I wanted to create a beauty team clients could truly trust, one that delivers exceptional artistry, outstanding service, and an experience that feels effortless from beginning to end. With over 25 years in the beauty industry, I've dedicated my career to helping women feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves during life's most meaningful moments. What began as a passion for makeup artistry has grown into one of the most trusted on-location hair and makeup teams serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Before launching MMUAV Pro, I spent years in corporate operations, where I learned that exceptional service comes from thoughtful planning, consistency, clear communication, and strong leadership. Those principles became the foundation of our company and continue to shape every client’s experience today. Our philosophy is simple: Beautiful hair and makeup are expected. Creating unforgettable experiences is what makes us different. MEET LINDA Linda has been a valued part of the MMUAV Pro team since 2016. She was first introduced to us as a hair extension rep, and after building a strong connection with our team, she officially joined our hair department to pursue her passion for bridal beauty. Today, Linda wears multiple hats — not only is she a skilled stylist, but she’s also one of the friendly voices you’ll hear first when reaching out to our office. Her love for weddings and all things hair is immediately felt in every conversation, making each bride feel supported from the very start.

MEET NORMA Norma Hayes joined the MMUAV team in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from one of the busiest Sephora locations in Times Square. With advanced makeup techniques and a deep understanding of the latest beauty and skincare trends, Norma quickly became an essential part of our team. Her passion for the beauty industry and her genuine love for helping brides feel confident and radiant on their special day made her a natural fit for MMUAV. Beyond her artistry, Norma’s background in retail beauty management has been invaluable—she helps run our office and coordinate our team of artists with the precision of a well-oiled machine. Norma is not only a highly skilled makeup artist, but also the organizational heart of MMUAV.

MEET JENNY Jenny Dallas widely known as the G.O.A.T. in the bridal hair industry, Jenny Dallas brings over 30 years of experience in wedding beauty. She partnered with Victoria in 2010 to help shape MMUAV Pro, becoming the very first hair artist on the team and laying the foundation for the hair department’s signature style and high standard of excellence. With an undeniable passion for bridal hair artistry, Jenny now leads the education and training of all MMUAV Pro hair artists—ensuring every stylist delivers the same level of skill, care, and creativity. Together, Jenny and Victoria are the ultimate hair and makeup duo, bringing unmatched talent, experience, seamless coordination, and of course, fun to your wedding day beauty experience.
