I understand that many of the dishes they served were taken from family recipes. It is a lucky family to have such a wonderful chef. Everything was perfect. We especially thought the roast chicken was some of the best we ever tasted. Roast chicken is very difficult to prepare, but this was very tender, moist and extremely flavorful. They use a family recipe that is prepared in a superb flavorings. Chicken that really melts in your mouth!
If I lived in Virginia, I would be a regular at Chef NIki's food truck. Unfortunately, I'm a couple of hundred miles away. Richmond and Virginia should count its blessings and visit her "mobile kitchen."

I’ve been to many weddings and of as nice as the ceremonies are the food at times come up a little short. This was not the case, as we walked around to greet our guests, plates were being devoured with almost everyone asking for takeout boxes as a second plates.
We also decided to do infused edibles as a snack table which was also completely consumed by our guests that likes to indulge. One guest stated and I quote “I really know I need to stop eating right now but it’s too good to put down”.
Lastly, my wife and I had many other options to choose from and we both agreed that we made the best choice going with Mobile YumYum. Niki, thank you for making our event memorable meaningful and absolutely delicious! Any event we need catering for moving forward, you will always be our first choice.
