Jeff was pretty easy to work with, from the time I first reached out to him to get information about contracting him to going over specific music for the wedding. He made some recommendations based on his experience which we appreciated it. (timeline, and private dance). We just discussed the music we absolutely did not want, and the age range of our guests. Everything was fantastic, both myself and our guest were on the dancefloor the entire time. We are pretty easy going; if you want specific songs, discuss it with Jeff; he was very open to work whatever worked for us. I actually want the playlist he used, so I can listen to it again. :)

Mobile Beat provided the music for my daughter's wedding. During the planning phase, it was easy to work with Jeff. He communicated about his services, rates, contract provisions and details. His price for a 3 hour reception was very fair. He was available for my daughter with her many questions about a playlist. During the celebration, the music was fantastic and all were dancing. He hyped the guests but he did not steal the show. He was cool. His set up seemed as if it was part of the venue. I found him by recommendation from a coworker and I recommend him to you.

DJ Jeff was very accommodating, helpful, and receptive to my music suggestions while providing some as well. He and I had a few phone calls to speak of my vision for my music for my husband and I’s wedding and I was very happy with how the night went! I appreciate him and would recommend him greatly.

I’ve worked a few weddings as a server and anytime Jeff was working, the crowd was ALIVE. I knew when my honey and I got engaged who our DJ was going to be. What I didn’t know was his wife operates the Photo Booth, they were reasonably priced, very involved and flexible, created a photo book and slideshow for us, and we’re honestly the sweetest of people, creating a fun energy for us. I am blown away, thank you for making our wedding a hit!

They were fantastic! Jeff was very flexible working with us before the wedding in getting the playlist set. He was very accommodating in making sure that he played the versions of the first dance and parent songs that we wanted. The venue also looked fantastic with the up lighting that he set up. Jeff was absolutely incredible!!! I was honestly really nervous about hiring a DJ because music was one of the most important pieces of the reception for me, and I was somewhat skeptical that anyone would be able to create the type of mixed musical experience that I wanted (think jazz/local legends, soul/blues/R&B classics, bounce, 90s/early 2000s, dance remixes, and other genres -- and specifically excluding most of the most common wedding reception songs). Jeff made the process absolutely seamless and put on an incredible set that was exactly what I was hoping for! He's detail-oriented, extremely responsive, efficient about planning/communication, and is focused solely on creating the type of musical experience that the bride and groom want. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks again Jeff!!!

Jeff T. was AWESOME! As far as weddings go, he took us on relatively last-minute and yet was an absolute joy to work with. He walked me through every single step of the wedding reception process and made our day perfect. We pretty much just let him do his thing since we aren’t super picky about the music, and our guests had an amazing time. We had several guests (read: bridesmaids) that never left the dance floor for even a moment. And when my bridesmaids conspired with my wedding coordinator to get me to sing for our guests unbeknownst to me, he mic’d me up and put on a backing track and it was a huge hit. He made us feel so special. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The playlist Mr. Jeff curated for our wedding reception was phenomenal and he fit the vibe we were going for - sophisticated, classy and overall FUN!! He knew exactly how to get our guests to participate and to dance the night away. The dance floor lighting and up-lighting created such an ambient effect for our evening. Before our wedding date, we spoke several times to review timelines, expectations and special requests. Everything was extremely professional, organized and timely. 10/10 service!!!

Jeff was incredible to work with. He was always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He also gave very professional advice and helped with decisions regarding our programming of our reception. Even if it was something that I truly wanted, he would have made it happen. When we first spoke, I obviously had no idea of some decisions. He helped to paint a picture of what both scenarios would look like and what he has seen in his tenure. At one point, Jeff could tell I was stressed and he stopped me in my tracks to remind me that each vendor we hired had our backs. He was certain to make sure our day went smoothly and we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Our guests absolutely LOVED all the music he played. There was never a dull moment or an empty dance floor. Jeff read the crowd and played bop after bop. If we had to redo our wedding over, I would choose Mobile Beat every. single. time. I had the best time at my reception, ceremony, and any time I spoke with Jeff.

We recently got married on December 4 and are an out-of-state couple from New York. I cannot even express to you how disappointed I am with Jeff and the service we received. The DJ was the most important part to us and we felt completely failed. I worked on my wedding playlist for one year and Jeff neglected to play Most of the songs, he may be played five at most. Many different people went up to him throughout the night asking for him to play my playlist and he completely disregarded it. It was an embarrassment, nobody was even on the dance floor were dancing. Maybe like five people at the time or even nobody that was it. Jeff proceeded to say that he did not have my playlist which was a complete lie. I am so beyond disappointed and it ruined my entire mood for my wedding. When it came time for the cake cutting, he didn’t even announce it. My father didn’t even have a chance to see me cut the cake. Nobody even knew that we had cut the cake. Jeff did not interact with the crowd one bit or have anyone on the dance floor. Every wedding I’ve ever been to the Dj usually says how is everyone’s night going and interacts with the crowd. That did not happen. If I could redo my wedding over again I would definitely not choose Jeff. I don’t know how so many awards were won because this was just terrible. Jeff played whatever music that he wanted, and it was insane he even played the song me so horny. Everyone was like what the hell is this. My father was like this wasn’t on your wedding playlist right and I said no absolutely not. Terrible service, terrible time. I do not recommend Jeff

Jeff is amazing! I am 100% satisfied with my choice to hire Mobile Beat for my wedding. I had a friend make an arrangement of music for me to walk down the aisle to and he was able to get everything together with this friend less than an hour before it needed to be used. He really came through then and during the reception. Working with Jeff was super easy. He had a little list of questions to take care of the ceremony and the first dances for the reception. He was able to understand our general tastes from a few more questions and that was it! We gave him a list of must-haves and do not playlist. I love dancing and I wanted the dance floor full the whole night. From the very first songs, Jeff had the dance floor full. He played all of our must-haves and stayed away from our do not playlist. Everyone was raving about the DJ. We only had 2 kids at our wedding. They were 8 and 9 years old and didn't leave the dance floor the entire night. Jeff was able to read the crowd and even played some of our guests' requests. Jeff helped make our special night that much more special!

We used Mobile Beat Entertainment for our wedding in November of 2018, and had the best reception ever! My husband and I, as well as everyone who attended our wedding, danced until the very last song! I enjoyed Mobile Beat Entertainment so much, I suggested Mobile Beat Entertainment for my cousin’s wedding, which was just this month, and of course, Mr. Jeff didn’t disappoint again! He knows how to get your guest out on the dance floor, and keep everyone out there! Another thing I loved was his set up; he has lighting that will match your wedding colors to dress up the reception area/dance floor. They also have a great photo booth with many props to choose from, and at the end they create a video that includes everyone’s pictures from the photo booth, which is a great keepsake to look back on. I will always suggest Mobile Beat Entertainment to all future Bride and Grooms. Mr. Jeff and Mrs. June are two of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met, and you will love working with them!

Cannot recommend this company enough!! They were beyond accommodating with our unique covid situation, and were so helpful through it all. Jeff did an amazing job with our wedding. He was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and knew exactly how and where to set-up his equipment at our venue. We live in Maryland, but even though he was far away he always made himself available. He helped us figure out what songs to pick, he helped us stay on schedule during the ceremony, and he helped us concentrate on more important things…like getting married! Also, the bride’s father is a musician, and Jeff made sure we were able to include him in the event. Everything sounded and looked fantastic during both the ceremony and the reception. Our guests also loved the photo booth that we got as part of our package. We got a copy of all the pictures everyone took and had a great time looking at them the next day. Would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that asks!

Jeff was a very cool and fun DJ! Had a few last minute changes that had no issues. He was positive and was very nice with people (including me) interrupting him and making song requests! he even allowed me to get on the mic several times! We had so much fun and he played all the songs we requested to hear on our Google Doc. He even suggested that I become a DJ and liked my personality. Jeff and June were wonderful! The music was perfect all night and he put up with any last minute changes from us with no issues at all. The venue was completely transformed by the uplighting and our guests had such a fun time using the photo booth. One of the things that really surprised me was that Jeff was quick to break out some blowers/fans when the dance floor got crowded. It made such a huge difference having those to dance in front of when you needed a sec to cool down. They thought of every detail and made the night so much more fun than we had imagined.

This DJ, Jeff, is one of a kind. Along with his witty personality, he brings his own specialties to the event! Besides playing a great variety of music, he displays a fantastic light show complete with colored uplighting that is sure to get you on your feet! He also offers a photo booth with lots of props for the guest to be as silly as they’d like. The bride and groom get access to the online video of all of the guests hilarious photos! After downsizing our wedding to only 14 guests due to COVID-19 restrictions, I worried we wouldn't have the traditional reception with dancing. I feared it would be boring and awkward.
