Her focus is on creating mocktail menus and bar setups that feel fun, aesthetic, and aligned with the specific atmosphere each host wants their event to have, whether that’s celebratory, relaxed, modern, or intimate. She believes that a great beverage experience sets the tone for how people feel at an event, and her goal is to make it the best it can be for both hosts and guests. Taylor is especially passionate about removing the pressure to drink alcohol, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, included, and able to celebrate together no matter what’s in their glass. Guided by Mocktinis’ philosophy of “Cheers to Choices,” Taylor designs drink experiences that feel just as elevated and memorable as a traditional bar, while honoring the idea that the most important part of any celebration is sharing the moment together.
