to e-mails throughout the planning process. I was worried about the timing being long enough, but Michael ended up staying until the wedding was over! He was very flexible with anything we wanted to do during our wedding day. He worked it out for us to get shots of the girls getting ready AND guys himself to keep us in a comfortable budget with only one photographer. The day after our wedding we received 52 images in dropbox which were AMAZING! Everyone was so shocked to see we had professional pictures so fast. We really enjoyed sharing them with friends and family. We can not wait to see the rest! Thank you Michael for making our day perfect !!

Wow! We were so impressed with the service provided by Michael. He was prompt in responses, and really captured our special day phenomenally. We had a small backyard wedding in August, on what felt like the hottest day this year. He pushed through and never said a word. He came up with some great ideas on where we could take photos, made some fun stylized shots and even got some puppy kisses from our dogs. He was pleasant and so fun to have around on our special day. It didn’t feel “scripted” or “posed”, every moment was natural. He got us a sneak peek of images the same day that made it so easy to share our special moment with friends and family. We will absolutely hire this vendor again and again in the future! We absolutely loved working with Michael! We got married in the winter on the coldest day of the year, and had to do most of our pictures inside. He was so creative and adaptive! We got so many beautiful shots, and the candid pictures from our reception captured our night perfectly. I would definitely recommend booking Michael for your wedding or other special event! Michael was a phenomenal photographer. From the moment we met I knew he was the perfect fit. The celebration is great but the pictures are what holds your memories forever so this was an important decision. I chose Michael because he was personable, professional but also because of his work. He gives his photos a mood, for lack of a better term. I loved his moody work and fell in love with his eye for beauty. Let me say, this did not disappoint! He was early and stayed late. He provided images the very next day to tide me over until the rest could be completed. My family and friends loved him and are still speaking about how wonderful he was. My In-Laws have been trusting Michael with family photos for years, then we entrusted him for our wedding. Michael did a PHENOMENAL job. Everything we wanted he got. He has a great eye for scenery, lighting, and made the experience fun. There is no doubt both of our families now will continue to use his company for all our future photography needs! I had to write this review about Michael Redmond of MLR Images who was the photographer for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. From the first contact with him and through the entire celebration he was professional, personable, and so much fun to work with. During the party he blended into the crowd capturing moments we otherwise would have missed. You didn't really know he was there and yet he was always there when we wanted a special photo. The sampling of photos we received the day after the wedding were all amazing. They demonstrated his skill as a photographer and artist. I can't wait to see them all! I recommend Michael without hesitation!

I was so lucky to have chosen Michael to photograph my wedding. His professionalism, his photo journalistic eye, his quiet way around my event, and his uncanny ability to put us all at ease on a day where so much can go wrong. Michael just captures memories that are so nostalgic of the feeling and beauty of the day! His eye is keen and the rate at which he returns the images for your viewing is practically the next day! I am so impressed with his talent. I always refer his photography, and when people see my photos they always ask who my photographer was. Michael was absolutely phenomenal to work with!!! He did an incredible job not only with our wedding photos, but our engagement shoot as well. We could not have been happier all the way around. He was so easy to work with, not to mention a ton of fun to hangout with; totally down to earth and an all around nice guy. His photos were absolutely breathtaking, and he truly captured the entire story of our special day. My (new) Husband Pat and I could not be happier with Mike and his team. Any questions we had leading up to the wedding, Mike was very responsive but also very laid back. This made the whole process very relaxing for me and one less thing I had to worry about. I felt very confident in just letting Mike do his thing and i'm so glad I did! The first 52 photos (that I received the very next day) were absolutely stunning and even better than I could have imagined. The value of his services paired with the (extremely) reasonable pricing, makes hiring MLR a no brainer! I can't wait to see the rest of the pics! Micheal was a delight to work with. All of his correspondence before and after the wedding was prompt and professional. We both feel that he really listened to our ideas and understood the kind of wedding we had planned. We requested that he stay in the background and get mostly candid shots. We got married by the waters on boulders at St. Peter's Village, so this was not an easy wedding! Additionally, my husband was very anxious about being photographed... Well we could not have been happier with how Michael handled a tricky situation and delivered to the max. We are very pleased with the pictures and would recommend him to anyone. He rocks!

We were on a limited budget for our wedding, and MLR Images fit right in our price range. Despite being half of what others were charging, Michael lived up to every expectation, and blew them out of the water. He was professional but fun, he wasn't pushy to the guests, and most importantly, the pictures are absolutely beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

We hired Michael to capture the excitement and tender moments of our wedding day. Knowing all too well how easy it is to miss such moments, he was there for at least 6 hours making sure we wouldn't miss a thing--he certainly delivered! With well over 350 photos to choose we are having a difficult time with our selection--that's a good thing! We have the utmost respect for Michael and his desire to please his clients. He is very personable, creative, and a true professional at his trade. If you are looking for someone to capture the moments you hope not to miss--do yourself a favor and consider Michael...you will not be disappointed!
