I absolutely loved working with Maiah for my wedding day. When I was first looking for make up artists I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone who can work on my skin tone but I came ...
across her profile on the Knot. I reached out immediately and we scheduled a makeup trial almost immediately. I had no real vision, just a few Pinterest inspo pics but she was able to run with it and did such an amazing job at the trial and on the big day. She was so sweet, talking me through her process and why she uses certain products etc. She also did my moms makeup for the wedding and my mom had a million and one questions for her since she never gets dolled up. But Maiah took it in stride and my mom looked stunning! If you want a makeup artist who’s thorough, kind and just downright cool to chat with, look no further! Maiah’s your girl!!
I cannot recommend Maiah highly enough! She was absolutely fantastic to work with for my wedding. From the very beginning, her communication was clear and timely, and on the day of...
the wedding she arrived right on schedule and kept everything running smoothly (even ahead of schedule!).
Maiah completely nailed the look I was going for — I felt like the best version of myself. The makeup was natural but still had that beautiful, subtle glam that made me feel confident and radiant all day. She also did an amazing job with my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law — everyone looked stunning and felt so good in their makeup.
On top of her incredible talent, Maiah is just a lovely person to be around — calm, kind, and cool under pressure, which is exactly what you want on a big day like this. If you’re getting married or planning a special event, I wholeheartedly recommend Maiah. She’s truly the best!
Mariah was absolutely amazing, she is so sweet and does everything you could ask for and more. I will definitely be booking her for future events💕

killed artist. Finished product looks like the best version of yourself. It stayed all day and night on my whole party. If you are an everyday full beat person this would feel light.
I highly recommend a bride trial as I would with any artists to be able to test what you want and make adjustments for maximum customer experience and satisfaction.

ring my trial so that I felt comfortable and excited about my look. I was in awe of her talents. She also recommended skincare to ensure I had clear skin on the day of, which truly made a difference. On my wedding day, Maiah was professional and kept my bridal party on schedule. We loved her company while getting ready. My makeup looked exactly how I wanted and lasted all night. Highly recommend!!

o do a trial run due to being so far from the location of where I was going to renew my vows but I did send pictures of examples of make up I would like for my vow renewal and Mariah kept in communication with me. When it came to the date of needing my make up done, Mariah was so friendly and went over each step of what she was doing. Once she finished I was so blown away by her skills, I needed nothing adjusted. I did let Mariah know I would be hiking to my location which would be about 5 miles and I was concerned about my make up due to being sweaty. She gave me a little make up kit and went over what I would need to do to touch up my make up if anything were to happen. Let me just tell you I was beyond impressed with the quality of her make up! I was very sweaty once we got to our destination but the make up she applied stayed in place and I didn’t need to touch up anything! It took 11 hours in total to complete our hike and not once did my make up smear or have to be touched up. I 100% recommend hiring MLY Makeup! She uses high quality make up and is beyond professional!
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be apart of my big day. Maiah is very professional and fun to be around! My makeup was everything I wanted and lasted all night🤍

oking to the finished look. From the very start she put me at ease and was extraordinarily accommodating when it came to the very specific time I needed to book. She was honest and open with her pricing and I was happy with the fair price I paid for her work. She is as down to earth as she is knowledgeable and professional. Her products looked so clean and her thorough process ensured everything was sanitary from start to finish. She really understood the needs of my skin and had a breadth of knowledge that she freely instilled into me that I carry with me still. The over all look was flawless and above and beyond anything that I ever thought I could look like. I got compliments during the wedding but even weeks on people still talk about my makeup. It isn’t even the makeup, it’s the way I felt in the makeup that people saw and still talk about now. If you want to feel like your absolute radiating best self on the inside and the outside on your big day, than choose MLY Makeup, she has you covered bestie!
